This was the first in a set of 3 dreams I had this morning, one after the other.
This dream strongly reminded me of the wildebeest stampede in The Lion King. I was in a Pixar-style world, animated, with pale, lighter colors and three-dimensional animated characters. Visualize a pale shade of baby blue, just the color. Then add in an open plot of land, about thirty by thirty feet, with a basic white wooden fence on opposite sides of this plot; two of the sides had no fence and just went off to basic grassy areas. On the opposite side of the two white fences, stretching out into the distance, was farmland and lots of pale, lighter green grass that looked like something from a video game. Past the fence on my right, there was a small house. This house was one-story, and really small for anyone to be living in it, at around only four feet tall! It was a paler yellow and had a rounded, burgundy roof and thick features, including a light grey window frame surrounding a completely black window, and a slightly lighter burgundy door. I didn't pay any attention to this house after looking at it for a few moments.
Up ahead, on one of the unfenced sides, was a hill. It rose up from the ground and was mainly the same light green grass, with a few cobblestones. Somehow it also managed to have the colors light yellow, peach, and tan, arranged randomly in irregularly-placed, flat squares of color. I could look at the hill and see a grassy one, but also one with the colors and squares I'd just described.
Although the lower area was grassy, when I walked it was hard and not cushioned at all - just like in a video game. I looked around and saw other animals like dogs, cats, zebras, and birds (which were the size of the other animals!) They were smaller, only about two feet tall, and weren't "cutesy" with big heads or eyes, but they were rather cartoony.
The ground suddenly began to shake, and all at once, a couple hundred sheep had started to run down the hill and through the valley, pushing other animals aside.
I looked up the hill and to the sides, and dove to the left, pushing a grey bird aside. It felt like rubber when I hit it. For some reason, I knew that I was among only three others that were capable of saving all the animals from being trampled by the sheep. I then started to run up the hill, leaning so far forward that my stomach was practically ten inches from the ground, and going relatively slowly - I was being pummeled by sheep! I ran into a few of them and shoved them aside, so they'd change direction and go to the right or left instead of down.
For some reason, I pictured myself as a wolf, with the same style and coloration of the wolf from Kung Fu Panda 2, except with less intense colors and more of a paler blue.
I got to the top of the hill and found myself overlooking a big valley with the similar two-version grass and tan/orange/peach colors. The dream shifted and fast-forwarded to the next one.
