I was in an arab country. I think I was searching my way. There was sand on the small road. I asked some guys where to find my way but they didn't understand my language. I walked and met an arab girl. I asked her in French and she replied with an arabic French accent. She said that I must be from France, I replied no, I'm from Belgium, she said that her name was M.....(I don't really remember but I know it start with an M). I followed her. We went in a bowling club, we were having fun when she said that she needed to go. She went. I said to myself ''OH sh...t, I don't even know how to go back to the hotel''. I ran outside to find her, there was a lot of girls, so I shouted her name a lot of time but none of the girls looked at me, so she was gone. ...............CUTOFF of the Dream............... Now I was in town searching for the hotel when I heard some gun shot. I rushed into a building. I watched the scene from a window. The arabs were fighting against French police. I said: ''Wait, was I at Marseille during all the time or what???''.....

NOT A DREAM | NON-LUCID | SEMI-LUCID | LUCID December 31, 2014 - LUCID #3: Portal to Another Planet I 'wake up' in my very dimly lit room, and somehow I just know I am dreaming; I'm excited but I keep myself calm. I try a little dream control by turning on the lights using the wall switch. Nothing happens. I try flicking my fingers. Nothing. I throw my arms in the direction of the light bulb while shouting, "Let there be light!" Still nothing; I give up trying to turn on the dream light. I want to go to a peaceful planet, so I expect a portal behind the door. I open the door and the portal appears behind the window across the hall. Close enough . But, from the master's bedroom comes Razor from Dota 2, seemingly on its way to fry my ass with his electric whip! Out of reflex, I immediately jump to the window, flying through it as the glass breaks around me. I zoom through the purple portal; it feels very similar to the respawn transition from Borderlands 2. I exit the portal into some grass fields on what feels like another planet. I was attacked by some weird monkey-like creature that moves as if held by strings by a puppeteer above. I fend it off by slashing with an energy sword I made by swinging my arm in front of me. It doesn't seem hurt, yet it scurries away. I notice some friendly dwarves roaming around the fields; I approach one of them and he said something about a "pony pair," and then the dream starts destabilizing and I am not able to salvage it. January 4, 2015 - LUCID #4: Firebat and Zombie Attack! I 'wake up' in my room, and it is somehow tinted with orange-ish light. I notice that my bed is in the wrong orientation. This must be a dream! I do a palm-push reality check to make sure; and I'm amazed as my index and middle finger pass through my palm! I closely examine my hands; the realism is stunning; I can really see the oiliness and the creases on my palms, even moreso than in waking life. I take an M&M figurine from my desk; the way the light shone on it amazes me. Suddenly, outside my window I notice some bats on fire, seemingly on my way to enter my room! I kneel on my bed which is next to the window, face the firebats outside, and I blast them with a freezing spell, and one-by-one they fall out of the sky! I keep blasting them until they are no more; there were about 7-10 of them. Then, my door slams open as two Walking Dead zombies march toward me, albeit at an incredibly slow speed (like a centimeter per second). I fire an energy blast at them; nothing. My sister and some dude arrive from outside my room, they try to attack the zombies with their own magical spells, but nothing works. I don't remember how, but they managed to get trapped along with me in the room... *facepalm* I do an epic OmniSlash using an energy blade I will into existence, but the zombies are completely unaffected; one of them even mocks me with an unenthusiastic "Eh." I make a plan to ghostwalk through the walls so the three of us can attack the zombies from opposite directions, but unfortunately those plans never come to fruition as I wake up for real. This is probably my most memorable dream so far, in large part because of the amount of control I was able to exert over it. I would love to have another action-packed dream like this in the future! February 10, 2015 - LUCID #8: Shadow Figure and Life Secrets I 'start to wake up' in my bed but I feel like it's a dream. I try to 'open my eyes' but I could only open them halfway. Through my little vision, I see some shadowy figure across the room; sorta reminds me of Slenderman. I am filled with terror, but I somehow manage to keep myself calm. Through the power of my mind, I blast it with a heap of light energy; nothing. I try unleashing an omnidirectional wave of dark energy. It works; the apparition is gone! I am now able to open my dream eyes completely, and they even give off a feint light similar to a flashlight. I get off my bed and examine my face in the mirror. It looks normal, but the realism still amazes me. I exit my room, and its position in the house is swapped with the master's bedroom. I push a button on the wall near me (which doesn't exist IWL), expecting it to open the lights, but nothing happens. I just continue my trek through the dream in the dark as I enter my sister's room. My whole family is sleeping there; I look at each of them and they awaken for a few seconds before going back to sleep, looking annoyed by the sudden lighting from my eyes. I look at the shelf across the bed, and I see a really thick blue book (like 3/4 feet thick!). The book is laid upside-down but I am still able to read its title written on the spine: "Life Secrets." I feel like if I throw this book at the floor, a portal will open up, so I pull it out but as I do so my alarm sounds off. Man, that dream ending abruptly was SUCH a shame! I felt like my subconscious was about to tell me something important, but life has other plans, I suppose. I want to get my dream hands on that Life Secrets book sometime in the future...
This was a short lucid, but it was my first lucid night mare My family and I went to a pet shop to get a puppy. When we got there I found one. We went up to the register to buy it, and the person put the dog in a box. When we got home I noticed that the house was a lot different from normal, but I still didn't become lucid. Then when we got inside we put the puppy on a table and got something to eat. When I got back the box was gone. I went on a look for it, but eventually it was night time and I still hadn't found it. I was sad and ashamed that I had lost. Then I decided to check my moms room. My mom was there with her back turned to me looking out the window. I asked her if she could go check the closet, but she said she was too scared to. I was puzzled by this and then started to debate with myself whether it was a dream or not. I did a RC and found that it was. However right when I did the Rc and became lucid a bright light flashed and my mom had turned a round furious and screamed "we don't become lucid in these dreams." Then she attacked me. I fell down onto a bed, but kicked her away Befor she could do anything. Then I think I was very close to waking up because the dream turned to just pictures that would just flicker. I was able to feel the bed I was sleeping in and my closed eyes. I tried to keep the dream, but just woke up.
Morning of February 27, 2015. Friday. Dream #: 17,602-03. Reading time: 1 min 44 sec. I am on a city bus with my wife Zsuzsanna although I am unsure of the city or region. It is in an unfamiliar commercial area. We are seated near the middle of the left side, Zsuzsanna to my left and me closest the aisle. My mother and older sister Marilyn (both deceased in reality) are at the front of the bus as well as possibly my older sister Carol (also deceased). There are several unknown people on board. The unfamiliar bus driver drives around, seemingly on the correct route (as none of the other passengers complain) but eventually, he runs out of gas. He takes out a case with several thermometer-like devices in it that he uses to measure how much gasoline is left to determine how far the bus will go. He drives the bus into a big featureless parking lot near a small storefront, stops the bus, and gets out, leaving the main doors open. I soon see him talking to another man about thirty feet to the left of the bus in another part of the parking lot. At this point, I notice that the parking lot is on an incline, though it did not seem so at first. The bus rolls in reverse. I try to engage the emergency brake, but it does not work. The bus starts rolling side over side (even though the incline is probably no more than twenty degrees), soon becoming a wreck on the other side of the street. The bus driver does not seem concerned and in fact, remains cheerful when approaching the wreck. Most of the passengers are okay, having no injuries. However, I notice and remark that one female of about twenty had broken her neck and died. She is still sitting in her seat in the same position, though it is back at an angle as well as detached. There is a bone jutting from the front of her neck. I feel sad for her friend even though I did not know them. Zsuzsanna and I (as well as my mother and sisters) are okay. My dream fades from this point. It is possible that in many cases (though not all, including prescient or telepathic scenarios) that an accident or vehicle mishap is a metaphor for either the dream being disturbed or the result of an uncomfortable sleeping position. In this case, the bus rolled over, and people also roll over in their sleep. My wife had a stiff neck when waking (which I did not know of until after waking). I can assume transpersonal communication; telepathic (for lack of a better word).

I was in a dorm room playing the new Super Smash Bros with some friends. After I lost (which happens a lot for me, unfortunately), I was talking with a friend and showing him some new apps on my phone. One of them was involving 50 Shades of Gray with characters from Legend of Zelda. I tried to keep him from seeing it, but it kept popping up. I told him I was only interested in the plot, and he gave me a disapproving look. I then played another app, which involved a flying bunny stuck in a pinball machine. (WBTB here) I was at a real life DreamViews Academy, a school dedicated to teaching the art of lucid dreaming. Thankfully, I was mostly lucid from the start (because missing lucidity in the college of lucidity would've been embarrassing…). My friends J and D were with me, and they had no idea what this place was. I explained to them all about DreamViews and what lucid dreams were, including the fact that we were in one right now. They seemed to have trouble wrapping their heads around it. The scene changed to some kind of parking garage. To demonstrate that I could do anything in this dream, I held out my two fingers like a gun, pointed them at a random car, and “shot”. There was a loud bang, and then the car exploded. Both of them seemed astonished, but soon the dream kind of faded. All three of us woke up in the middle of the floor back in the academy. I turn to look at them. “So that was a lucid dream.” J turns back. “I think we might still be in a dream.” D chimes in. “No, I think that’s impossible. We just woke up, right?” Curious, I do a quick nose-plug and find I’m still dreaming. “J’s right, we’re still dreaming.” Unfortunately they don’t seem too interested anymore and start talking about going to see some movie. I have other plans, however. “You guys go, I still have some things I want to do.” They head out a glass door to the street, while I turn and head down some stairs into this large library area. The entire architecture was gold-colored stone, and the floor tile was a checkerboard style. I walked to a clearing and then started to summon Vi. However, as soon as I said “Vi”, a brown-haired girl sitting at a table with two guys in front of me turned around to see me. The feeling I felt when I saw her is fairly indescribable. I felt this strong, pleasant feeling in the pit of my stomach, like an instant connection with her. It wasn’t like any kind of sexual desire, but it just felt like when I saw her, I felt happy - too happy, in fact, as I completely forgot everything I wanted to ask or say to her. I kind of froze because of how beautiful she seemed. It felt less like I was meeting a new friend, and more like I was trying to ask a pretty girl out for a first date. I finally mustered up some words. “Vi? So you’re my dream guide?” She gave me a confused and somewhat disapproving look. “Yeah.” She seemed like she was not amused. “Oh, okay cool…” My mind was a total blank. The awkward silence felt like an eternity. “Well, I just wanted to tell you that you’re beautiful.” Her expression didn't really change at all. Completely embarrassed, I walked away. I felt like a complete idiot. Maybe she wasn't my dream guide. But then how do you explain the feeling that I had? Then again, why did she seem so uninterested in helping me? Why did she seem to be judging me? Wait, this is my dream, why am I so scared of what one of my DCs thinks of me? I have to go back. By this time, I had already walked a ways away from Vi, so I decided to fly back to her. I tried to take off, but didn’t get very high, so I stopped, bent down, and shot up fist-forward like Superman. This got me much higher, and after a few more arm flaps, I was able to stay aloft. I turned back towards the tables, but the dream scene changed. I was now in a game of Halo, wearing one of the suits from the game. My teammates and I were waiting for the fight to begin. I noticed that if I looked right at my teammates, their names would appear floating above their heads, just like in the game. I quickly set out on a search for Vi. After checking all of my other teammates, I finally found her. She was wearing a red suit which seemed much thinner and more feminine, much like Samus’s suit from Metroid. “Good, you’re still here. I was scared that you didn’t like me or something.” Before she could say anything though, the alarm sounded, and the match had begun. I started to run forward, and immediately shot two enemies. Another enemy appeared around the corner and shot at me, and there was no way for me to dodge the bullet. Before it hit, however, I heard Vi shout “Wait!” and the scene froze. It then rewinded back to the start of the match. Vi held me back from running this time. “This game isn’t all about brute force. Let me teach you a little about stealth.” We ran along a wall in the shadows, making sure that no one was coming. We crept along like this for a while, until we heard footsteps coming from down the hallway. I started to pull out my sword, but Vi grabbed me and pulled us both into the wall, literally. We both turned into a kind of drawing on the wall, like from Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (if you haven’t figured it out by now, I play a lot of video games). We were hidden in the shadows well enough that no one noticed when they ran by. We came back out of the wall and kept moving forward. I came to a small area outside. This now looked less sci-fi and more like current architecture. I was in a small alley-like thing between two buildings. There was a balcony overhead, and small rocks covering the ground like some kind of garden decoration. I realized Vi was no longer near me, so I pulled out my pistol to be safe. One enemy appeared on the balcony, so I shot him. He fell to the ground, and some bystanders that were walking by stopped and yelled at me for killing him. Another enemy appeared behind them, so I shot him too. They continued to yell at me, until the dream eventually destabilized and I woke up.
"Anaken"? An event somewhere. It was a grass area. A familiar place but not sure where. Manila? We were looking for a jeep. It's night, so I'm worried I might get lost or end up in a bad place. I imagined a place along the road that's dark. There are trees on both sides. I decided to tag along with others. I think Amben and Sacha were there. It's... dawn? Or late afternoon? We were walking near a plaza area. There are stuff for sale. Grey colors, dim, hazy. --- Notes: - It was clearer when I woke up but I keep going back to bed to sleep some more. - I slept around 11 p.m. Woke up at around 10 a.m., but I kept going back to sleep before that. - Slept to Kelly McGonigal's default mode meditation.
Morning of February 27, 2015. Friday. This is a very vivid dream with a couple atypical features, including the loudest audio I have heard in a dream in years. I am in bed with my wife as in reality. However, the room is different to the left. It is an open area for the most part, but there are unidentifiable yet somehow “familiar” cases of some sort all in a row, front to back, possibly about ten of them. I am not even sure what they are meant to hold (DVDs?) or if they are empty or not. It is possible that they are empty and we may be in the process of cleaning them or letting them dry out from being cleaned or perhaps accidentally having gotten wet. Other than the covers being mostly opaque, they have narrow horizontally rectangular “windows” on the front. I think they are also all partly open, or at least a few of them are. I am not sure if they contain pages with sleeves or if so, how many. Again, they do not directly resemble anything I have seen in real life. My wife remains asleep the whole time I notice a sort of buzzing and shuffling sound which becomes louder over time. At least two of the cases have insects in them, but the type of insect is not fully certain (or there may be more than one type). One may be a large flying cockroach, or some type of beetle (or unnaturally large click beetle or Christmas beetle) or even a dragonfly. I get the impression that the insects have been trapped but are now able to find their way out. I am surprised by how loud their wings are in rubbing together. I get out of bed to see if I can find something to get them with but I end up running, as the sound I had been hearing is so loud, it is one of the loudest sounds I have ever perceived in a dream state. It goes from a seeming insect wing sound to an extraordinarily loud electrical buzzing that is almost like sizzling that I can begin to feel within my head - and it soon dominates the whole environment rather than having a seeming source. Insects do not bother me much in reality, but this one seems to have the potential to cause great harm. It does sound somewhat like a Christmas beetle but greatly amplified and expanded. I wake up fairly quickly but there is nothing that could have triggered the sound within my dream - the room is actually very quiet except for the very low-level white noise of the fans. Rather than being annoyed by my dream, I am actually intrigued - and amused - by how one can perceive something that loudly and clearly in the dream state. I start to wonder how the brain can generate that loud of an imaginary sound - perhaps related to cellular functions or processes. The last time I heard a sound of this particular nature was in a dream which was also involving my attempt to “run away from sizzling” - that had several layers of precognition involving 9-11 (long before it happened) and certain types of computer technology. (See link here.)
1. I was with my friends Dylan, Alex, Trey, and Patrick. We were all sitting inside of Dylan's car and of course, Dylan was driving it. Somehow, Dylan and Alex were drunk. Dylan pulled up to a gas station and told us that he needed to get some gas. Once he drove up to the gas dispenser he turned the car off and got out of the car. Alex then got out of the car as well and so did I just because. Patrick and Trey stayed in the car. As Dylan filled up his car, Alex started talking about stupid nonsense stuff, and it didn't surprise me since he was drunk. I turn around and open the door to see what Trey and Pat are doing and I notice that they are gone. I now become semi-lucid and I put my attention back on my drunk buddies. As I turn around back to Dylan and Alex I now see a huge sinkhole in the ground right in front of us. The area below the sinkhole isn't earth though, it's actually what looks to be the inside of a sewer system, but instead of crap flowing through it there was only crystal clear water. "Dude, lets go in there" Alex said. We all then descended into this system. As I was stepping down through the crumbled rocks and debri from the sinkhole, I slipped a little bit and ended up sliding down the small rock slope in front of me. I get back up once I stop sliding and I now find myself standing on some sort of sandstone tile. It's actually really nice too. Alex goes in front of me and Dylan and seems pretty eager about the entire situation. We step another level lower off of the sandstone and into the water way. I can feel the fresh water flowing around my feet. Not far ahead of us I can see a tunnel, and it is perfectly lit. The tunnel however, was completely filled with water. This obviously didn't make sense considering the water could've flowed out since there was nothing stopping it. Next thing I know, Alex goes into this tunnel and starts swimming through it. There is no air in it whatsoever. I follow behind him out of curiosity and Dylan follows me. Now we are all holding our breath trying to swim through this tunnel. Being pro-active, I look ahead of Alex to see how far we have to swim, and also to see if the tunnel opens up at all. Just as I do this I notice that there are a few white pipes sticking out from the walls of this tunnel, and I know that we aren't going to be able to swim past these because it is too tight. Alex sees this as well and he immediately starts reverse-swimming. I say that because, since the tunnel was so small, he wasn't able to turn around so he just started swimming back while facing forwards. It was quite an unusual sight. I don't want to get kicked in the face so I immediately start reverse-swimming as well. I know that Dylan will get the catch that he needs to swim back too so I am not worried about him not knowing. It turns out that Dylan did know what was going on and he starts reverse-swimming as well. Quickly we make it out of the tunnel and into fresh breathable air. "Holy shit dude, I couldn't breathe" Alex told us. "Yeah dude neither could I" I told him. I suddenly notice that I really can't breathe well within the dream. I then wake up in waking life to find out that one of my nostrils were closed and I really couldn't breathe out of it. 2. I was walking through my highschool when I suddenly spot my old friend Daniel. I catch up to him and ask, "Hey man, could you hook me up with a few tabs of acid?". "Yeah, I know a guy. He's selling one hit of acid for 200 dollars" he tells me. "What!?! 200 dollars?!? That's crazy. Can you get him to lower the price" I ask him. "I can try to get you one for 100 dollars, but no lower than that" He says. I decline his offer and tell him thanks anyway and then walk off. There was no way I was paying that much for one hit of acid.
4am coffee from 2 tbsp grounds with milk and sugar. #416 - WILD I wake at some point and try DEILD phase tech, but this time I was surprised by entering straight into it, skipping all the usual OBE stuff. I was only mildly lucid at first and thought that I was only seeing strong HI. I thought that I wasn't fully there and was trying to convince myself that I was dreaming, hoping that my dream time would catch up to my expectations. However, during the entire experience, I was already fully immersed in the dream and everything was extremely vivid. I even had the thought at some point that caffeine always makes my dreams more visually vivid. I am standing next to a refrigerator in a kitchen that looks like the Smith's house, but my coworker bro Brandon is there. I see the fridge is so vivid and I take a closer look to stabilize — like I needed to. I note the eggshell texture on the door and the brownish fake wood handle. There is some chrome and I expect to see my distorted reflection. It's not there at first, but I do a double take and there I am. I feel like my eye are open extra wide and I can't believe how vivid the dream is. I look around for a moment and realize that I am in fact fully in the dream. Unfortunately, it's at this point that something external wakes me. I had another vivid dream about swimming in an ocean and a shark bit my knee where I had been having pain in waking life. Strangely, my knee feels a thousand times better today.
Fell asleep 9pm - Woke up 12am Vague dream recall. Walking in the woods next to busy motorway and there is a kind of parking bay. There is a lot of luggage and stuff lying around and in my mind I am told this stuff belongs to some golfers. There is a purse further down the path as I'm led further away from the motorway and deeper into the woods. I pick up the purse and take all the money from it which is three ten pound notes, one twenty pound note and a handful of change. I go off the path and hide the purse in the woods. I was suppose to attend a dinner tonight for my little cousins birthday but had no money to buy her anything or pay for my food. Vaguely remember being at my Dads house then attending the mentioned dinner party in my dream. Everyone from both sides of my family was there but I didn't see some of them although people were asking me did you not see your gran she was standing just there. I replied no. After the dinner I was back at my dads and there was a party. There was a dog a strange dog I don't know and we were trying to get my little 4 year old niece to clap it but the dog was grumpy and growling so it was put out in the back garden. I shouted at my Dad calling him names because I thought he was taking the piss out of me by smirking and saying "why don't you get a lift home from them?" I had no idea who the couple leaving in their car was but was furious at my Dad and began to leave. I left shortly after this and began walking a familiar path home from my Dads house and it is not far here I remember the money I stole earlier. On retrieving it from my pocket I notice it is scrunched up into tiny balls. I then see an old friend we called 'limpit' walk by and I say hello and ask how he is doing? In the dream he said he had a kid who lives with it's mother and by the direction he was headed he now lives close to my dad. I then wake up.

1. I am at teachings that are being given by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche. I am in line with my wife waiting to enter the room that the teachings will be held in. I am very excited. I tell my wife that Khenpo is a really amazing lama. "I know" she says, "you keep telling me!" She seems annoyed with me. Later I am walking around the building that the teachings were given in. It appears to be alot like my high school, with metal panel walls. and windows every so often that break up the panels. I am looking for Khenpo's room so that I can ask him a question. I find his room, there are many attendants in the room, but they all look like hospital staff. There is a hospital bed in the room along with many medical monitoring devices such as IV drip lines. Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche: 2. I am riding my bike across town at night. I am in an area of a town where there are many old warehouses and abandoned factories. I notice some "gutter punks" off in a field in front of an old warehouse. I cross some railroad tracks. I turn left in front of an old warehouse building. I am now in a large fenced in area in front of the warehouse. I notice a bum/gutter punk guy approaching me from the warehouse. I get nervous and speed up, but reach a point where i am stuck between the approaching bum and the fence. The bum catches up with me and I greet him nicely. I get a close up view of his face. His face is narrow, almost un-naturally, his skin is dark and sallow. He is wearing a mugger hat and his hair is poking out from underneath it. He tells me to give him my bike. "Come on man!, you aren't really going to take my bike!" I tell him. He insists and threatens to stab me if I do not comply. I give him the bike. He then asks me for my car keys. I tell him he took my bike and that should be enough. He insists on me giving him my keys. I tell him he is welcome to have them, but my car is back at my house and he does not know where that is. He seems satisfied with my answer. He rides off on my bike and I run ahead and cut through a building to get ahead of him. I end up standing on a little pile of dirt as he approaches. I kick him in the face and he falls off the bike. I jump down off the pile of dirt and bash his head a couple of times with a rock. I am worried that I seriously hurt him, but realize i just knocked him out. I take my bike back and ride off. I am then in a car with wife telling her that my bike got stolen. She seems disappointed as I must not have taken some of her advice to lock it up or something. Next I tell her how I retrieved the bike and she seems a bit relieved.
Here’s a couple of Dream Induced Lucid Dreams (DILDS): I was standing in a room, which I didn’t recognize, beside my father in-law’s cousin, who’s currently very sick in the hospital with cancer (in waking life). Seeing him standing there made me instantly lucid. A few seconds later my vision started to fade, and I tried spinning, but I woke up. In this second dream, I was laying in the box of my pick-up truck, at night, staring up at a light standard. Then a doe, a deer (a female deer) peaked it’s head up over the edge of the right hand, rear fender and stared at me. I tried to ignore it, but it just kept staring. I found this a bit irritating, so I looked at the dang thing and said, “Why don’t you get lost, and go bother somebody else!” Instantly, the deer turned into a beautiful, long haired, blonde woman, who I didn’t recognize! She had this look of sadness and insult on her face from what I said, and she immediately turned around and walked away. Seeing a deer transform into a beautiful woman made me think that maybe this is a dream. Hmmm, then boom, I was lucid! I quickly stood up in the truck box and saw the woman walking around the park car beside me. I then realized I was at my home town’s shopping mall. I remembered my dream intent to meet with my daughter, so I said, “Hey, please find my Daughter, and I tell her I’m looking for her!” Well, quite unexpectedly, the woman spun around with excitement and happiness all over her face, and she came running right up to the side of the truck box and reached both her arms up towards me! So I kneeled down, leaned forward, and hugged her, and then she gave me a big kiss on the lips, but then woke from all the excitement. Wonder who she was?
Last night I remember dreaming. I just can't remember the dream itself. I remember realizing that I was dreaming and doing Rc's. every time I'd touch my fingers to my palms they'd fade/go through. I remember being excited that I had become lucid twice in a 24hr Period. I just wish I could remember the dream itself (Side note: I remember a sapphire blue wine glass. It fell off of a table and shattered into a few big pieces. I tried to make the shattered glass vanish. It would always reappear a few feet away, each time I made it vanish. This lucid dreaming, thing is harder than I thought )
I realized I was asleep, it feels like almost instantly. I remember thinking "ok, I'm asleep. I gotta keep knowing I'm asleep" then I remember floating from my bed, down the hall, & to my door. I knew exactly where I wanted to be. I wanted to fly to my ex boyfriends house. I couldn't grasp the door-knob to turn it, so I remembered trying the window. I thought "why isn't this working." I looked at my hands to keep myself aware that I was asleep. And then I thought to physically make the window longer and roll out. It worked and I was still aware I was asleep, but I noticed too that my body was kinda hard to control and that things would fade to black, I even tried looking at my hands when things were black but couldn't see anything. After that I remember being in another part of my town in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. I was a the local walmart in the parking lot. I tried to fly but couldn't at first. The only thing that seemed to help me was focusing on a small whisp of cloud in the sky and trying to visualize myself floating up to it. It worked but I still found it hard to control my dream body. I was kinda stiff. I guess after that I slipped out of the lucidity of it. I'm pretty bummed I didn't get to my destination but I'm excited that I was able to remember at least one tip and it seemed like I was able to quickly realize that I was asleep. Extra info: the colors weren't very vibrant. They were there just felt like a gray haze was over everything. Being outside it was gray and gloomy, like before a thunderstorm, but there wasn't big black clouds Non lucid dream that happened after lucid dream: I was at My ex's, sleeping in a separate bed. I kept waiting and waiting for him but he never came there were 3 rooms joined together, with no doors. I thought of a circle for some reason, like the design of the house was round. First It was my room. (It was His bedroom, but there was just a bed in it) the middle room had just a bed but it had a large woman in it I knew her in real life, her name is Tammy, she slept with his roommate once, their relationship never went beyond that. Then my ex was in the room next to hers. The bed was next to the wall, things seemed kinda pink/purplish and his back was turned to me. He woke up and seemed distant toward me. The next thing I remember is her cooking in his kitchen and I freaked out and threw her down the stairs outside of the house. I remember crying to his friend Chelsea, saying "This was my second chance, this was suppose to be my second chance" I felt like I was refurring to my last relationship before him and how this was suppose to be different. Then I woke up. I just remember feeling hurt and rejected by him, even without him speaking to me much during the dream. ( I notice that in a lot of my dreams I'm in a house/trailer, usually broken down and decaying. Not always the same one either. They're different each time. Other times in in my grandmothers house. Others in a school theatre)

I'm in some manner of waiting room, talking with a priest - I'm hoping to get his opinion on a dilemma that's been on my mind. But as I describe it to him, he gets increasingly uncomfortable. Finally he seizes on something I've said that he can turn into a sort of keyword - along the same lines of "crisis of faith" or "act of god," some familiar phrase. When I agree that yes, you could think of it that way, he seems relieved. He launches into a sort of canned speech on that keyword. I'm disappointed. This isn't the conversation I'd hoped it would be. Janette arrives then, rescuing me, and I stand up to give her a quick kiss. The priest seems as relieved to be able to end the conversation politely as I am. It's been a while since I've met up with Janette, and she's dressed as a widow again, with a black veil over her eyes; I think this is the first time I've seen her in a veil since the 1950s. She's stunning as ever. As we leave she teases me about being disappointed by that priest, about always looking for answers in all the wrong places. The conversation drifts, and as we step out onto the sidewalk I'm saying to her, "No, no, no - unless you wanted him." She makes a face. I'm teasing - that priest wouldn't exactly be her first choice of meal, and neither of us have been hunting people at all lately. But now we're both thinking about blood. We head back to my place, and we immediately start up the stairs to the bedroom, but halfway up the stairs I leave her to go back down and take the phone off the hook, saying something about no distractions this time. The observer side of me remembers how this will turn out - when the woman I work with couldn't get through on the phone, she turned up at the door instead, and saw Janette wearing my robe. First time she'd seen Janette, and although it wasn't anything notable at the time, it eventually wound up raising unfortunate questions.
