1. Big Bang Game Show

by , 02-07-2011 at 09:14 AM
I was watching another game show from a high view - I was either watching it on a TV or from a far back row in the audience. The audience chairs went diagonally up, like on most game shows. Penny, the female character from The Big Bang Theory had her tits out, and was balancing them in her hands. She seemed very tired out and excited at the same time, as she was doing some form of energetic task that involved her moving around on her spot. Suddenly, she got a question asking her something about food, such as "what did you eat last night"? She got all confused, until she said Spaghetti. "Spaghetti" turned out to be the answer to the REAL question, which was "What can you NOT make a baby out of?"
2. Gay Breakfast

by , 02-07-2011 at 09:10 AM
I was on some form of gameshow, and was in the studio. I was sat in my own little private seat on the wall, like the room the guy who controls the projector sits in at the cinema. The room was semi-lit. I looked forward, and there was someone sat next to a desk. I can't remember who this was, but I'm pretty sure it was a friend of mine. They began to interrogate me, asking me if I was eating "Gay Breakfast". At the time, I was eating a bowl of Coco-Pop Rocks. I told them I was eating breakfast, therefore we concluded that my breakfast was gay... The presenter was Asian and very eccentric.

3. Working for Hades

by , 02-07-2011 at 09:02 AM (Various adventures of WK)
non lucid

The dream opened up and I was sitting in an odd black chair that the right arm wrapped around to the front and had a button on it in front of me. under my button it said 12-17 and when I looked down in front there was a conveyer belt bringing people through a doorway. There were other doorways to the side that each had a different number set over them. I figured out pretty quickly that each of us were supposed to push our buttons when a person of the proper age group got to the doorway marked for their ages. the people that came through were all people that had recently died and we were sorting them. I was getting mad at my boring task and also wondering a little bit if I was dead myself so I stood up out of my chair and walked over to the right and saw some glass doors and on either side were these machines that looked like the front end of a motorcycle.
I stepped through the doors and saw 3 of those chairs that the seat extends way out in front. The largest was elevated the highest and next to an elaborate machine that I couldnt tell what it was for. The second was slightly lower than the first and the third was on the ground. The highest chair had a tall man wearing all black but the top of his head had metal over it. Something in my head just said Hades.
"Hades?"
He didnt reply but I knew that it was the greek god. I looked into the lowest chair and saw an amazingly beautiful girl. "Are you Persephone?" I asked, "Why arent you in the second chair?"
"No silly, I am her daughter."
"Daughter? I didnt know that Hades and Persephone had a daughter."
"It wasnt recorded in the myths, Granny is ashamed of me...." She had a sad smile on her face.
I walked over to her and sat down on her chair with her. I had completely forgotten about Hades and all the questions I wanted to ask. I started making out with the goddess. and then I got thrown against the wall behind the chairs. I looked back at the largest chair and saw Hades rise out of it. He walked towards me and lifted me up off the ground. The metal on his head heated up and turned red and then black. He stopped and put me down.
"You know what youve got guts kid," He laughed "remind me of me a little when I was young growing up in the belly of my father. It wasnt just me and my siblings that he ate yknow?"
"So you wont vaporize me on the spot?"
"No I think I will answer some of your questions actually."
We talked for a while and he told me that I wasnt dead I was just working for him. He gave me a new job because the one I had sucked and after talking a little more I left the room and walked around a corner. I went to another room that had a view of the conveyer belt but also had a pool table and a drink machine. All I had to do now was play. Hades is pretty awesome I was thinking.
I walked over to see the conveyer belt and I saw some people come through the doorway and they were throwing around large blue and red balls no doubt causing trouble. After a while Hades came up to me but this time his head was covered with a hood that had cartoon characters all over it. Amazing atire for lord of the dead. He told me that I would be on a mission with his wife to aquire more workers like me.
The dream shifted forward in time and We were sitting around a campfire with people coming in from all around the area. There was a woman sitting at the other side of the circle making flowers grow. That must have been persephone. As people were coming in those of us that were the workers started a chant and everyone started to fall asleep. Then the dream ended

4. Mayors son tears out in my yard.

by , 02-07-2011 at 07:56 AM (Various adventures of WK)
non lucid dream

I was just sitting in my room and I looked out of my window and saw a red VW beetle in our driveway. I was wondering who it was then I saw the mayor of my town son get out of the car. He ran around to the back of my house and into the garage where I met him. He gave me 16 dollars. Then he ran back to the car and I walked around the house to see him get back in the car and my friends truck was there also. He drove off spinning his wheels in our yard. my friends pulled into the driveway and I got in the truck with them. We all went through the yard too and I looked at the only girl in the truck and told her that my grandpa would be pissed when he saw it. then the dream ended

5. I Kissed A DC (But I Didn't Really Like It)

by , 02-07-2011 at 07:04 AM (The Lab Notebook)
Awake, Non-lucid, Lucid, [Commentary made while awake]

I'm at a set of buildings that look kind of like an old-fashioned elementary school. I'm there to sign up for offline 'HITs' [Human Intelligence Tasks, small jobs for which I will get paid]. There are various organizations offering HITs to people, such as the Registrar of Voters. To work on each organization's HITs, you have to go to that organization's counter to sign up for them. When I get to one of the counters, I discover that signing up requires you to show an ID card, and I don't have mine with me. I have to go back to my car to get my purse and driver's license. Before I leave the counter, though, I notice a sheet of paper lying on it with P.'s name written on top. That means she's signing up for one of that organization's HITs, too.

When my next dream begins, a boy from my high school class appears.
As soon as I see this happen, I lock on to him as the focus of my attention, knowing that the appearance of an image out of darkness like that must mean that a dream is beginning. Then other classmates of ours begin to appear around him, followed by the environment we're all in. We're in what appears to be a restaurant seating area, sitting around long, high tables on chairs designed to match their height. This area is covered and enclosed on three sides, and it's on our high school campus. Every single student sitting in the area is someone I recognize from high school. A female teacher I had and another, male staff member are also in the crowd there, walking around between the tables.

I get up from my seat and walk out of the seating area, heading out into the main part of the campus. Beautiful morning sunlight illuminates the campus. I take two steps, then take off from the ground and start flying around, staying at about the height of the roof lines of the single-story buildings. Typically for me, flying is the first thing I think of to do when I find myself lucid dreaming. Flying is fun, as always, and feels good. I have good flying control this time, but not perfect control. I don't feel like I'm being pulled or pushed in any direction, but at one point, I start losing altitude, and reach out to touch the top edge of a concrete-block wall with my fingers as I pass by it. It feels exactly like it would in reality, but I get the strange sense that it takes a split second for my brain to generate the simulated sensation, creating a tiny delay between touching the wall and receiving the sensory input. I recover and continue flying along.

As I pass the edge of one building's roof, I notice a crawlspace that you can't see from the ground. It's formed by the flat, real roof and the pointy, upper edges of the building's decorative facades, which extend above the real roof and slant toward each other, creating an empty space shaped like a long, triangular prism. I try to make a 90-degree left turn and enter this space, but I find I can't; I just start sinking down again. I shrug off this failure, recover, and continue flying across the campus. I reach an area where the long walls of two buildings run parallel to each other, and have crenellated ramparts
[those square things on the top of the walls of a castle] at the top. As I'm flying along in between these two walls, the dream ends and I wake up.

I make a post at the beginning of a thread on a message board that turns out to be ridiculously, insanely popular, so that my computer is flooded with e-mail notifications from people posting to the thread at a rate of about one or two per second. [This dream may or may not have been at the beginning of the previous sleep cycle, I don't remember.]

I'm in a building that consists of a bunch of interconnected rooms that are filled with a colorful, random assortment of furniture and stuff. It kind of looks like a cross between someone's house and an antique store. [I just visited a bunch of antique stores on Friday, February 4.] I know I'm dreaming without any particular clue. I walk through the series of rooms, admiring the details of the dream environment, observing it with close attention. [That has been my lucid-dreaming goal for the last couple of days.] I think, I have to stay here as long as I can.

I reach a point when the sequence of rooms ends in a short T-intersection of passageways. I come up to the place where the long passageway I had been walking through ends. There is a piece of light-blue yarn hanging down in front of a low wall that stands in front of the back wall of the room. I touch the piece of yarn, running my fingers down it; it feels real. Then, I realize that the low wall it's hanging in front of is a mirror. It's a very speckly, dim mirror, and I can't see my reflection in it very clearly, but I can tell it's a mirror. I think, Hey, in a dream, you can walk through these and get to somewhere else. I straighten up and step forward with the intention of walking through the mirror.

First my arms, and then my head and part of my upper body go through the surface of the mirror. It is the coolest feeling. Like when I walked through the wall, I feel a slight resistance at first and then it yields to me, but this time, instead of feeling like something thin and hard breaking, it feels like going through a thick, liquid membrane. The membrane stays where it is as I go through it; I can feel it on my skin. There's nothing beyond the surface of the mirror but blackness, though. I realize that I didn't really think about what I expected to be on the other side before I started going through the mirror. Not wanting to go into the unknown, I pull back, out of the mirror.

I notice another, smaller mirror to my right. Just to continue experimenting with this newly-discovered ability, I start putting my fingers through the surface. Once again, they go right in. I don't really want to try to get anywhere else anymore, though, so I pull them back out. They come away with a silver coating of liquid mercury on them. I shake my hand to get the stuff off my fingers, but I'm aware that liquid mercury can't really hurt me in a dream.

In the small room off to the right, there is a slightly fat, female DC. I know her from somewhere, and know that her name is Melody.
[Which is strange, because I've known several people named Melody and this DC didn't look like any of them.] We talk briefly [I don't remember about what], and then I turn away to explore the other side of the T-intersection, the small room off to the left of the big mirror. As I'm going into that room, I go, “Oh, yeah.” I remember the basic Task of the Month. I turn back around and say, “Melody. Melody!” She starts approaching me, and I approach her. When I get close enough, I put my arms behind her head and shoulders and lean in to kiss her. She realizes what I'm trying to do and pulls away with a look of revulsion. I say, “Just on the cheek. Please?” She stops pulling away and just stands there and lets me kiss her. I give her a kiss on the closest, most convenient spot I can reach, which is on the forehead, just above her right eye. Then I let her go, and she leaves. I look back at the big mirror and consider trying to get to Neopia by going through it, but I decide not to because I don't trust my dream control abilities that far. I've never done that before, and I'm afraid of it going wrong.

False awakening in my current, real room. I hear a sound that I recognize as the sound of fish splashing in a fishtank. I also hear P. moving around in her bed, which is on the other side of the room, parallel to mine. I don't open my eyes to look, but I do say aloud, “No! P. can't be here, and neither can her fish!”

“Yes, I can!” says P.

“When did you get home?” I ask her.

“Yesterday.”

“Oh.”

When I woke up for real, I found this FA rather amusing. Also, I was surprised that I'd had a dream that consisted entirely of sounds, with no visuals at all.
6. 02/06/2011 - Getting back at it

by , 02-07-2011 at 07:03 AM (LiveInTheDream's DJ v2.5)
NOTES/NON-LUCID/LUCID

In recent months life has just plain been too busy to focus on lucid dreaming enough to keep a DJ. I'm going to try from now on to be less specific with my entries so that I can keep up a DJ even on days when I have little time, but regardless, I finally have almost a full week without work or a lot of other things, so I can spend as long as I need to on lucid dreaming right now.

Last night immediately before going to bed I listened to Stephen LaBerge's guided awareness exercise on MP3, and I kept it in mind while falling asleep. This resulted in the following dream:

I was at work, kind of out of it, doing my normal stuff absent mindedly, when a co-worker came up and told me something that had been going on and asked me a few questions about it to see what she should do. For some reason I did not directly answer her questions, but instead got up and found another co-worker and asked her about the same thing. She replied with a totally different version of the same story. I smiled, then, suspecting that I was dreaming. One by one I pointed out all of the flaws in logic with her story, and how it didn't match up with what I'd previously heard--which was now not sounding too logical, either. I determined that if I would hear a third version of the same story, I would know I was dreaming, so I found yet another co-worker and asked him for his take. It was, as expected, totally different, and logically flawed.

Unfortunately, that was the extent of it. I didn't really become lucid, I just laughed at all the logical flaws and stood there pointing them out to everyone, all the while knowing that it all meant I was dreaming, but without truly comprehending it.

I need to do much better than that, but I'm on the right track already, at least. With proper mental preparation, I already am able to identify logical flaws in my dream environment. That's step 1. Now I've got to move beyond mere recognition and into comprehension. If I can get that far, I'll almost certainly really truly become lucid again, as long as I can keep the dream stable. I'm good with dream control, though, so hopefully that issue won't raise its ugly head

I'll be heading to bed here fairly soon; will report back sometime tomorrow with whatever dreams I recall!

7. Two Dreams About "A"

by , 02-07-2011 at 06:58 AM
Both these dreams were intensely romantic without being sexual. The first one was in late November or early December 2010. Several people at work were all standing near my desk having a bit of a heated discussion. "A" and I frequently work together to get things done and often have to deal with attitudes from these other people. We were both starting to become a little stressed over the behavior of these other co-workers when suddenly, "A" comes over to me and we give each other the most loving and tender hug, better than any I've had in real life.
This 2nd dream was on December 9, 2010 (yeah, I remember the date!). This time "A" is standing behind me with his arms around me. In the dream we'd both come to the realization that we want to be together but in real life, we are both married to other people. He also has 2 children. Suddenly, he put his head down on my shoulder and started to cry. I knew he was crying because of what a divorce would do to his children and his relationship with them (they are very young). I reached up and touched his face and said "Don't worry, "A." Everything is going to be OK." End of dream.

8. Sharks

by , 02-07-2011 at 06:42 AM (Just Another Dream Journal)
I dreamed of swimming and being attacked by a shark. It bit off a body part (?) and another shark rescued me. I had to have a shark blood transfusion lol. I later told someone of the attack, but I didn't have any marks on my chest where the shark grabbed me so I became lucid for a moment.
I also dreamed of shopping and something about the RV.
My memory is very fragmented because I woke up much too quickly.

I think I dreamed of poop again. It seems to be a recurring theme. Yes, I did... I dreamed I popped out a little turd and it squished against my butt and undies and I was VERY grossed out but couldn't think of a way to excuse myself gracefully.
My subconscious is TRYING to tell me something. I've had similar dreams for about a month now. I need to remind my brain that I don't handle subliminal messages very well so it needs to just TELL me what the frick it wants me to know. Cause I'm just not "getting it".

9. Salamander and the Scorpion

by , 02-07-2011 at 04:48 AM
I was starring at my wall from my bed. I noticed a spider web (checking there is a similar web in this corner) with a red Newt trapped in it. (I saw two recently while on a walk.) My girlfriend emerged from the bathroom and I pointed it out.

We both sat there starring at it a moment and my focus widened to reveal that now we were starring at my paneled ceiling. One of the panels was removed and a larger nasty looking network of spider webs was there. At this point, the two of us fell backwards onto the bed to match the depth and location of the visual.

A large scorpion emerged from the darkness along the webs to devour the Salamander.

This seems like another throw away dream, but here again is the new transition element I used to enter a TV scene in my last recorded dream.
10. Dragon Chronicles

by , 02-07-2011 at 02:29 AM (The Nomad Chronicles)
I am meditating in my meditation room in BanYanLand.

DJ Sabertooth walks in and laughs at me. "What?"

"Why are you sending your astral body out of your dream body?"

"I didn't know I was doing that. Weird."

"Come back to Planet Moon."

"Is that what it's called?"

"Well, now that you and Raven and the others have terraformed it. It's brimming with life. It's amazing. The Biodome really is unecessary now, as far as holding life, but it will forever be your great fortress on the Moon. Do you realize this is going to be here forever! I am not going to let you forget next lifetime. I am going to come to you in your dreams in between lifetimes, and the next ones. I am not going to let you forget!" he says, grinning at me.

He grabs my wrist, and we go flying into the sky. He opens up a portal with the name: Dragons. We are flying as big cats. He is a sabertooth, and I am a black jaguar. In the wormhole, we transform into a golden dragon, and I am a violet dragon.

We land in a bright green land. Everything looks perfect. The place is brimming with life. I roll around in the grass like a dog. It feels amazing. "What is this place?"

"Teraluna!" says the voice of a red dragon.

I look up and see Xaphor descending from the sky.

He has something in his arm. It’s a baby dragon.

“You are to train and raise this child, and when it is ready, give him to Hyu in a shared dream. “His name is Xylon. He is an interdimensional being, a real entity. One day he will be an amazing dream guide for you in your next lifetime. Better than even I. You will show him everything you know about dreams, and he will remember, and tell it to you next lifetime. At a certain point, Hyu is going to train him in the way of dragons, for he is a True Dragon. You are a False Dragon as you are also a False God. The fool can be false-anything, and dragons can shapeshift, but you two have different soulds.”

“Sould?”

“A sould’ is a certain type of soul. You don’t have the word in your language any more, because your culture forgot about types of souls. Anyway, that’s not what important. What’s important is that you need to view Hyu.” (The way he said view, it had a deeper meaning, but I can’t really translate it, since he was talking telepathically, which is more in images and ideas.)

“So, Xaphor, why is this important?”

“Don’t you realize he is just like you? Why else is he walking the same sacred path of the ancient shaman dream warriors? Finding his lost love, his lost dream guide, his lost lovers. Realizing the reality of the dream plane. Actually understanding, and seeing with nine eyes. It’s already past due time. Don’t worry about if he will remember. You have a mission, a purpose for being here, for this place is a parallel universe to the one of Urth. This Teraluna is the twinner of Planet Moon. Teraluna though, is far more ancient in this universe, and does not remember being barren. Now, go see Hyu.”

I see him is sleeping in a cave, a red dragon, like Xaphor about half a mile away. I teleport to him, and chuff. He yawns in his sleep and rolls over.

Yuya walks to us. She is really tall right now, about sixty feet.

“He is having a dream within a dream,” she chuckles. “He always turns into a dragon when he does that.”

“Why?”

“I don’t know.”

Selene appears and looks curiously at Yuya.

I growl quietly and nose at Hyu. He wakes up. His bright yellow eyes bug out when he sees the three of us.

“I was dreaming I was back on earth, at school, living my life, and I wake up here? What is a dream and what is not?”

“Don’t worry about that right now,” I laugh.

Hyu seems to be content with that answer.

“I am going to show you the land of dragons,” I say without knowing really why.

I pat him on the back, and point at a tiny black dot in the sky hiding inside of a cloud. We leap into the air, and our leathery wings billow in a stiff breeze.

“I breathe fire!” Hyu shouts exultantly while spinning. He breathes fire, and it blows back in his face a little, and he laughs. “What do you breathe?”

“Ice, water, fire, steam!” I shoot ice bullets, and pour a flood out of my mouth, then fire balls, and a blast of exploding steam. “We can be whatever kind of dragons we want to, brother! Head for the cloud there.”

Hyu changes colors as he changes into many types of dragons.

We fly into the cloud, which is apparently shaped like a bowl inside of which is a floating island. On it is a white stone city of dragons. It’s amazingly huge. The closer we get to the island, we realize it is the size of a continent.

We land on a platform, and there is an old dragon-man with glasses and a book. He tells us to sign in. We use our breath, and burn our names into a book with wooden pages. We write in another language made of spirals and dots mainly, with some slash marks.

“Welcome to the Land of the Dragons. This continent floats above the planet of Teraluna hidden in a cloud. We are vigilant, ancient, and powerful. We could easily rule Teraluna, but we want the inhabitants to be free. Unfortunately not all are. We want to aid, but the people that live on the surface must learn how to have peace on their own, and fight for their right to be free. To aid too much would be like enlarging the hole of a cocoon that a butterfly is struggling to crawl out of. But, enough of that. We will now show you the our most beautiful paradise we have crafted with our very souls. Much of this is synthetic, but we have one rule: All must be beautiful.”

We walk out from under some trees and stop. There is a city all around us. It’s made of some beautiful white stone with hints of pinks and yellows. There are vines hanging from the rooftops grown down walls, and vines growing up walls. Plants are growing everywhere. They don’t seem to be manicured at all. Dragons fly back and forth between the dwellings. I then realize this city is carved from the solid rock of the land itself.

“There is more.”

We go to a museum, a chemical lab, an electrical lab. (This part of the dream was long, but I don’t have time to write it all.)

“In our land, we study energy and the way it moves, for all is energy. We look for patterns, and see the cycles in all things. In this way, we are able to intercept some energy, and move it right along seamlessly. We collect ambient electrons from the air, and use them to power whatever we want. It’s so easy.”

“What’s your name, Sir?”

“You may call me Scribe.”

“Aye. Scribe-”

“Ahem, the True Dragon has a question,” he says, motioning to Hyu which I find mildly annoying. Hyu looks at me, and I shrug my shoulders.

“How do I find my dragon father?” Hyu asks.

“You will find him whenever you want. But, you have this look on your face that tells me you are not going to remember this dream right now. Save that mission for a WILD.”

“Now, False Dragon, ask away.”

“I forgot was I going to say,” I sulk.

“Now, stop being a silly child and don’t sulk in the museum. It’s disrespectful.”

“I-”

“Sh! Ask.”

“Um... is this more real that waking life?”

“Yes, of course it is! What’s the real question?”

“Can I lose my waking life lucidity?”

“Well, silly boy, you used to be asleep for a long time! Do you remember? You only really started waking up when you almost died. Actually, you did die, for a second there. Ha ha. You don’t remember. Well, it doesn’t really matter. When you almost went to sleep, it made you begin to become lucid in your waking life more and more. You are on the path to Total Lucidity, but it will take you decades to master, but you can, Nomad. Some people can lose lucidity completely. This is when they become drones and wonder where the past twenty years went when they have a mid-life crisis. This is actually a process of waking up. Some people go back to sleep, others wake up, and begin to really enjoy the dream which is waking life. We are all happy here, for dragons are dreamers. We are the Master of The Dream, the Great Dream which is Dreaming us up right now!”

He grins, and his face gets bigger, and I am suddenly in some crazy Alex Grey world... .EYES SO MANY EYES... distance... space... points... moving ... lines... energy...

I explode and implode at the same time.

I tumble through a wormhole, and land on the Moon with Hyu, and DJ Sabertooth. We stand up, and dust ourselves off.

“Where are we?”

“The Green Moon, Planet Moon!” I shout.

“What it’s all grey...”

“Alter your perception.”

We suddenly see Planet Moon, and we are smack in the middle of it. We are surrounded by jungle and waterfalls. There are ziggurats in the distance. I show him to the Biodome. It lets us in, and the AI smiles warmly at Hyu.

“See, we made this. You can make this on Teraluna, or Planet Moon, anywhere, really, just by using your energy. It’s called dreamscaping. Your dream guide will help you. Anyway, isn’t this great? It’s a shared dream. Are you going to remember?”

“I don’t think so...”

“Why not?”

“Well, what if I faked it? I mean, how will you know?”

“Just don’t read my DJ until you write down your dreams. Get it?”

“Well man, I had so many dreams this night. I really don’t want to wake up now to write this down. I am so tired. A little drunk in the other place. Anyway, will you remember this one this time? I promise I will try and remember the next one.”

“Um... sounds weird... uh, okay.”

“Oh, I am going to wake up- coughing!”

He coughs, and disappears.

He appears for a second, still coughing, “Sorry man!” then is gone.

Raven appears next to me.

“What an odd character.”

“Haha, okay, weirdo. You’re the one that believes in shared dreaming.”

Raven sticks her tongue out at me, and crosses her eyes.

“I mean it’s odd how normal he seems.”

“I know. He’s like a calm little Buddha.”

Akashic what?

I went to the akashic records and began reading 5 books at once. Two figures came to me, They said they knew my life's purpose. They were fake akashic records keepers so I went to kick their ass but I got teleported out for violence.

Nomad and Kaomea

I run into Nomad on a street. He has a piece of paper in his hand.

What is that?

Oh a letter from Kaomea asking for me to move in with her... As if.

Why would she ask that of you?

Because it's a dream.

Sam

I am typing in my book and getting to an important sequence. Behind me on my Bed Sam is waiting impatiently. I decide to take a break. She hugs me and she feels so real. It trips me out and I wake up.

12. 2-6-11 Table Fight

by , 02-07-2011 at 02:21 AM
I had this other really great lucid in a house, sort of like my Uncles house. The dream faded at least 3 times but I kept using LDEILD to re-enter. I decided to eat something. The first thing that popped into my head was General Tso's Chicken(I;m a vegitarian and I thought, this is a dream, might as well make the most of it). When I got the chicken it was a grayish tan color and didn't even look like chineese food. I was sitting at the table with my family and said, "What is this crap!?!" and threw the plate like a frisbee. Then I found I plate of mashed potatoas and gravy and dug in.

Then I was exploring the house. I remember this huge table. I stood on it and tried to fly up to the balcony. I almost made it but didn't. Then I decided to practice flying by jumping over the table, it was really big, maybe 6-7 feet tall and probably 30 feet or more across. I did this a few times. Then my little brother came in and we started fighting, just for fun since it was a dream. We were throwing little tables at each other from across the big one. I might have been flying while I did this part of the time.

13. 2-6-11 Basic ToTM

by , 02-07-2011 at 02:19 AM
I started in my house. I decided that I would go into my neighbors house and the girl I wanted to kiss would be there. I went outside and went across the street. I remember seeing some tigers in someones yard with collars on them like they were pets. I say my neighbor standing in front of my other neighbors house. I went up to him and exclaimed," how's it going nate? I'm doing great!" He kept asking me a bunch of questions about my lifee like he always does and I kept thinking to myself I should ask him if she's inside, then he'll say yes and she will be. I finally got him off the subject of me and asked him, and he said yeah. Everytime I looked at him his clothes changed. First he was wearing stuff he;d normally wear, then a sweater vest, then a suit, then a suit with the vest, then v neck with no shirt underneath. There was this weird fence I had to go around to get into the house, shaped sort of like the line to a roller coaster, but with a normal fence.

I went inside and looked through the house for her. I remember this door that went nowhere, it had a wall behind it. It didn't look much like a house, just random walls and little rooms, but they weren't constructed like a house or decorated. It was very haggard looking. I went down to steps of stairs and found her room. I went inside. She was laying on a bean bag chair. I jumped on it and hugged her. We rolled around and laughed. I tried to look her in the eyes before I kissed her, but I woke up(because she text me in real life) before I really saw her face.

In another one I ran into her on the street. This is what I had been incubating. I remember looking around a while, exploring some stuff. I ran into a DC and asked them for some gum cause my breath smelled bad. It was hard to chew and it felt like the gum was becoming a part of me. I could taste it in my neck and shoulder and arm. When I found her we embraced then I kissed her neck and started slowly working my way up, but woke up. This probably technically counts for the TOTM, but I'm gonna do it better before I submit it, it's such an easy task and all.

14. 2-6-11 Acid staircase

by , 02-07-2011 at 02:18 AM
I was riding a roller coaster and decided that I was in a LD so I could do better than this. Flew around a bit. I started to wake up so I laid perfectly still and didn't open my eyes. I woke up in my basement laying on the stairs. I was lucid but I wasn't thinking straight. My mom was there and I didn't want her to know I was LDing. I could hardly move in this one and I felt myself melting into the stairs. The stairs started to stretch and twist and sunk down deep. It was like being on some really strange acid.

15. Entry Five - Bunch of Nap Dreams

The following entries were all during a nap from around 3:30pm to 6pm. Keep in mind that my first lucid dream was also during a nap, and in this one I remembered more dreams than I typically do in one night.

Dream 1
Was talking with a friend who wanted to work for me (?) which is funny because I don't have a business of any sort. Somehow we got to talking about the Super Bowl and I told him that I couldn't care less about the Super Bowl. Short dream.

Dream 2
Was going out to eat with my parents in a sort of mini-mall with three stores: one being the restaurant and the other two being a coffee shop and Barnes and Noble. My dad was going to reserve us a seat and asked my mom to get him a coffee while he did that, so I asked my mom if I could go get a book in the meantime. As a result of my lucid dream obsession lately, the book I had in mind was "Exploring Lucid Dreaming" by Steven LaBerge. I'm planning on getting that in real life soon, but the last time I was in Barnes and Noble I didn't know about that book but was indeed looking for lucid dreaming books, which I couldn't find and was too embarrassed to ask a clerk about it, and all the search computers there are for just the clerks to use. Anyways, upon entering the section of the mall where the book store is, a clerk told me that they were closed, but I knew for some reason that she just said that, when I asked when they close at she said 8:15, it was 8:08 , should have been a cue that I was dreaming.

Anyways, I was going to go down the stairs into the main area, but it looked massive and I didn't want to happen what happened when I went searching for lucid dreaming books in real life, getting odd looks entering the "Self Help" section, infested with only middle aged women. So instead I looked for computers to tell me what section the book was in, as this way I could get in, get my book, and get out quickly. I found a circle of computers, but they didn't have the usual Barnes and Noble search program they have all the computers on there, but instead it was just running a regular Windows OS (I think 2000, the one with the bottom menu gray). I didn't find my book so I nervously asked a clerk as I was running out of time. She directed me to the place and I found a different lucid dreaming book what was similar to what I was looking for.

I don't remember checking out my book at the register, but going back to the restaurant and looking down at the book in the see-through bag they give you, so I must have paid at some point :P. When I looked at the book, this time it was the Steven LaBerge book and not the one I had bought! This should have been a clear cut dream cue, just goes to show you how bad I am at this...

Dream 3
My friend was asking me for his running shoes back (we're both on cross-country team and I borrowed his shoes on Thursday when he wasn't there because I forgot mine [irl]), we were right next to my locker and I opened them up and gave them to him. He was then telling me about how he was upset that I did this because he needed them, and then I explained to him that he didn't need them because we didn't have practice Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and it was Monday, so he wouldn't have ever needed them in between. He stopped arguing, as if he was just making sure I was paying attention or something.

Dream 4
This dream was really odd, and I only remember parts of it which don't seem to fit together well. I was with a friend who isn't all that bright. We were in some sort of odd but mystical world that felt to be inhabited by evil presence of some sort. Anyways, there were these objects that we needed to break for some reason. One looked like a stone bowl, another two were like these plant pots made of cement that were sort of decorative, and the third was like a wooden palate that forklift things carry.

We tried two things, throwing them on the ground and hitting them with a hammer, but I deduced that because they were "shape-shifters" we needed to do both at once to break them, which worked to an extent but the timing was all off, which doesn't make any sense. All I remember was that the timing was off, but we were slowly breaking up one of the palates but couldn't entirely because the timing was off. Another odd but funny part was that as I was trying to break it, my not so bright friend was attempting to use slices of white bread to hold it together. Really odd.

Boy, do I have weird dreams, which also aren't very exciting. I wanted to nap because I had my first lucid the last time I napped around this time. Why is it that I dream more during naps? And why do they also seem more vivid? Just wish I could have another lucid.
