Schaus' Dream Journal

I'm at university, and am packing up for the last day of term. Everyone else has loads of stuff, but I seem to be doing just fine. The cleaning lady comes in and I end up talking to her about who the new cleaners are going to be next term, and also about someone called Mary. I'm confused about how she knows Mary, as they don't live anywhere near each other. She seems to be really familiar with her though.

I decide that I want to go and visit the lecture theatre. I'm not walking my usual route; instead, I'm going through all these fields rather than along the road as I normally would. As I'm walking there, I start skipping, and every time I push myself off the ground I soar several metres up into the air. I'm feeling brilliant, and everyone watching me seems to be in awe. I suddenly realise that the reason I'm able to go so fast is that I've left my suitcase back at home, but I decide to keep going rather than to bother to go back.

When I get to the lecture theatre it's all been decorated, and I realise that we're having a ball here tonight. As I'm walking out I see an old friend - she seems quite happy. I don't understand why she's here as she lives in another country, but decide it would be rude to ask her.

(The lecture theatre kind of blended into the next dream as well - not sure exactly where one dream stopped and the other started. I'm fairly sure they were different though - I remember a false awakening between the two where I wrote down some of the details of this dream.)
