I had my second experience today! My first one was a week ago (June 13), back then I knew nothing about Lucid dreaming but the concept, and I freaked out at the transition part and woke up, I posted it in my DJ too.
Since then I read some classes here, The introduction, the DILD and WILD ones, and I started doing reality checks but still not able to feel really skeptic about being awake when I'm, and I haven't done any reality checks in my non Lucid dreams yet, but I almost remember a dream everyday, which could be because of the subliminal affirmations I use, I added one about remembering dreams.
So thanks to you all for sharing these great classes and experiences, it is hard to find all this knowledge in once place but here.
So I didn't have the courage to try WILD yet and had no luck with DILD, but I think I had a WBTB.
I went to bed around 3 am and woke up (after the Lucid Dream) around 12 pm, when I woke up the first time I had a split of second of awareness before I open my eyes so I decided to keep them closed and try to Lucid dream, I can't remember anything after that till the point I felt the SP and the transition which feels like my soul going out of my body, this time it was more peaceful and vivid and I could stay calm knowing nothing bad will happen.
Then I found myself in a grey empty space, nothing colorful, I could stabilize the dream for a minute or so, I was aware I'm dreaming, I touched the grey floor because I remembered reading something about touching floor or objects to stabilize the dream and I tried to create things but the grey scene disappointed me, I thought what is the point if I create things and they look grey, then the dream started to fade, I tried to resist but I felt like my soul is coming back to my body and I woke up.
It was a short experience but I will list my notes and improvements:
1- The fear is gone of the transition, I was so calm, much calmer than I expected.
2- I can say that the vision of my body moving up and floating is a pattern in my transition but I had only two Lucid dreams so far so I'm not sure yet.
I have a belief (religious one) that souls go out of our bodies when we dream, and come back when we wake up, and that's so close to what I see in the transition, but I don't see a soul, just my body acting like one.
3- My dreams are not vivid yet, it was so vivid in the transition only. I wish there is a way to improve that, The grey wasn't pleasant at all.
4- I could stay in the dream longer than the last time but I still need to work on stabilization, changing scenes and creating things if my dreams are going to start in an empty space every time, I thought I'd start in my room as I read many do but I didn't.
Ok that's all, sorry if I mentioned many details, but that helps me memorizing the dream.
