memorable

I'm on a road in the middle of the country. I need a ride. I hitch hike with a man who is driving an old blue truck with a fenced back. in the black of the truck is a strange animal. it looked like a hippo but with a worse temper. the man said it was always trying to flip the truck. I get in the passenger side and he drives to my hometown. as we enter, I notice a festival of some kind with all my friends and a bunch of older townsfolk. the hippo starts flipping out and rolls the truck in the middle of a highway. it proceeds to head for the people. I jump ontop of the hippo and try to steer it away from the crowd. it heads right, away from most people. I was flung against a wall. I got up and chased the hippo around a corner. after turning, I see the hippo infront of me, facing me. It charges at me and pushes me all the way to the highway again. so im on the farthest side of the highway and the hippo is on the other closer to the crowd. the hippo was trying to choose where to charge. I see a semi on the highway driving in my direction. I scream at the hippo trying to get it to charge at me so the semi would hit it. finally the hippo charges at me and the semi hits it. but oddly as they collide, im blown away and get up to see im with the crowd of people. Im face down on the ground and when I stand up I see my friend scott standing in front of me. I give him a huge hug and felt something amazing, like I was perfectly comfortable and about to go to sleep. As I slowly closed my eyes I saw elyse turn around the corner to see me hugging scott. then I fell asleep.

I was on a dirt path in an open forest. there was a horse in front of me and I needed some sort of transportation. I thought about riding the horse, and that's when I started to realize I was dreaming. I thought about how my mom loves horses, but never got to ride one. The horse didn't have a saddle so it was difficult to mount. as I tried to stay on top of the horse I tried to imagine that the horse had a saddle and reins. It worked and I grabbed the reins to try and steer the horse. I can remember pulling left and right on the reins to control the horse's movement. (I usually can't control much in my dreams)

The next thing I know im riding into a town and its dark out. I get off the horse and it sort of just disappears. Its really quiet and I start walking down the streets. I start to get scared and try to not think about anything scary. I start walking to look for a place to stay, but everyone is afraid to answer the door. I forget that im dreaming and decide to try and head back to my car. I walk back the way I came and find my car, but one of my front wheels have been torn off. I start to worry and then the rest of my dream gets fuzzy and I wake up.

im at my friend josh's house watching my older bro play a new game. his game character was some chick with a katana sword and pistol. we talk about the game and how her aim sensitivity is slower with the pistol equipped. things get fuzy and i reappear in his driveway. my dad is there and he is getting out of his truck, before he gets out I go behind josh's garage to piss. my dad finds me after im done pissing. he is concerned about all the video games ive been playing and how late I will stay out, I say about 8-9 unless my friends can stay longer, then I would be late. I try to calm him down and be reasonable with him. he is acting weird tho. everytime I look directly in his direction, he moves to the left or right of me. I ask him if he is okay, and I get worried he is having some health problems. I ask him if he sees lights or dots. like hes having a seizure or something. I tell him we should sit down over on josh's porch chairs. as we begin to talk he disappears and I walk into josh's kitchen through the porch door. he is wearing grey sweat pants and a grey shirt. he says something to me, like he is going to take a shower real quick or something. as I walk through his house i get a flashback of a party he had. im surrounded by people, we are all drunk and most of us are lying on the floor like me. and there is some guy bragging about all these rings and earrings he stole or something. he starts throwing them around to show us. I take 3 and put them in my pocket. I didnt really want to steal them, I remember thinking I would gladly give them back if someone asked for them. I come back from my flashback and im back on josh's porch. I start to remember that someone said whoever has the stolen rings dies suddenly. I reappear on josh's room talking to him. i show him the rings and he starts to freak out. he runs away from me and jumps from 1 part of his roof to another. I follow him. im stuck between a corner on his roof. there is a girl behind me trying to help me up, and josh is frightened by the girl. metal music starts to play for some reason. its a girl screaming "DIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" with some guitar in the background, but not much drums playing. I beg josh to help me up and show the rings to him again and lay them on the side of his roof. I slip a little and have a strange flashback to my facebook page. I see a picture of darian crying with a red cloth stuffed in her mouth and she was tied up. It still didn't make sense to me. I come back to and try to pull myself up. I give up on asking josh to help me and take the girl's hand. as im pulled up I am awakened.

im assuming the girl helping me up was the killer and the girl screaming "DIE!" from the music.

I had a short dream that was lucid. start out in darkness, no surroundings and I didn't really have a body. I saw 4-5 orbs horizontally lined up. they were all different colors. I think it was green, red, blue, purple, and pink or orange(from left to right). I could hardly see the orbs on the right. I was focused on the green orb for some reason. the blue and red orbs switched places, and then the green orb got bigger and brighter. I felt excited and the green orb started to move up and down. As I started to question my dream I woke up.

I oddly had a dream that was very similar to a real event from my childhood. it wasn't that special, I was at Cory's house, in a rural area with no houses around us. I was only 10 and Cory was like 14-15. Now that I'm older I find it odd that I would spend the night at other kids houses when they were as old as my older brothers, but anyways...

We were in his yard looking at a small, old playground that had grass and weeds growing up to my waist. Cory was telling me there was a hornets nest in the playground. We wanted to get a good look at the nest so we carefully sneaked into the tall grass. Unlike what really happened, I seemed to feel smaller and the grass crowded around me. we found the hornets nest behind the ladder, and we were both daring each other to hit the nest with a stick. Cory gave in and swung the stick really hard at the nest. we both ran like hell as soon as he hit it. I could hear the buzzing like it was going around my head over and over. We ran into Cory's garage. We were both out of breathe and i didn't notice that Cory had his dogs in their cages. The dogs barked at me and made me jump. we laughed for a while and decided to get something to eat.

my dream starts to fade as we make pb&j sandwiches and eat. my vision fades like my mind fell asleep while watching my dream, later on I come back to my dream, re-living my old memory. Im playing checkers with Cory and his grandmother walks by us saying something to Cory about supper. She says something to me that makes me laugh.
things fast-forward to night time. im in Cory's room and were playing a video game. we get bored and decide to watch a dragon ball z vhs tape. we had to share a bed, but I didn't mind. we were talking about something I can't remember and my dream ends.

im a student in a large medieval-like college. im very shy and docile around everyone. most students look like normal college kids, except 1 of them is haruko from Fooly Cooly. She teases with me throughout my classes, like making me find a new seat with her in the middle of class, and she argues with the professors. She persuades me into being rebellious and I stop being docile all the time. I learn to question authority, and eventually she creates a small posse with me and 2-3 other students. we become a small rebelious force and the college guards takes notice. as we walk up a large stone fleet of stairs, haruko eyes at a group of guards walking up to us. she turns to me and tells me something along the lines of "doing what I think is right" or "believing in myself". she smiles at me and then the guards separate us. one of the guards ties my hands and begins to put a metal mask over my face with a padlock on the back. I see my reflection in a shiny metallic door frame and think about what haruko said. at first im affraid and consider accepting my punishment, I lower my head and can feel the guard rubbing against my back and slowly bending me forward, sexually. I close my eyes and try to concentrate. I throw my head back as hard as I can and hit the guard. The mask falls off and I untie my hands. I run outside, but everyone is gone. I go out to the courtyard and see people from my posse casting spells(like in skyrim), causing the guards to be frozen in time, giving me time to do whatever it is im supposed to do. I begin to run and think about what im supposed to do. In the courtyard a shadow form of a dragon(like skyrim) lands infront of me, trying to kill me. I run to a magical shrine, where i can learn a special spell. as I read the writing on the shrine I begin to glow. I return to the dragon and cast my spell, which was something about manipulating time. as I cast the spell everything becomes gloomy and dark. There are black ashes floating in the air and everything becomes vivid. As my dream becomes lucid I wake up.

im in my drive way talking about something, possibly about getting a pet.
i see a transparent and floating jelly fish. it was definitely supernatural like a ghost or spirit.
another apparition formed from the air and floated around with the jelly fish.
it kept morphing into weird and usually spherical creatures.
i got my cellphone out to take a picture.
the creature would become more and less transparent as i focused my camera.
my parents we still inside the house and asking me what i saw. i told them and said the creatures were teaching me about something very important. kind of like the meaning of life or something.

had an unexpected lucid dream(DILD).

I was in my hometown talking to my brother. as I walked across the street I saw a white car driving by. I started to run across the street to hurry and get out of the way. after crossing I noticed the white car was trying to chase me. I didnt know why but the two guys inside were mad at me. they were about to drive onto the sidewalk when they got out and chased me by foot. I turned the corner and noticed a good hiding spot. I hid behind a pillar and was inside the display stand for one of the stores. my brother followed me and stood infront of the display looking for me. the 2 people chasing me also stopped and couldn't find me. as I got anxious I realized i was just in a dream. but I wasn't as enthusiastic as usual when I realize im dreaming. I was more concerned with taking control. so i told myself the 2 people would leave(and they did). I stepped out of the display and walked back around the corner. as I turned the corner, i was teleported to a house(supposedly mine, but much different). my 2 brothers were there and I saaw my mom in the kitchen. I tried using my voice to command people. I said something to my brother and he left. I asked my mom to leave and buy me something, but she said she had a headache. I sighed and got impatient and looked her in the eyes and said "you feel better now". she was healed and left. I walked away into the house ready to think up something fun to do while lucid, but awoke.

before my dream gets weird, im at the park with my friends and we see a group of kids we hadnt met before so we ask if they want to play airsoft with us. we all start playing and it becomes an intense game. as it ends some of the people get angry and almost start a fight, but i walked up to them and calmed them down.

continuing from that point the dream gets weird and memorable. I was at the park playing with my friends when an older man walked up and just watched me for a while. I was friendly to the man and he started to talk to me. he said he knew my grandfather. and that my grandfather was important. a tv(ontop of a stand) came out of no where and started playing a video that showed different pictures that were very old. it showed me pictures of people that looked very similar to my father(who i take after remarkably similar to), but from much older times(very old black and white pictures). I was VERY interested to learn more. he told me about when my grandfather owned a large house in kentucky(or 'tucky as he called it)


the dream ended and I woke up for a short period of time but went back to sleep. I awoke to find myself in a similar dream but there was a woman talking to me about my grandfather and when he lived in kentucky. she started to ramble on about how if I divided the map of the kentucky(or the county) and divided it over and over there would be some significant pattern or something. I didnt understand. I was inside a bedroom with my friends from before and they were still as playful as before, laughing and making jokes(i cant remember what they said though). I walked to the corner of the bed to find my bookbag with my red notebook ontop of it and was hoping to write some of this stuff down to remember(unaware i was dreaming).

main points in this dream:
all i remember are the 2 people who talked to me. they mentioned my grandfather and the place he used to live in kentucky. I have no idea whether my grandfather had even been to kentucky. i remember a picture of the house. it was more of a mansion.
I think what kept me so interested in this dream is that my father told me once that him or his dad( my grandfather) had been asked to join the free masons a long time ago, but had declined the offer. I wish i had the chance to join the free masons and understand what they do.

had two dreams last night.
first- i was at work(a grocery store) and was busy doing little chores around the store. i was in the back room and heading for the )front of the store. 2 employees were working at the front(both ive never seen) and talking about something. I made a funny comment to one of the employees(a girl with brown hair and a red shirt also very tan skin). at this point I start to notice the store is dauntingly huge. i walk down the second(or third) aisle walking towards the back again. I notice two actual employees i know in real life. they are a couple and are standing on a catwalk about 20 ft above the floor. I notice the RL guy has his hand on her(RL girl) side, so i look away. i look back at them to try and act normal and say hi, but notice the girl is now topless and waving at me in her normal cheery way. every1 was acting normal except me. I look away almost immediately, even more embarrassed. I try to walk by and mind my own business. she comments on my shirt i have on. i look down at it and see that im wearing a black tee shirt with a face on it. from my angle the face had an angry/disgusting look. then the dream ends.

second dream- im at my grandmas house( in the middle of cornfields). im watching the news with my family. there is a warning about a meteor that will crash near us. I rush to the window in my grandma's kitchen. at first i dont see anything but then i start to see the meteor and i watch it land near the coast of an ocean. I watch as a giant explosion erupts from the crash. I can see all the smoke and debris heading for us. I tell everyone to rush down to the basement. we all hide quietly. after a short while i go back up to check whats happened. I notice a little bit of dust clouds around still. everything seemed quiet. I then saw a large cloud of debri and it was moving towards our house. i start to yell for everyone to get back down and be very quiet. I watch the cloud of debri come closer and I see that there is some machine moving towards us that is creating all the debris to fly around it. I cant get a good view of the machine. i see it stop in out drive way. all I can see is the top of the machine(which looked like it could have been a yellow hummer. I also see a little bit of the top of some peoples heads. I panic assuming they are aliens and hide in the basement with my brother. we both jump to the conclusion that the aliens are friendly and are just taking all the humans to heaven. I begin to feel stranded having fled the aliens. my brother and i decide to go upstairs. as we go up stairs I notice there is a rediculous amount of stairs to climb and make a joke about it to my brother. we see my mother sitting on a couch in the dark( I assume). I sit next to her and we say something to each other. then my mom tells me its her time to go(to heaven) so i tell her i love her and hug her. dream ends.

Im in a giant tank of water but im not scared. it was quiet and lifeless. then I saw a light gleaming off of a beautiful girls body. After seeing her something in me just clicked. I was captivated and felt a very lucid surge of emotion and purpose(to swim to her). the closer I get the brighter everything gets. I wake up when I get close to her.

i wasnt lucid during any of my dream-

im with this guy in some sewer type place. either he hired me or i hired him to help use this weird maze-machine-trap gizmo(it was about the size of a small table and round and i could see the inside the machine). the machine required 2 people to stick their arm into each side of the machine. we had to move our hand threw a maze inside the machine, bending our arm in impossible shapes. we both reached the center of the machine where a blue orb was glowing. then(i think) i said he could reach the orb without my help from that point(im guessing he hired me, still not sure). then he told me to grab the orb to. i guess i also wanted it for some reason. before we went to touch the orb he told me he was going to be my best friend after we touch the orb. i was a little weirded out after he said that but we touch the orb anyways. as soon as we did the orb turned red and its glow increased. i felt almost electrified and felt extremely uncomfortable. my whole body was in terrible discomfort. then everything went black but i still felt the pain. i started a new dream where i was at some weird store while on a field trip. i was walking around the store and still felt the discomfort. i was worried or paranoid about people looking at me. the dream just kinda trailed off from there.

its was a WBTB and i knew i was dreaming before the dream started. i was looking at some pipes that had a control box above them. i flipped some switches to fix something and i was explaining something to a girl i know in reality. i got bored with that so i tried to change who the girl was. i told her to change into another girl i knew in reality. she did change, but into the wrong person. she changed to my mom. i got a little frustrated so i walked down some steps(away from her) to find other people to try and control. my mom followed me. i thought i'd try to change her again. i told her to change into the other girl. she tried but ended up becoming disfigured. it was like she was duplicating but stopped before separating. she had disgusting figure. her head was expanded in the back, and there were several veins. i was a little freaked and still aggravated so i walked away, and she didnt follow me. i walked towards a group of people and tried to vocally tell them to do something(cant remember) they didnt listen and my older brother came up behind me and grabbed my hands and put them behind me. i knew i was in control so i told myself that when i will try to break out of his hold i will be stronger than him. but as i tried to pull away, he was still stronger. he let go on his own, laughing, and walked away. i walked the other direction. after walking away i noticed that my senses were getting extremely dull. everything felt like it was made out of rock. even the people in my dreams.

I have only had 3-4 dreams with my (possible) dream sign. I keep seeing a girl(of various age) in my dreams. I first saw her in a non-lucid dream. she was just standing in my back yard looking at me. as soon as I saw her i stopped and began to feel vivid. I just ran away from her and continued nonlucid dreaming.
the second time I saw her, she was trapped inside a complex safe located in the middle of my back yard and I was frantically trying to save her before she ran out of air. I failed to save her and dream ends with me sobbing over the safe.
the next time a saw her was the first time I became lucid. I walked into my room and found her sitting at my computer desk, and she just looked at me. I imediately turned around to look at the other rooms and realized everything seemed off and I became lucid. she disappeared after I went lucid.
the next time I saw her I was already lucid. she was older than before(around 16-18). she was soaking wet(because it was raining in my dream), sitting on the floor in the center of an open hut, at night time. I walked up to her and as focused on engaging her, I wake up.
im unsure why I have trouble talking to her, I don't think she resembles any person I know in reality.

people in dream: me, josh, heather, formen from House(dont know why he was there at all. he didnt do much), and swarms of zombies(or locust)
in the dream the zombies weren't really zombies, they were more like the locust from gears of war but with skinnier bodies and no guns(but still smarter than a zombie).



dream starts with me in a small circle of my friends(josh, heather, and the formen from House) talking about what we are going to do to survive a zombie outbreak. there are about 20 other random people we are trying to lead to safety. we find a large dump truck and fill the back with the 20 random people and we get into the cab of the truck. we drive into a city and every building is a skyscraper(in third person view above the truck). ALL of the buildings have flames spewing out of the windows and zombies are jumping out of the windows trying to attack us. there were millions of zombies jumping out and on the streets. we turned left and then made a right(trying to avoid the swarms of zombies on the street). as soon as we turned right a building collapses onto the road. we turn left as a last option and see more zombies running down the road. another building had already collapsed to our right and there was a giant crater filled with debris and flames. we drove off the road into the crater. we smashed threw all the debris to a lower floor. the 20 people we were trying to save were stuck in the truck and the swarm of zombies got them. so we 4 were left. everything was covered in debris and flames except for an apartment hallway. we ran down the hallway and the hallway started to look like the hallway in my house. i opened the door to my room and we all hid inside. i held the door shut while the zombies tried to break in. the others were trying to find another way out of the room. there was a window but it lead to my front yard and the zombies were still out there. the other 3 covered the window and i held the door shut. this lasted for several hours, until the next morning(dream fast forwarded). after waiting out so long, the zombies broke up and most all of them left. I could still sense that one of them was outside the door waiting for me. so i grabbed a pencil, opened the door, and stabbed it in the eye. we tried to be quiet to not get any of the zombies' attention. we sneaked into the back room of my house to exit threw the window leading to my backyard. formen(from House) decided to jump threw the window in my living room leading to the front yard(he probably got caught). we walked up to the window in the back of my house and we could hear zombies in the front of the house coming towards us. we knew we would be safe if we ran out to my back yard because there is an open field and no zombies. we all climbed out the window and the dream ended as soon as my feet touched the ground.


side notes:
actually survived a nightmare(can't remember any other times this has happened), and I did so with my friends still alive and with me.
after waking up I felt amazed that I actually survived a nightmare. every other time I deal with swarms of scary things I always die and wake up.
