02/01/15 I have been coming aware a lot during the long-term memory establishment phase lately. Normally being aware during this phase pisses me off and I then end up shutting it down (I wonder to what consiquence. This is where some mundane thing like a task at work plays out over and over endlessly. I normally refuse to dream about work, but these phases have been about tiling. I would think this would be just as nauseating, but I have kind of enjoyed it. Maybe I feel like I am getting ideas for the work still to be done. I know these phases are required, but it is usually the one part of a conscious sleep hat I dispise
