About 14 friends and I are in small wooden boats in the middle of a vast ocean. There are two strands of ice here. They are both very long, about 100 feet, and there is a 10-foot space between them. I am in this 10-foot space, when one friend of mine, Audrey, comes along (in a boat) and asks, "Which way did the flood go?" I shrug and say, "I don't know." I head over to the far side of the right strip of ice. Audrey then rams her boat into the first 10 ft. of the right piece of ice. Her sister, Abbey, yells, "No! Audrey, we were on a different island!" I can tell Abbey is very Tristan and Emma, another two friends of mine, are waiting to go next. Emma zooms ahead, collides with the ice, and breaks it. Tristan laughs and says "You broke the ice!" Tristan and emma are I think to myself, "How would construction workers build this?" My mind's eye takes over the dream scene: In the middle of a dense black ocean, I see a crane taking a large, rigid strip of ice, laying it down on the water, then gluing it to the water. The dream fades and I wake up...
At this moment I'm not sure which one came first though I think the Zombie one was later. I think I was the one to be turned into a Robot, At least at first. I was in a transportation device which went up along a track and I managed to deactivate it and make it go down (As opposed to going up to where I would've ended up with robots that wanted me to become a robot) And I got out of the device. I then went off into a place or room similar to the storage room of the house on the first floor East side and a Dog was there and then I or the other person that took my place (who was female) met a blond man with short hair and talked about avoiding capture by the robots. I don't know why but all of a sudden a junky building which is about six miles away from me comes to mind and I don't think I had anything to do with it in this dream but I don't know? It was a store and I dreamed of it before and it closed as the roof's falling in on it. Anyway, Now for the Zombie parts. I saw a lot of people in a parking lot and then they caught something which caused them all to start rotting quite much and I think tearing each other up too. Not all of the cars were newer, They reminded me of 70s cars. There was at least one man who was in the parking lot and did not have the virus. At one point I saw a little kid who had the virus in a wagon or hatchback type car (Maybe it was even a tiny minivan) and his mother, I think, Started to tear him up. His head didn't look very well-off before she did either. And for some reason as I think, A military base is coming to mind. I don't know why.

Dream recall from today's naps. There was some forum game/video game(It kept switching at places), where player character had to search through very abstract-style factory place, there were two brown puppet things in one of the rooms and some kind of huge engine/mechanism. Then there was different forum/video game that was happening in same place but in different time, one of players was using some 'meta' actions to summon various things, at one point he summoned spherical metallic drone with a laser. He also suggested to open the portal into the other forum game. Then later another player joined the party, he was a dragon. And after some talk everyone exited the factory outside and major enemy appeared, triggering the boss fight.
In this dream, my lucidity lasted about 25 minutes. There were about 7 people sitting on a wooden benchThey were beginner wizardsI couldn't do magic while not lucidSomeone conjured a green fireball After someone conjured the fireball, I became lucid. My top thing to do in lucid dreams was controlling any kind of element, so I covered a fence in frost. Everyone looked at me amazed, and I flew off. I was flying until I saw a building which looked like my very old school. Out of curiosity, I tried to make it snow. I succeeded. For some reason, the only DC in school started glaring at me, and I woke up...
That's pretty much what I recall: it was about dreams, seeking, and being upside down.
this is my fourth time to had a Lucid Dreaming... it happened on 6 - 9 this morning (July, 29 2013)... there was a body on the ground... and my brain just said "this is dreaming" and i realize this is dream... and suddenly it became white, and i deep sleep... only last for 1 second i think... hahaha
I have a short dream where I have been awake all night and I fret about the lost of sleep. I try to lay down on a pallet in the floor. I keep looking at my phone and the alarm clock and the times don't match. They distort and become blurry. I fail to catch this dream sign and worry about school and wonder if I did all my homework. I remember I did my math but I feel like I missed something. Then I think I am not in high school any more. I tell my self that I went back to college. My son wakes and my wife comes in the room. I have the blanket over my head. She pats me and asks if I am ok. I say I feel sick. I decide to stay home with my son and finish my homework. I think I can go to bed when she gets off work. I wake up and DEILD. Almost instantly, I get strong HI of young Audrey Hepburn. I latch on to that and soon I feel pressure in my hands and I see her face close to mine. Everything is unrealistic and she looks more like a still photograph than anything. I begin to dance with her hoping that the motion to will draw me deeper into the dream. I begin to hear Louis Armstrong - A Kiss to Build a Dream On in my mind. We sway and spin to the music. At some point I stop feeling like I am in bed and more like I am actually standing and dancing but not all the way. For now I just enjoy dancing with Audrey. I try looking around but all I can see is darkness and shadow around me. I try to just focus in her face and the feeling of movement. Then I begin to hum with the words of the song. It sounds like I am really humming and I worry that my wife can hear me. Then I wonder if I should have felt vibes or if I need to (its just noise dumbass). Too much of the wrong thinking shatters the dream and I become fully awake. I am not sure why she came to mind but the feeling afterwards was like her ghost visited me. I doubt it but that was the feeling. I probably won't add this one to my count but it was still a really cool experience.

1. [non-lucid] I am in a hotel I think and I'm trying to get through some doors that seem to just open and close randomly, the doors wont budge so i drive into the door and to my surprise it opens. Now I'm in a room sat at a table with a foreign guy who is talking to me (I'm not allowed to leave), I think he is teaching me how to speak his language, I just nod and make it look like I'm at all interested in the garbage he is coming out with, he decided to start playing with my joystick (the controller to my wheelchair) in which pissed me off, so I told him to get off and he did. Finally we leave the room and head to the elevator, When the elevator arrived I rushed into it and shut the doors before he could get in, now I'm repeatedly hitting the 4 button thinking that that is the bottom floor, I look at the panel and realize that button 2 & 3 are missing so I hit #1 a few times and sure enough I arrive on the bottom floor. Now to get through the dodgy doors, so I rammed them and they opened a lot faster than last time. fragments: Saw the foreigners wife, she wore a head scarf thing. 2. [non-lucid] I was in Minecraft jumping off big round brown hills into puddles of water.
A doctor took out the remaining lump behind my head. Miracle worker, they called him. He used something like a thermometer which sucked out the fat, which looked dark and greasy. However, when I touched behind my head, there's still a lump, almost no different than a week or so after the surgery.
as with most of my lucid dreams i just realized i was dreaming with no reality checks whatsoever in the dream i couldn't open my eyes because if i did the dream went blurry and i would go into sleep paralysis and i would change positions and be back in my bed, so i kept my eyes closed (i could still see) and went outside where there was patches of snow on the ground. after looking outside i went back in my house and was jumping around my living room trying to fly to convince my DC family i was dreaming but at the same time they was trying to convince me i wasn't, then i remembered how can i see if my eyes are closed which convinced them. i then remembered some tasks i was reading about 1. look in a mirror (unfortunately not this months) 2. ride a sea turtle (i think it was one of the tasks of the year) so i chose to look in the mirror and seen that i had no eyes and looked different ( i had short hair and no facial hair whereas in real life i have long hair and stubble) so i opened my eyes and eyes grew on my face in the mirror and then my face started morphing. i then remembered sivasons advice of looking at my hand (to help dream vividness and control?) as i was looking at my hand and the details kept on becoming clearer and then blurry and then they morphed into the surface texture of a golf ball. i then asked my subconscious to show my something brilliant and i woke up.
In my dream, discovered some sort of suspicious button on my skin on my lower belly that would require me to go to the hospital and get it operated. My husband called 911, but our of some reason chose not to get an ambulance. We did not have a car in my dream. We tried to get to a bus, but failed out of some reason. Turned out we lived in either too small a town to hail a cab, or the cabs were too busy to stop. At some point my husband could no longer keep walking with me, and the dream did not explain why. As I continued walking, a young man started bothering me, "Where are you going?" He first asked. me "To the hospital." Him: "I bet you are like a hypochondriac, and there is nothing wrong with you." Me: "Well if you must know, we discovered, I have some growth here, and it will need to be removed." Him: "Why did you not call 911?" me "My husband did but decided not to get an ambulance out of some reason. him: "Cheap bastard." Then the young man attacked me. It was a tickle attack. He was tickling me so hard, I could not go on. My phone rang. It was my husband. Me: "Help. I am being attacked." Him with concern in his voice "Where are you?" That's when the dream started to fade, though I remember thinking I should call 911.

Excerpt #1 from my personal Dream Journal. DATE: 7/29/2013 TIME OF OCCURRENCE: Between 5:30 and 6:30 A.M. I awoke after about four hours of sleep. Got myself a quick snack, relieved myself and got a quick drink of soda. That only took about fifteen minutes. Returning to bed, I almost immediately went into Sleep Paralysis. The weird thing is, I transitioned from SP to a Lucid Dream, a false awakening and finally an OBE. Each time though, I exited the SP by forcing myself out of the right side of my body and was floating around my room. The LD wasn't vivid enough but I did try to go somewhere (leave my room and house) unfortunately I hardly succeeded. I couldn't picture the person I was trying to meet up with very well for some reason nor find him/her. The OBE was the creepiest part of the whole experience. As soon as I forced myself out of my side I was floating again but my eyes stayed closed because there was an apparition which I believed to be a demon. It was blocking the path out of my room to my LD, so I flew directly into it in a fight once I had gained enough courage to do so. That was the end of the experiences for the night/early morning.
Dream was about swing dancing. A big swing dance, I think in Bloomington. An exchange, a workshop maybe. Not at the Union. Christain was there. Ended up in cafeteria of my grade school. Jazz band. We danced to live music from them. I think I sang.Someone was teaching basic dance moves. I was having trouble with one of them. Was very frustrating. I was very irritable in this dream. I lied to someone. TOld them I didn't have a phone. 'Cause I didn't want to have to deal with them, talk to them. Felt really bad about that. I don't know how to get out of a lie. Someone offered me some kind of gum. It was maybe spicy or shocking or something. I turned it down. Later in a video game. But actually *in* the video game. But I knew it was a video game. That's promising, that's like a dream. That's like knowing you're in a dream almost. I even remember regenerating. It was an FPS. I didn't want to shoot anything. I wanted to take pictures for some reason. But I tried to hit the "take pictures" button and it just ended up shooting. I don't know how it had a take pictures button given that I was actually *in* it. Like virtual reality, but more like a dream. Several people sitting around having dinner. Candles. Took the wicks out of all the candles so I could melt them down and make big candles. Dragonfly or something hiding on the wall. Hiding in the wallpaper pattern from something. From a bird? A monkey? Some kind of animal. There was a parrot. These few creatures ended up chasing each other around flying through the room. Yeah I was really irritable in this dream and I don't know why.
The dream begins with me and a lot of students in this type of choir for Dr. Wolf. We go up on stage and start singing this song and he gets all into it and is dancing on the stage. I kinda joke around during the whole thing. Then I sit down and some kid comes up to me with a lighter just like my Germany lighter I accuse him of stealing mine but then find mine looks a little different in my pocket. Then I go outside to meet nate who tells me about a place we can get free beer. I look on my phone, relieved to still have it but it is 4am so I tell him I am going home. He stumbles around and then brings his luggage over this fence.
I'm trying to use the following lucid induction video: The video uses isochronic tones. The first part is meant to lull you into a deep sleep withthe isochronic version of delta binaural beats, eventually transitioning into a theta frequency. About 65 min. in, voices start saying, "This is a dream," "Perform a reality check," etc. My first time around, I think lost conciousness for a moment, then started hearing noises. I remember hearing a dog barking, a door slamming, and footsteps. I performed a reality check, but I was fully concious. I'm unsure whether these sounds were part of the video (unlikely), hallucinations, or real noises. I think the third is most likely because a.) I was only about 12 min. into the video and b.) I live in an apartment complex where most people have dogs. I've attempted this multiple times tonight. I think the problem is that the video is too short. I can't fall asleep quickly enough. If anyone has links to longer videos (on YouTube) that have worked for you, let me know.
