my twin at work with me but i don't have a twin in real life. i look at my hands RC but they are normal. i can't figure out whats going on.

had a little LD last night. i was just floating through space looking at my vivid hands. i don't think i had a body because i couldn't move. my vision faded in and out a few times and i woke up

i was real close again last night. i was down by the bicycle store and all of a sudden these real vivid lions and a bear were on the street and i'm like "oh shit this is probably a dream" and that was all

May 2011 Week 1
goal: stabilize and use psychokinesis (b-totm)

mon: 4 hours of sleep. did not try.

tue: angry at myself. dreams were real vivid. a sign of recovery but i was too groggy to write 'em down and they vanished within ten minutes
wed: 2 lucids but no ghost

The clock in my room was all screwy. I tried walking around but I moved real slow and the lights were blinking rapidly. I wake up.

I re-enter the dream and I go into the kitchen and ask my girlfriend "help me catch a ghost". She says "They were in the yard but I caught them all". I go out anyways and see my neighbor and his daughter. I say "Let's have a drink." He accepts. I find a bottle under my porch and go into his house.

He takes me through a gym and into a changing room where sexual acts begin between him and his daughter. "I don't have time for this. I need to catch a ghost." More people enter and they all start taking off their clothes and I wake up. I did try looking for a ghost in the gym but nothing.

thu: crazy dream. down a ladder to the center of the earth where i have to kill this fiery skeleton horse with razor claws and tusks. many people died but not me. i woke up before i destroyed the beast.

Mon 04/18/11: minimal recall. dreams of work and old friends.
Tue 04/19/11: strange. had my dreams the first half of the morning. had a lucid but don't remember much but having a beard. too early and groggy to write notes...didn't sleep well after that
Wed 04/20/11: the dreams vanish as soon as wake up. and damn it, i know i took some notes...
Thu + Fri: i wrestled an alligator at the zoo to save my brother. smoked ham and swiss sandwich i ate
Sat: first in line at the new roller coaster but the employees aren't there. after a while, the kid shows up smoking a joint with red eyes and lets us on. everything is real dark. i wake up. boring.
Sun: nothing!
