7-26-10

I had a dream that I was in some sort of virtual Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 game. I remember scrolling through and selecting Noob Saibot. I then physically embodied him and fought in some weird, factory-esque place (lots of metal, low lighting) after watching Cage fight several times. I remember jumping down an open pit so that I could join the Brotherhood of the Shadow (as a side note, I'm surprised I still remember all of this stuff cuz my nerd-dom days are totally over). It ended up being suicide when I did, during which i was warned by a narrating voice something about the pit being bad because the BoS are bad people. After which I took the perspective of a boy discussing college prospects with his father, which makes sense because I partly watched Accepted yesterday. I remember pushing some large object across a stone bridge over a huge gorge. It fell off, with "me" going with it. At which point, the suicide of Noob scene and other scenes as the boy alternated and repeated themselves a few times.

Then, I was myself in a high-tech looking hallway with a partner unknown to me. We decoded a door at the end and entered into this large room. An alarm modestly sounded and "emergency" supplies dropped, including pillows and pixie stix. Lol. I tried to get away by going through the door we had entered, which was now an elevator. As the door closed, I saw people so I opened it again. It was a family being held captive, a family I presume to have been my partner's. We folllowed with the group when instructed. We went up several stairs. At one point, there were large windows we could look out. We were hgih in the air, there was water below us and land off in the distance about half a mile. It was evening, but not completely dark. I realized we were on a cruise ship. Eventually, we made our way to a concert hall where an orchestra was playing.

This is where I determined I have been watching too many episodes of scrubs. Dr. Cox started playing a trumptet to my left, and Dorian played some weird conk-shell-esque horn to my right. After the performance, we all went back to the room where we were "caught", only there was a lot of traffic and I couldn't get past people. There was suddenly another concert hall to my right. I seat jumped to the other side where there was no traffic and went into the lobby. I saw my father, then he disappeared. I asked for how to get to the room to an attendant. He said it was below decks. I think I asked what all the hubbub was about, and he told me the baby jesus was pregnant. This ended up being the name of the piece that the orchestra was playing, and not a mis-spoken way of saying Jesus was back. I lol'ed. It's especially funny for an atheist. That was all I can remember.

In last night's dream was a little kid (10) and I was with a boy also the same age (also some MUPPETS too) we were investaging something. I don't know what it was. All I know it was on a lsland and the island had theme park rides (that could be put in trucks-but I will get to that later). But we were getting close to the end of the trail. We found the person after climbing up a ladder into a half-treehouse and half-lighthouse. In the lighttreehouse there were levers. The guy turned around and noticed that the boy and I were there. He insisted that we sit down. Once the boy and I sit down according to the shadow on the wall he tied our arms behind our backs. Than we saw him move each lever and the city across from the island had a "blackout" that night. Somehow we were brought back down the ladder. and we see a truck come. We both see that it said something like "country fair" on the side of the truck. The boy said "a country fair would be a lot better than this crappy theme park". I hissed to him just as the guys was passing with a ride "Don't you realize? they are stealing the rides from this park." Than some people from the city came just in the time with police officers too. I woke up after this.

I've been having absolutely epic dreams, but I wake up quickly or in a bad mood (being disturbed) and lose them all.
I've been dreaming a lot about my ex-husband... about him being victimized, or trying to find work, or having to pay too much child support (yeah right, he only pays $250 a month total for 4 kids). I've dreamed of his family, of my family, of the same ole same ole- buildings and zombies/bad guys/monsters/attackers unknown; flying and watching for power lines; aliens; children; messes.

This morning, though, was a first for me. I didn't get to sleep until around 8:30AM and I made the terrible mistake of eating Dark Chocolate Raisinettes before sleeping. I kept waking up, choking on Acid The only dream bit I recall is of crocheting lol. I was working on a new pattern for a choker. There was a completed choker that I really liked, but the n it suddenly became too big and bulky. I saw other patterns and tried duplicating them but had to keep starting over.
>>I've been thinking a lot about crocheting lately. I wish I had more talent than I do and that I could read instructions and patterns instead of having to wing it. My recent focus has been chokers, but I also find it interesting that I was actually choking throughout the dream lol

7/25 - I'm in a movie with Tracy Morgan.

7/26 - I'm traveling in Tibet with a few others in order to see the Dalai Lama (even though he's not in Tibet), We are walking through the mountains, air is very cool and clean, it is dusk and I can see eight separate moons on the horizon, I'm taking pictures of everything with my iPhone. There are flying dragons that we all knew were called "Drakes." I remember being frustrated because I did not go to the bathroom before we embarked on our journey. I then woke up because I had to go to the bathroom .

Remembered three dreams this night!

1) I am the last hope for humanity (not sure why), working in an Apple store. Some evil being is trying to get me to sleep with some girl which will apparently cause the world to end. It's new years eve. Feels like I'm the only one around who knows of the impending destruction of humanity. Got off work, everyone is going crazy, in a very demonic kind of way. At some ceremony with lots of people I know, feels like they are all in a trance.

2) 5:41 AM - Around some priest who is telling me that children who hang out with the child he is with will die, at which point the child's eyes start glowing red.

3) In a band, playing bass. It's our first gig, my top bass string breaks and can't find another string. End up borrowing someone's bass. Leave my bass at the venue, on a glass elevator and can't get off to go get it.

CATS AND OUTCAST

The other night in my dream I was watching a performance and it was a mix of CATS and The Liong King but minus the killing. There were three cats on the stage two of them were adult males big cats and they both wanted the throne (so to speak). The third was a girl cub. Her father won the fight and the uncle cat was put into a jail. 5 years pass and the the girl cat now a woman cat fell in love with another male cat. And they were going off to celeberate the marriage and the Woman cat said "I will be with you in a minute". She wanted to unliock the jail so her uncle could be free. But I told her not to because he could jerpozide-sp? her father's ruling and her own ruling beening her father's heiress.

The scence than went to a regular bathroom with stalls. There were 3-5 teen girls in the bathroom standing in front of the sink. They heard some crying and on the other side of the stalls there was a teen girl on the floor crying her eyes out. They asked her what was wrong. I think the girl said something about hating beening an outcast and unpopular. Than the 5 girls brought her into their group. I woke up shortly after this.

Night School

I was at school at night, and there was a big bonfire going on. I was going somewhere, but I don't know where. There was a locker room, but it had a pull door but there was no handle. Eventually, I just pushed hard enough and it opened. After that, I had no clothes on, but no one seemed to mind.

Land Mines

It was snowy, and I was on a road with another person. We both had metal detectors, and whenever we would find a mine, it would be a red cross hair and glow. To disarm, we did some weird action, then it would glow green. We did this for some time, until we reached a large metal door. There were hundreds of mines right in front of this door, so it would take some time to disarm all the mines. However, some idiots on snow mobiles would just drive right past all of the mines, setting them all off simultaneously.

Geek Squad

I had applied to work at a Geek Squad store in a small shopping center. There was another person there who apparently was leaving. I went into the store and looked around, while the person entered some code into a machine to quit.

Transformers

It started out in the courtyard of this large building. There was some weird tornado warning, so I guess that meant we stood on Giant piles of rubbish with flashlights in our hand to look for tornados. This was rather unsuccessful, so then I turned around, and there was Optimus Prime! I can't remember what we did exactly, but we ended convincing Megatron to join us (but starscream was still evil). However, Bumblebee was extremely hurt, and he had to shut down. Megatron tried to revive him, but he was unsuccessful, and so he resorted to feeding him some Transformer Food (?) and that worked. Apparently it was only a temporary solution.

I remembered this dream a bit after I woke up, so I forgot most of it.

I was reading Raven's DJ, It was something about visiting mosh's house, The next thing I know, I am in mosh's house, he is staring at me oddly.

I'm so ticked at myself! I woke up after a few dreams last night but I was too lazy to record them down in my journal, thinking I would just do it in the morning. Now I can't remember them. I only remember the most recent one I had.

I am in choir talking with Alla, a girl I haven't spoken to since middle school, and ask her if she'll be continuing choir this year (which is weird, because she isn't, and never was, in choir to begin with). She says she's only doing concert choir this year, and we take our seats. The choir director has written a list of songs we are going to sing on the board, one of which is Pretty Women from Sweeney Todd. My friend Jessica and I sing along, and I see this kid Matt, also not in choir and I haven't been friends with him since freshman year, and he's watching me. I start singing a little too loudly, and the music stops. I am staring at my lap, and look up to find everyone, including the director, staring at me and giving me a dirty look.

Last night I took 3 mg of melatonin about an hour before I went to bed and 100 mg of B6 after about 5 hours of sleep. This worked the best as it produced some remarkable dreams. Taking the melatonin would have made it extremly easy to WILD, but I did not attempt to.

My awareness in my dreams is slowly starting to change. I am subconciouslly becoming aware that I am dreaming. Actions in my dreams is proving this. In the dream about wanting to steal the car, I remember knowing that it wasn't real and that I could do things like that. It may not be big, but I feel like its leading somewhere.

This one is a bit of a fragment. We were driving around in a car with another guy. I was driving, and the car was breaking down. I said we could get another car, and all we had to do was steal it. But instead, we parked on the side of the road, and went and talked to a group of friends. It was right next to some sort of street vendor. The guy from rock n' roll factory was there. He asks if we want to buy some blunts, so tyler brings out this huge wad of cash and pays for some blunts. He turns to me and says, "Look, its that easy!"

Dreamsign I should Have Recognized:
1) Driving a car!
2) The though of wanting to steal a car.

I was driving my car and I was trying to eat some Bojangles. I was driving through an apartment complex and there were a bunch of people out. They were all African-American. They were all in the street and I couldn't go anywhere, so I decided to eat my Bojangles!

As I was eating, they started leaning on my car and beating on it and stuff. This was making me mad, so I honked the horn and was trying to drive away. They were all yelling at me and stuff so I just floored it and they jumped out of the way. I spun tires and did a burnout and sped down this hill. I couldn't brake hard enough and slammed into the curb. I was trying to drive away but my back tire was flat and shred to peices.

this one is just a fragment. im in a room, it looks like a hotel room, and im next to a desk. theres a Nintendo DS sitting there on top of it. i pick it up, and for some reason try to insert a CD into it. it rejects the CD, and i try to put an actual game in it. but the DS messes up and plays the CD i just took out. it shows the title screen for Tetris, it looked like the demo i have on my phone. also, my neighbor was there also, but i dont remember talking to him.

-In line at the grocery store with my girlfriend when old high school classmates recognize me and are surprised with how much I've changed.

-Girlfriend tells me that she's leaving to the Caribbean on a school trip. I tell her that I'm going to the same destination as well because of work but she doesn't believe me. While we are arguing, I get an important call I've been waiting for but decide to ignore it.

I talk to my mom about my problems and she informs me that I'm half African American.

I get frustrated with girlfriend and start talking to other girls while I'm at the airport.

For some reason, my high school classmates, my girlfriend and I get driven to the airplane in a limo.

The flight assistant tries to forcefully rush me inside of the plane causing me to drop my items. I get extremely mad and yell at him untill he focuses his attention on someone else.

Once I've boarded the plane, I sit down next to my girlfriend and classmates in a "movie theater" style cockpit.

My dream suddenly turns into a narration as I realize that I was writing a question about my love life on a relationship forum.

Me and another person are looking for a place to park. We are thinking about parking inside a giant manhole that is next to some parking spaces, but realize they are filled with trash. I hear cop sirens and begin to panic, so we park in a regular spot.

We just got done watching a movie at the movie theater, and someone tells me we just watched the "Dark Knight". As everyone exits the theater, are start looking for a bottle of Old Spice Body Wash that I thought I brought into the theater with me.
