My best friend and I are about to take. Ride in his car (Mercedes Benz). Our location is Park Merced----a straight path with trees on opposite sides that heads straight to the freeway---the perfect get away. *Two men approach my friend one whom I suspect is from a movie by spike lee. He wore all black he was black with silk hair---he also played in Breaking bad as an undercover drug lord. The other Also wore black, with black gloves. I remember he was white, and he had a buzz cut---the way he spoke was very direct, like an Italian monster would speak. The white man insisted on driving my friends car. My friend agreed as if he had known these people----so we hop in the car and what do you know we were in for a ride! With in seconds we are being chased by cops. Me in the passenger my friend in the back seat along with the guy from breaking bad. The white man is making all these trick turns! Explaining to my friend watch this! And he would dodge a cop by making some crazy turn. Before you know we are running away from cops in a mall. I remember the man was sliding through people, I seen all these crazy advertisements that we destroyed by driving through them. The cops were still on our tail! Do as much crazy stunts as he was. To my amazement we all were calm---I mean the white man was constantly speaking about his next move, but we all were just experiencing the ride!* The fun would soon come to an end though! The driver had crashed through this big advertisement. A white woman who was sporting makeup---her eyes where like dark blue and her shadow was black with a hint of blue around her eyes---it really brung out her beauty...before we destroyed it. We were in a make up store (I would guess sephora) running through aisles and still dodging the cops. But then our chase came to an end. The white guy made an exaggerating turn and it slid into a stop. We were trapped in a beauty department and the cops were right in front of us. Then *woke up! In my best friends room. I looked at him and he start to explain the dream to me. He was so excited! He explained every detail---and I start to tell him how I dreamed that as well. Both of us were amazed!----then suddenly my friend ask if I wanted something to eat. With in seconds I could smell the great cooking from his mother (it smelt sooooooo flood). Then I really wake up...I wished I had stayed asleep for breakfast lol Allahu Ekbar*
I was chilling in my house at night, the lights were off but I could still see. I had a friends with me. (random guy I've never seen before) and we went out on the deck because it was a really pretty night out, warm but not hot, gentle breeze blowing. So we were out there for like an hour, and we go back inside and these thieves have cleaned out my house. I mean they took flashlights, T.V.s guns, But they forgot one rifle. My friend is like "Man let's call the cops." But I didn't listen. I grabbed the rifle and some ammo and trail the guys back to where they live in my car, my friend decided to come along. I caught them getting out of the car and it was a family! In two cars. 2 babies, like 4 guys, a woman, and 2 more guys in the house and another 2 women. So I get out of the car and they're all laughing and stuff. I come up behind the woman and point a gun at her head and tell them to get my stuff. The guy draws a gun on me and the rest of them come out of the house, at this time I don't know where my friend went. All of a sudden everyone except me and my friend vanishes and we take my stuff back and leave. Really weird. Second dream I was in my house again, and I felt like something was watching me or with me. So I said what I usually say when I feel bad spirits "I encourage the good to defend me, and the evil are not welcome here!" I heard like this growl... It was the creepiest thing ever. It was like a dog but as low as a bass guitar. I begin to feel light headed. So I say again "BEGONE EVIL SPI-" Before I can finish it I hear a scream and at the same time I hear the scream I feint. When I wake, my sister, dad, and step-mom are at the door so I let them in and told them what happened. They are DC's so they didn't care much. Wasn't a nightmare but it was creepy.
Last night's dream: I can't remember what happened at the beginning of the dream but I have a vague recollection of doing something wrong, I think it was cheating on my partner. As always I have just murdered someone, I don't ever see the actual murder but the body (very graphically injured, head cracked open, brains exposed, lots of blood) is at my feet. We're in the persons house but really it's my house. I'm supposed to know know this person but I don't recognise them or know their name, but it's a young male, around 13/14. I hear noises downstairs so I quickly leave the room, shut the door so no one can see and end up talking to the lads mum. My sister is there too and she goes upstairs while we are talking and then the mum asks where her son is, I say I don't know so she goes to his room. His body is gone, his mum reports him missing. I notice my sister skulking around and go over to her, she says don't worry, I got rid of him. She gives me an alibi for the police. His body is discovered not far away but I'm not a suspect to the police. I get the feeling the mum knows it was me though. I get away with it as always.
#003 | A Terrible Ensemble | Parking at School | Day | Short-Medium I strolled around the parking lot of our school with Mary (a good friend of mine), when I got the spontaneous idea of performing Godot’s theme from the Phoenix Wright games (see below) with a mini-orchestra right on the spot. (I should remark that Mary often plays that piece on the piano when I’m with her and that it’s one of our favourites.) Okay, so… I gathered some pupils from the school grounds (which are right next to the parking) and gave each of them an instrument (such as drums, strings, etc…). I don’t know where I got them; I assume they just turned up when I needed them. Also, a piano emerged in the middle of the road. Then I started handing out songbooks, which had also appeared out of nowhere. I took my saxophone (I’ve never played saxophone before, just so you know. So this is pretty unusual.), counted to three and everyone began playing at once and terribly wrong. Except for Mary. But you couldn’t her play because of the boisterous noises the other people (including me) made. After realizing that this couldn’t work out since no one was able to play those instruments, I was desperate to get them to stop. But my voice was too soft, so Mary harshly yelled “STOP!” instead and everything went quiet. The people slowly disappeared and the instruments vanished – except for my saxophone. Exhausted and also kind of disappointed I took my instrument, gazed at it and leaned on a parked car. Mary approached me and we started talking. “I guess we all make a terrible ensemble.”, she said while giving me a soothing look. “Yeah. That was a stupid idea…” I sighed. “Let me see…” She picked up a few songbooks which were still lying around. “No wonder! Look, this one got the wrong chords in it and that person got the wrong page.” She showed me the books and giggled. “Plus, none of us can really play any instruments, so that probably was what caused this chaos to begin with.” I smiled, too. “Well, maybe next time it’ll work out. Until then we just have to practice a lot!” We both started laughing (not sure why). But then something distracted me. First, there was a bee flying around and since I don’t really like bees (or anything with a sting, really.) I avoided it, leaning myself further on the car. After a while it flew away leaving me being able to relax again. But once more, a fly came to bother me and as I tried to shoo it away I touched it and woke up.
Me and 4 others are chasing Daffy Duck, Hes the size of a G.I.JOE. As I am chasing him through my dreams more and more people eventually get drawn into his chase. Theres about 30 of us now, Daffy takes us to a Train Station were we search for him for what feels like an eternity. Me and all the other followers go insane just waiting in this abandoned building literally, we stand in circles contemplating to ourselves what we will do (talking to myself).... We see a train! Everyone runs out and jumps on, Daffy is at the front and we all try to get to him.. We are all fallin off the train left, right, but luckily I manage to hang on and almost get to the front but end up going through 1 of the carts that turns out to be a enormous house. I can recall a mansion, all the lights were out and the darkness looked ass if it was a never ending abyss swallowing all good. Me and the original 4 are in a room again but sorrounded by darkness, we chase Daffy all the way through the house and end up in the same room but with another door... The door, is overgrown with forestry and shrubbery. Bugs Bunny Stands in the doorway.. He asks for Daffy, "WE DONT HAVE HIM WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR HIM THIS ENTIRE DREAM!" I say. Just then daffy in the form of a toy waddles under my legs and right to Bugs, Bugs then pick him up with his foot lookin way to smooth and casual sets him off to the side into a bush, Daffy then disappears into the abyss.... Bugs then fades and the door closes. Me and my friends quite dissapointed turn and head through the house hoping to find my way out of this dream. I end up in a room thats having a party, except everyone wants to fight. I leave the room and picture myself in an OBE practice fighting. Haha I am pretty sure I was sleep talking/punching at this point. I go back in only to find out I am about to wake up.... I believe on the other side of Bugs was my Dream Guide / inner subconscious / Daffy Duck. Hopefully I can meet him next dream. I want to turn this dream into a rap song, opinions?
This is my first good, long lucid dream in a while, and it was awesome! So, this is gonna be a long retelling. You've been warned. My dream recall picks up at my old high school. I am in the auditorium, with a teacher and another student. I don't remember this bit very clearly, but I think the teacher is my college professor, K. and the other student is Silver. I remember being afraid to leave the auditorium because K specifically wanted us to stay behind, and had something to talk to us about. Nonetheless, I slip through the auditorium door, promising to come back. I have a Brita filter in my hand at that time, and it's implied I'm going to fill it up real quick and come back. Out in the hallway, I start pouring the water that's in the filter all over the floor. In my head I envision a chase scene, and I feel like this will help, somehow. Not just in making them slip and fall, but it was supposed to do something else, like turn into smoke. This part is another fuzzy bit. At some point while I'm doing and thinking all this, I realize the absurdity of what's going on, and realize that I'm dreaming. At this point I head back down the hall towards the cafeteria. I don't know where the filter disappeared to, but I don't have it anymore, nor do I care. I end up passing through the empty cafeteria and heading outside, where, like so many prior lucid dreams, I get sucked into practicing flying. Why this draws me in so much is a mystery... in any case, only moments later my vision gets all fuzzy and it's hard to see much of anything. Over the next 5 minutes, I try to restore my vision, while still trying to fly and slowly making my way around to the front of the school. I don't have a ton of techniques at my disposal for this dream... I keep trying to blink to get my sight back, even as I worry that it would wake me up. Thankfully it doesn't, but it isn't doing anything productive either. As I round the corner, I come up with a new idea. I try removing my glasses, which has no effect. Putting them back on doesn't either. But at this point I take them back off and mimic cleaning the dust off of them, even though at this point my dream clarity is so bad that it doesn't actually feel like I'm holding anything. Amazingly, this one actually works, and I can see everything again. A lot of work for what some of you can fix in just a couple seconds! Ah, well, I'm learning. At this point I'm out in front of the school again, and see a college friend, A. I feel like showing off to him that this is a dream, and I try to fly in front of him. What I'd accomplished for flying so far in this dream amounted to hovering, or maybe short glides, but I don't even manage this much. I jump extra high, but that's about it. He comes up to me and says, "Hey, are you actively trying to fly? This isn't a lucid dream." At which point he becomes the antagonist of the dream. I'm laying on the ground when he says this for some reason, and for a split-second, I feel the effects. A small bit of doubt creeps in, and for a moment I'm paralyzed, and can't move. But then I somehow recover, and get up, and start trying to logically prove that this is a dream. I tell him that I've graduated, among other things. At some point he's wearing a football helmet and asking me why I have one in my hand, as if this would somehow prove it's reality. I retort that this must be a dream because I didn't have the thing 5 minutes ago (really, I didn't have it until he asked about it). Eventually I realize logic isn't going to work, so I kind of tackle him, yelling, "I KNOW this is a dream! Stop trying to trick me!" A small bit of memory is lost here, but A. certainly gives up on trying to convince me I'm not dreaming... instead he tries to convince me that I don't deserve this lucid dream, or something along those lines. To which I succinctly say, "Screw you! I deserve every goddamn lucid dream that I get!" And at this point I roll away from him. I don't feel angry anymore... I feel triumphant, like it was incredibly important that I make my opinion known, and now that I have I'm satisfied. I have no regrets for shouting at him either, because at this point I know he's not real. Unfortunately, while trying to contemplate what to do next, I wake up.
Awake|Dreaming|Lucid This dream will probably be hard to put in to story because it happened 2 nights ago because I was too ill to type it up yesterday. I also changed the "Dreaming" part from cyan to deep sky blue as people had trouble reading the super bright cyan. Anyway here goes the dream. This dream started with me at school again. It wasn't the first dream I had that night, but the most clear. I was walking up to a group of friends who I usually don't hang around with but I was. I started mentioning to them about a game I played, then the dream shifted in to me actually playing the game. It was very similar to the game "Age of Empires". I was just moving the camera around the map then my controller ran out of battery so I changed controllers. I only have one controller but in this dream I had 2 xD, anyway after I switched controllers I decided I would spy on the enemy base. They only had 3 soldiers in their base, but they were shown as yellow dots. The terrain of this game was grassy and had lots of dark trees everywhere. After spying on the enemy I somehow switched in to first person and built a town center (what you use to make people on the game) and made some people. At this point the dream skipped to a place where I was alone in the enemy base. It was an arabian style prison that looked like it had been bombed or attacked by something. I was going to creep inside to take a look when I heard a female voice. She looked like a prisoner. She said something about it being empty, so I went inside and looked around. It was dark and had broken bikes in it, I have no idea why haha. A guy walked out next to the lady and I lowered myself in to hiding but the woman shouted something at me, it sounded aggressive as if she were giving my position away so I ran up some stairs ahead of me and the dream ended. That is it for this dream. It was pretty vivid at the prison part, so I guess I enjoyed this dream. Also I hope you find the darker text better to read. I know I do! Thanks for reading through it you have.
A few nights ago, I had a partially lucid dream. When I became lucid, I asked a woman out to a café. We got there and talked some, eventually I asked her, "What do you do as an extracur... extracurricular activity?" I had trouble pronouncing the word. When I woke up, I recorded this long dream in my audio recorder. When I got to the part I just mentioned, I repeated the dialog. Strangely, I unintentionally mispronounced the word extracurricular in the same way I remember doing so in the dream! It wasn't just that: the word had the same EXACT cadence, sound, and feeling. It seems so odd to me that the same experience seemed to happen both when I was awake and dreaming. It would be like dreaming that I tripped over a mat, and then actually tripping over that mat. I would have thought that when I was awake, the feedback from my actual vocal cords and mouth muscles would make a different sound. Does my brain know how to simulate my mouth and voice so accurately, or is it just a fluke? I can see now how some people believe that dreams can be precognitive. Of course, this could have been a subjective illusion.
I can't remember what happened before, but I'm at my house and I find out my parents are robbing a bank. Somehow I can see through the security cameras a bit. Anyway, my parents get home with $300K. I'm fretting, thinking the cops are gonna turn up any second. Then I find out this crazy guy was in the bank going nuts with a gun before all this happened so I was hoping the cops would go after him instead. Then I start listening to Wammy's theme from Death Note. I'm not sure if I'm playing this on the guitar I got from my previous dream or not. I'm 80% sure the answer is no, but not certain. Anyway, that's what happened. I think I need better dream recall...
#002 | The Mentally Disabled | a nursing home | Day | Short-Medium Okay, a bit of background information here: Yesterday, some guys from my confirmation class and I went to a special nursing home for old and mentally disabled people. It was really interesting talking to them (or at least trying to do so) and I learned quite a few things regarding the contact with those people. My dream wasn’t really different from what I was doing that day… in fact, a lot of things reoccurred. I talked to some people I met that day, but I don’t remember the exact conversations. Later, we went for a walk. (Well, I pushed their wheelchairs; we talked and looked at the nature.) Together, we visited a little farm (which we also had visited the time I was there for real) and looked at the rabbits and horses. An older women was nearly crying out of happiness when I caught one of the rabbits (it was the white and caramel-coloured one I also had seen yesterday) and handed it to her so she could pet it. When we got back I played a board game, which I think is called “Ludo” in English, with an elderly gentleman. Then the doctor came for their daily examination and we had to go. And that’s when the dream ended. After I woke up I did a quick reality check which proved to be redundant and scribbled down some notes regarding my previous two dreams. Then I went back to sleep.

I am standing in a unknown room filled with people, a person standing next to me says "potassium, people prefer active chlorine!" i reply "ya, pure potassium spontaneously combusts on contact with water" as i walk away i hear something about a lab with gold and some other element (tantalum) so i make my way to the edge of the room and grab a large plastic tub labeled GA,GEF. at this point my alarm goes off and just before i open my eyes the last thing i see is a turtle moving across a sandy beach.
I was too lazy to write down the first dream I recalled from last night. The 2nd one entailed a conversation about relationships with a guy named Whip or Willow Whip. something like that.
I can officially join the LD club. W00t! My laptop has died and I have been internetless for a while now, but since I've been gone, I've had 2.5 LD's. My first ever experience was too short for it to really count -- I became very aware that I was dreaming but then almost instantly began to wake up -- although it was still pretty awesome to become aware in a dreamspace. If anything, I really need to brush up on recalling dreams. I am pretty good at it, but the LD I had last night proved that maybe I'm not as good as I thought. Still! Last night I watched Avatar and had very Avatar-esq related dreams. I quickly became lucid. I started shouting aloud that I was dreaming and immediately took to the sky, heh. I started flying over the ocean, I was low enough that I could see my reflection, my entire body. I started to feel a bit weird and could kind of feel my body on my bed, too, but then I started saying fuck it, I know it's wrong to think of your phsyical body, but I'm gonna do it. I glided along the ocean for ages, like a smooth criminal and then like a rocket, it was such a rush. This is where it gets a little...blurry. I remember talking to people about the flying and such, and I said hello to this guy I had never met, but I still remembered our secret handshake? I wish I could recall more. Pity. The second one I had was this long-ass dream that seemed to go on forever, and then as I went outside of the mayhem (it was one of those explody action dreams) I suddenly realised I had no idea where I was or how I got there. Then I looked at my hands and started flipping out: ''omg, is this a dream? am i dreaming! omg, I'm dreaming!!!'' I flew like a crazy person in that one too! I tested just how fast I could go in that one. Our survey says: REALLY fast. The best part of each dream, where I sort of felt the adrenaline in my phsyical body, is when I realise that I'm dreaming. It's such a weird, exciting feeling. Then, of course, there's the flying. So I really need to brush up on recalling dreams.
1: Me and Sigurd were not really talking. But it was coming along. Astrid was the connection between us, I was very happy alltogether, anyway. Something is just way better than nothing. I was hanging with my friends when Astrid went out to play football and I started counting my fingers. There was something fishy about the whole scenery. Five fingers. I pinched my nose. Air came trough, and I thought that I wasn't holding it right. I tried again; more air, but a little less than before. Wtf! This couldn't possibly be a dream, could it? I felt a sudden urge to convince myself otherwise (for whatever reason..) I counted my fingers. Now I counted six, but as I looked at my hand again, I saw five. Must have counted wrongly. Counted again- six. When I looked at my hand I saw five. I wanted to tell my friends about my counting-glitch, but tried one more time. Six fingers. Five. This scared me; was something wrong with my brain? I turned around to look at an icecream booth at the other end of the hall. There was a lady behind the disk, but no icecream or commercial. I tried looking for something dream-like, something blurry or wrongly placed. What is odd is that I didn't think at all that the icecream booth in the hall of my school was a little out of place.
I remember being with my mom in her car. She was driving us around. It seems like we were younger than usual. My little brother was with me in the backseat. My mom talked to us about how dangerous driving could be, and that you always have to be careful and aware. She told us to buckle up. While my mom was stopped at an intersection, I tried to buckle both my brother and I. It took a bit, but I finally got the right buckle in its right slot. I remember my brother laughing and saying, “That’s cool.” When I accidentally buckled us together.
