    2. The Past is No More

by , 05-02-2018 at 01:40 PM (Inner World حلم Gamma Waves)
It is grey with much cloudy weather, I go outside and begin to run to no where. I then see a bear with a yellow shirt and yellow shoes. I then decide to run the opposite direction of it as I knew it would try to eat me. I became lucid at this point and look back to notice it has a ridiculous run about it. I don't understand how a bear could run like that but I made it in to this van and took cover for a few moments.

Before making my way to the old house I use to live in. I closed the door and recalled that in previous dreams like this, the door would never close all the way even when I would shut it. I look back and could see the door was still open. I slammed it in and gave a huge relief. I then woke myself.

    3. Dream - The Paris Rats & I Know Who You Are

      by , 05-02-2018 at 12:16 PM
Date of Dream: WED 2 MAY - 2018

Dream No. 319 - Separated Sections

      Dream 319 A - The Paris Rats
This dream wasn't too vivid. From what I can remember, I was walking around this complex full of huge sheds. It's when I was inside them thought that they looked more like the interior of old houses or a garage with house furniture in it. As I was walking through them, I managed to catch sight of WB in the distance who looked really angry towards me. There were some similarly aged family friends with her who were giving me all these piercing glares as well. As much as I sighed at their snarky attitudes and ignorance for who I really am, I walked out of there and the dream moved to the next scene.

I was walking around some unknown outdoor area but I could tell that it had just been raining. There was a huge puddle filled with muddy water, almost big enough to be a lake. Out of it jumped one of the rats from the Sly 2 Paris episode... An enlarged version of it with the exact same appearance and even clothing as in-game. The rat also had the exact same move-sets as in the game; I fought this rat by slapping it constantly and I won. I came across another puddle and it was a Sly 2 Paris frog; same deal, I slapped it up and won. And then the third time, it was another rat; slapped it and won. I forgot what happened for the remainder of the dream.

      Dream 319 B - I Know Who You Are
I don't remember how the dream started. From where I do remember, I was looking through some Discord “stream-chat”; this website was a mix between Facebook, Instagram and Discord. On there, I saw a cartooned image of someone that was claiming to be SkipDip, who in real life is supposedly responsible for Logan's current ad struggles on YouTube. I sent a message to SkipDip and I said to him, “If you don't stop flagging Logan's YouTube videos, I will freeze all your assets and the only method of capital gains tax you'll have access to is the frozen indexation method”. That's all I can remember about this dream.

    4. Alien Salvation

      by , 05-02-2018 at 11:02 AM
Morning of May 2, 2018. Wednesday.

My dream begins with the very common circadian rhythm correlation of the “something wrong with the sun” factor.

In late afternoon, I am in a distortion of my Cubitis home, on the east side of the living room, though it is implied as our present home. I become aware that the sun is becoming too hot for life to continue on Earth. Thus, this is a typical “end of the world” theme (though these are rarely nightmarish for me in the way described by other people), which has occurred on a regular basis for over fifty years. I perceive much of the solar system as being oriented above and beyond the house to the east, with the implication there is no detail rendered elsewhere (such as beyond the other side of the world or to the west). This is surreal, as there are vestibular dynamics where I seem to “fall” into outer space in a dream within a dream and then shift back into my original dream’s setting without waking or with any perceived concurrent threat or concern other than the prospect of the sun eventually becoming too hot. It is as if my dream self is subliminally testing the autosymbolic (vestibular) design of my dream before deciding to continue (even though I am not viably lucid).

I am aware that the sun’s heat will be increasing exponentially, and that in a few hours it will be about 6,400 degrees (or 80^2). A number of unknown people are present. Some of the others talk about surviving for a few additional hours. Apparently, they believe they can live for an extra hour or two, or longer, by staying in a building with an air conditioner that remains on. We all go out to find a safer location.

There is a surreal scene where I am temporarily inside an upright hollow rectangular prism. Someone else is near the top looking down at me, as I am looking up from within it. There is some sort of ambiguous association with it being a vehicle. It seems nighttime at this point, but soon switches back to afternoon.

While in an unfamiliar building on the third floor, I watch equidistant soap bubbles float by outside. I realize that this means aliens are present (subliminally influenced by comic book story I had not thought of at all in years). I consider that the aliens are here to save humanity, even though I only see the spaceship briefly in a dream within a dream. Some of the others suggest that we need to go underground, though we remain on the first floor for a time.

My dream becomes more vivid and I am now in a distortion of the Loomis Street house, near the back door. A doll walks in from outside. It is about a foot high. It does not talk but makes clicking and humming noises as if to analyze a person’s status. A teddy bear also walks in as well as a stuffed elephant (with a floral print) walking on its back legs. They are all the same height.

In the final moments prior to waking, I consider that the friendly and helphful aliens are very shy, so they sent in these devices to make first contact and to study people for a time before taking the human race to another planet to ensure survival.

The “alien” association is caused by the transient dream self not being correlated with the conscious self identity while in REM sleep (as the non-lucid dream self has neither viable contact with the unconscious, such as consistent memory of personal history, or the conscious self identity as in waking life, though most people do not have the ability to realize this at all, hence belief in nonsensical forms of “interpretation”). This is not quite as common as more mundane RAS correlation factors. This is resolved by the introduction of the dream state indicators, teddy bear (first-level dream state indicator) and doll (autosymbolism for the physical body being inactive in sleep - more specifically, my subliminal awareness of Zsuzsanna also being asleep). An elephant, the last “toy” to enter the room, is autosymbolism for the waking alert factor in this case, due to how it “trumpets” (initiating the return to waking consciousness). Once my fictitious dream self subliminally accepts the dream state indicators, RAS modulation begins the waking process. Additionally, this is also a form of doorway waking symbolism, as the “toys” walk in through the back door from outside. (There is no personified preconscious factor as the “toys” hold this role.)

    5. The deepdown.

      by , 05-02-2018 at 08:35 AM
I visited the deep down this morning. I can’t renember the details, only the emotional residue. The deepdown feels like home, you know everyone, you are the perfect age . Sometimes people say they have a yearning to return to heaven they can’t quite explain. I believe the deep down is my heaven. I felt like if I was going to die, it is okay. I’m not afraid, I am just returning home. Where I am loved, where everyone knows me, it is a kind of neverland. The nights are always a shimmering summer haze, perfumed with the balmy scent of youth, crickets singing in the firkds under open starlight, lilac bushes in full bloom, fresh cut grass in shady corners of midnight lawns and the smell of anticipation and endless possibilities. My parents are young. My friends are young, I am who I am but I also return to being the primal part of who I was. I love my time in the deepdown.

    6. Magical May Competition Night 1 - 1/05/18

by , 05-01-2018 at 11:39 PM (Journeys through Spacetime)
I was walking down a dark corridor while carrying a very heavy cello, and vaguely suspicious, I reality checked. Consequently, I realized I had seven fingers, and was, therefore dreaming. The cello was encased in a white case, then sheathed in a dark blue bag, contrary to my usual instrument. Irritated from lumbering the cello across the corridor, I decided to shrink it to the size of my palm. With that obstacle dealt with, I proceeded to fly through the solemn left wall, to reveal an expansive and lush university campus.

I approached a vast green space obstructed by an antique white tent, seemingly unoccupied. Consequently, I summoned three miscellaneous dream figures, two men, and a woman. The leftmost person was male, and with greasy silver hair adorning his rodent-like expression, augmented by his unpleasant eyeglasses. The other man was situated next to him, except he was bald, and although his face was leaner, it possessed a sarcastic leer. Finally, the woman was of perhaps forty years with dark hair, except she had an unnaturally long face, seemingly exacerbated by compulsive usage of chewing gum. Although I was slightly disappointed by my audience, I proceeded to proclaim my abilities in the dream state. They did not believe me for an instant, and with indignation, I held my hands shoulder-length apart, evoked the element of air, and held it for around half a minute. During this period, I breathed the concentrated purity inwards. The experience was like drinking water, but with a fundamentally different taste, or the lack thereof.
The turbulence in the room had disturbed my audience somewhat, and they cowered with their arms over their eyes. Before long, I had breathed in all that was necessary. I exhaled.

The concentrated power I had unleashed had destroyed my surroundings completely. Floating in nothing, I recalled one of my personal goals: to create a mythology based on dreams. For my first stage, it was the Creation. I witnessed a narrator narrate the proceeding.

    7. Indifferent

      by , 05-01-2018 at 09:06 PM
I laid down and relaxed... my body was heavy in short time, and I stopped to breathe... I can stay that way for up to about 5 minutes when I'm that relaxed. The separation is faster that way- breathing can disturb me in time of separation sometimes. I felt touch on my legs, like hands and they went up my legs. I opened astral eyes and I saw exceptionally beautiful young woman with brown hair and brown eyes coming up to my body... She was naked, slim, with firm breasts of about B-cup with small nipples, slim waist... She was coming on all four limbs up, until her eyes were in front of mine. She held me down with her hands on my arms and I couldn't separate out of body. I felt no arousal and looking into her eyes, I had a feeling of falling toward her eyes... Then I needed to take a breath and since I wasn't separated, I found myself back in physical world.

      Remarks:
I would say it was OBE to astral projection, but I managed to open my eyes only.
I got aroused once I was back in physical but in that state it was asexual for me.

    9. Mathematical Fireworks

      by , 05-01-2018 at 06:10 PM
Morning of April 28, 2018. Saturday.

I am in an unknown spacecraft in orbit around Earth, but the spacecraft is not implied to be alien.

Fireworks are being shown far below, but eventually, it seems they are in view from the front window of the spacecraft, which is not logical as they would have to be too far up to be appreciated from ground level.

Eventually, some of the small sparks strike the window, some seeming to create a “splash” effect, and I see they appear as glowing mathematics symbols, including pi. Each set fades as more “splash” onto the window. There is a curious sound like two sticks hitting together as well as sizzling. A few sparks come from the control panel as well, but there is no sense of threat or problematic events.

This is autosymbolism for the usual vestibular system correlation and thinking skills correlation (which the subconscious self does not have while in the non-lucid dream state) to activate the return to consciousness, but unique as always.

    10. “Time to Ride”

      by , 05-01-2018 at 08:29 AM
Morning of May 1, 2018. Tuesday.

I become somewhat puzzled in one of my last dreams of my sleep cycle. I keep hearing the old Donny Osmond song (from when he was a boy), “The Wild Rover (Time to Ride)”, which I had on a 45 when I was a boy. It is a song that had not even crossed my mind in many years.

Eventually, during sustained hypnopompic disclosure (the period in which my previous dream’s meaning surfaces and is clearly understood), I perceive it as the usual autosymbolic waking process, which had borrowed “The sun’s about to rise”, one of the song’s lines. (This happens fairly often, that is, my dreams using waking process autosymbolism based on song lyrics, and it is sometimes songs of which I had not even thought about at all in years.)

    11. Losing time.

      by , 05-01-2018 at 08:00 AM
I had return to my childhood home where I was now raising my children. I looked down a road from a tall window. My daughter asked me where it led to. I told her I had never walked the whole road. Suddenly I realized life was speeding by and that it was coming to an end too quickly. I knew I would never know what was at the end of that road and it cried. I wanted to know when we had gotten so old. After I woke up I felt depressed and had low energy for most of the day.

    12. Bob Marley in Norway

      by , 05-01-2018 at 07:19 AM
Morning of May 1, 2018. Tuesday.

People are ice fishing on a frozen lake in Norway in late morning. A few cars drive around and I wonder if they will fall through, but I decide not to mentally will this event (even though I am not lucid).

Bob Marley eventually makes an appearance.

The main influence (the setting anyway) was from having just seen “The Snowman” (2017).

    13. First Time Gyeongbokgung Palace

      by , 05-01-2018 at 12:04 AM
      Fire

I was watching a scene unfold of a woman telling someone how to do something correctly. She mentioned that you had to make a big circle with red and white string than put feathers in it until it ended up being the right scale. (Obviously my mind took this from the pi joke on Hukif Entry) I left her after that and watched a man holding a cigarette enter the now formed bathroom. He than lay in the tub totally out of it and dropped the cigarette. The flame grew big.

I ended up where my dad was now somewhere inside the house. We were trying to escape when I remembered my birds. He followed me as I ran from room to room until I found them. He carried the cage out the room with me but than I remembered we could use a fire extinguisher. I didn't know how to use it but I picked one up and tried to get it to work. It ended up spraying the fire a bit but it wasn't enough. That's when mew aliens began to slowly come out of objects and tried attacking us with beams.

We ran together until we came upon a door my dad opened. The room was filled with water but we had no choice. We went in and swam up coming across a door on the ceiling. I tried to get in the door after my dad but my movement was going on the opposite direction that I wanted to go. "I can't do it!" I shouted. "You can!" My dad replied. "NO, I cant! Help me!". Than I just buckled up and moved in the opposite direction i wanted to go until i got in the door.

I and my dad were now right side up and in the living room. But the mews appeared too. We ran out the door, my dad still holding the cage. My dad ended up in the car with my birds faster, while I was halfway to it. The mews than went though the door, their eyes glowing yellow as they sent yellow energy balls at me. "Open the door for me!" I shouted. When I tried opening the car door it wouldn't work. I had to deflect a energy ball with a random shirt. That's when the door opened, I got in the back seat and than I woke up.

      Gyeongbokgung Palace

I was laying on a bed in a small room, looking at the floor thinking to myself "Gyeongbokgung Palace".
When I realized that the small room I was in had a peculiar small square window with red tape around it.

"Gyeongbokgung Palace!"I said knowing that I was in a dream now. I flew out the window and ended up on a clear path that looked like urban Japanese style homes around me. However, as I thought about the palace again I soon was flown and teleported to on top of a gray mountain where I could see more mountains and the city way down below. It was daytime, bright, with clouds in the area. "The mountain is a nice spot but where I really want to go is the palace". I than thought of Gyeongbokgung Palace multiple times until I teleported into a crowded area inside what looked like one of the houses in the palace site.

Hearing the sounds of people chattering as they pushed around me I got the feeling I was in a area probably where a cafe was. But since it was a dream it could be any area. I than walked to the side until the crowd lessened and looked at the wooden flooring to see a small black outlined square with kanji and hiragana in it.

What I could read was "te, ii noni". It doesn't make sense and wasn't the whole thing but it was something. I than looked around. To my right side there was a counter where you could order something. It was interesting but than I moved into the next room where I became non lucid.

My teacher was present and handed me a test back. He said to look at it than handed someone else their test. Afterwards he made an announcement that the trip was going well so far but for no one to get lost. Thats the last thing I remember.

      Dogs

A dream where I became a dog with other people. A bear took over our house and kicked me out. My brother tried fighting me with a pencil. I was playing ds with my old best friend but I couldn't hear her and when she got close to tell me something she kissed my ear. I wasn't into her though and thought it was probably a mistake. At the end I was talking to my cousin who was getting facial hair like a guy. Oh and there was a time I looked in the mirror and saw myself as a guy.

Notes- It was interesting how my dreaming mind put kanji and hiragana into the square. Squares are common in waking life so it was probably a coincidence but i decided to do some digging and see if i could find anything in the palace that had language in a square. I found three pics with symbols on them. I dont know what they mean and i didnt know the palace had them. After looking at more pics of the palace im noticing symbols or designs on architecture. This makes me wonder if jewl symbol has something to do with the palace. Also do you have an idea what these symbols in the pic mean Jewl?

    14. Blue Opossum Explains Vestibular System Correlation

      by , 04-30-2018 at 06:25 PM
Afternoon of April 30, 2018. Monday.

This entry is required reading for anyone who wants to develop a better understanding of dreams and the various causes of dream content and inherent meanings.

In this entry, I will be writing more about the nature of vestibular system correlation. This is my most common form of autosymbolism throughout the tens of thousands of dreams I have studied and decoded for over fifty years since early childhood. It can occur in a few different dreams per sleep cycle. Ultimately, it is my main recurring factor of dream state transition, even in lucid dreams, and is augmented in some auto-scripted dreams, as deliberately auto-scripted dreams have unavoidable though incidental stark contrasts with circadian rhythms dynamics, a main factor of sleeping and dreaming.

Since childhood (around age nine), I have tried to determine causes of different types of vestibular system correlation, which, while in a dream, ranges from subliminal to intrusive; for example, dreams of falling and even a dream where an intruder tried to force me to grow a bird of prey’s talon from my right thumb. By way of RAS mediation, a simulacrum of vestibular system correlation is created in one of several different ways, including specialized preconscious personification or even features such as a bird as a “teacher” or a “villain” depending on the concurrent dynamics of the particular state (including the subliminal willingness to wake or continue sleeping). For example, in the most vivid dream I have ever had, a resplendent quetzal flew down to become the partner of an earthbound bantam silver sebright rooster (the one I had as a pet in childhood but long dead in reality). RAS personification may be “friendly” or “invasive” depending on the status of the dream self’s attention, which may not be related to waking life or the conscious self identity or experience at all, but the progression of the waking stage and the status of current dream self awareness and depth.

Vestibular system correlation comes in many different forms. In some cases, it depends on sleeping position. Sleeping position has a major influence on both depth of sleep and the nature of the dream state and the types of dreams that result. Waking life vestibular system ambiguity results in dizziness, although in dreams this is more about subliminal anticipation of the waking process, the main factor of a non-lucid dream’s autosymbolism.

The processes relating to vestibular system correlation comes from the dream self’s virtual vestibular system being separate from the real vestibular system of the physical body in REM sleep. To put it simpler, the subconscious self does not have a viable awareness of the real physical body while sleeping. This is what causes the sensations of flying, falling, rising, and movement in general, which of course, is an illusion. (On a side note, dizziness in waking life is of course an illusion as the room is not literally spinning around you as you are discerning it as such.)

The description of REM sleep muscle atonia by Jouvet and Michel (1959) helped to presage the idea that dreaming was constituted by virtual perception and movement. Real (waking) perception and movement were actively blocked, while the brain was forced to generate a virtual simulacrum of waking consciousness. (“Virtual reality and consciousness inference in dreaming”, Front Psychol. 2014; 5: 1133.) This does not mean that dream state indicators (such as the appearance of a bed or being undressed) or other subliminal awareness of being asleep does not come into play as a thread in a dream’s hodgepodge.

Vestibular system ambiguity can flow from passive to dominant (dream self is moving toward consciousness) or from dominant to passive (dream self is slipping back into sleep). It does not make any sense to “interpret” autosymbolic biological factors, but this is what many people do. It is important to understand that dreams, contrary to popular belief, do not symbolically “represent” waking life, but are meant to occasionally borrow waking life factors to initiate the return to consciousness.

In the case of the specific factor discussed in this entry, it is not possible to consciously control vestibular system ambiguity in the dream state, lucid or not, though an aspect of it can be held, for example, in flying dreams (both lucid and non-lucid) where the real vestibular perception of the physical body does not dominate the liminal state or space. Some people seem to believe that falling dreams are a result of waking life anxiety. I have never seen any personal evidence of this. The vividness of falling dreams increases exponentially after I have had a lot more exercise, especially with more time spent walking. Such a dream is also more likely if I had been in an elevator that day, and I have no anxiety regarding elevators in waking life. My most vivid falling dream occurred during the night after experiencing the log flume ride at Busch Gardens earlier that day.

Falling dreams (in addition to the talon dream mentioned above) are also sometimes caused by environmental noise. Even in waking life, high levels of noise may stimulate the vestibular system and thereby cause disturbances in the balancing mechanism. Babies apparently experience falling dreams by way of the Moro reflex, which I have often seen in my own children when they were babies.

Understanding the nature of vestibular system correlation and dream state and waking process autosymbolism in general will help you to easily dismiss the nonsensical psychobabble and superstition concerning dreams of which is virtually everywhere, but of which is a great disservice to present day society (at least for people who have never held the desire of looking into the causes of their own dreams).

One of the most important aspects to understand about dreams is, just as with sequences of waking life thoughts, a dream is not just one event. Even though I typify dreams based on their main factor, there are always threads of other processes integrating into the dream state, again, just as with waking life thoughts. This is why saying that a dream relates to one thing makes no sense - any more than claiming every singular thought in a period of twenty minutes is “about” the same thing. Dreams are a result of many different types of threads coming together in a synthesized composite. Until that is understood, there is no hope of discerning the nature of the dream state.

On a side note, some people apparently do not dream of flying very often or at all, when the majority of my dreams have this potential. I effortlessly take to the sky as perceiving it in the same way as I do walking in waking life in both lucidity and non-lucidity. The highest level of apex lucidity however, does not have this potential, as the discernment of physicality is too augmented, complete with the extremely realistic feeling of weight, movement, and momentum (impetus).

On a final note, I should point out that falling can also serve as induction into a more vivid dream, though this is rare for me (though I prefer creating and using a difficult door for an astounding increase in vividness). Some people do not seem to believe this because of the ludicrous myth about dying in a dream if you do not wake up before your fall completes. It is one of many nonsensical myths propagated by people with virtually no dreaming experience.
