This dream was unlike something i've ever experienced. It was crazy. Scary... it was also natural. No substances

It was early in the night, say around 3:00 am. I opened the blinds and looked out the window. On my driveway there was a black figure. All black. Scary.. like death was coming.

This thing shuffled up the driveway. Slowly it moved towards the front door. It was all black, I couldn't see it's face. I was scared so I jumped away from the window and ran down the hall. I screamed for help, and tried to wake the rest of my family up. They did eventually wake up; but they played no roll in the plot of this dream.

I ran down the stairs, to a hallway filled with firefighter wardrobes and equipment. I grabbed the first thing I saw, a bat, and ran outside to face the all black creature that was on my property.

I ran up to it. It was not near the door. It was actually on the driveway near a black truck I owned. I took a swing of my bat, and hit it a few times. Then it's face was revealed. It was my family friend, he turned and asked, "why are you hitting me?" I stopped hitting him and invited him inside my house.

After we had a conversation I cannot remember having.. he suddenly morphed into my Grandmother. Instead of being my male family friend, he turned into my grandmother.

This all I can remember. Pretty freaky, almost like a nightmare at first.. Pretty interesting.
