Cities in the Astral

I am walking around Morris Hill and go into the condos that over look the park. I am walking along a terrace when I realize it is scaffolding not a terrace. I am on a very dangerous and narrow section. I carefully make my way back. I go down some stairs and find stairs that seem to lead to a basement. Large sections of stairs are missing and slide like. I get down to some under ground parking area. Someone appears and tells me to go a certain way to get back out. That leads me out onto Crescent Rim.
Later I am in my grandma's old house and have a large fish tank set up there. It is making noises like crashing ocean waves. I see the water is splashing back and forth and at risk of getting out. I look at the back of the tank and the overflow actually has two whirlpools sucking down lots of water.
