Last night was my second trial of the "phase" method (DEILD variant).
As soon as I woke up in bed (after WBTB), I stared cycling the visualizations and by the second cycle, I got a strong moving sensation. Did one more cycle, the movement sensation intensified and I strongly felt the separation. Was in bed again but I knew sth has happened. I felt very happy! Feeling and rubbing my hands - that I knew were dream hands - I got up and was in a different apartment. Looked around and there was a window. It was a tall building, so I jumped and slowly hovered to the ground. Manifested shocks and shoes (as I was in pajamas) and walked on the street rubbing my hands and looking at the beautiful sky. I tried the glowing ball manifestation for my shoulder 3 times (the third time the wind blew it away like dust). Then I tried flying towards a tree, but I found it difficult. Then some DC came close and I was tricked into a normal dream...
