Fell asleep thinking of how I needed to remember my dreams and write them down.

Dreamed I was in my living room walking towards my room, and everything was really really dark. I did a reality check and realized I was dreaming (first lucid dream ever)... I started getting really really excited and ended up waking myself up, my heart RACINGGGGGG!@!@@! Turned over and jotted down my dream.
