    1. Dream of June 5th, 2015 - Pirate Ships and a Train

      by , 06-06-2015 at 04:23 AM
I don’t know how the dream began, but this is the furthest back I can remember. I was with my mother and some other people. I’m not sure what we were doing. Suddenly, some of my teeth began to become loose so I pulled them out. I looked in the mirror though and it didn’t seem like I had lost so many, I only noticed one spot, and I’m not sure if the gap was right.

The dream later changed to be more like a video game. I was playing with a guy and my sisters. We were trying to steal a pirate ship that was docked. We died the first time we tried though. We later tried again and then retreated but the owners of the pirate ship chased after us. The owners were two caucasian teenage or young adult guys. The boss had light brown or dirty blond hair and I think his friend had brown hair. For weapons they had two daggers and a saber.

The order of events becomes a bit fuzzy after this point, mostly in relation to the pirate ship stuff.

The game became slightly less game-like and a bit more real, as in I didn’t view everything from 3rd person. Again, I attempted to steal from the pirate ship, but the boys chased after me. They chased me up many series of steps to the top of a platform. The leader held a dagger to my throat and threatened to slit my throat. I knew that I would not die in real life, but I still did not want to die. I don’t remember exactly what I said, but somehow I stalled them enough to slip out of the boys grasp and jump off the platform and soar away. I remember saying something along the lines of “Sorry, I don’t feel like dying” before soaring off. I soared to a white stone-brick tower a little ways away and landed at its entrance. I then ran up the stairs. The boys were fast though and after not long I could hear their feet stomping up the wooden stairs. I ended up getting to a balcony before they could reach me though and jumped off and soared away.

I soared to the ship while they were away and stole it. The ship somehow shrunk to kid size and it could no longer carry all of its items effectively. Many of its items floated in the water nearby, most of them food. My guy friend and I ended up gathering the floating items together and bringing them further out to sea, which was not far at all as our feet were still touching the ground. We later found a wooden shack though that we hid the stuff in. The pirates ended up coming looking for it but I don’t think they found it, or maybe they found us. I remember leaving for one reason or another anyways.

For some reason I ended up getting on a flying train with my sisters and a guy friend, but I’m not sure if it was the same guy (btw, not any guy I know in real life). The train was white with brownish floors had a sort of bubbly shape to, it sort of looked like a blow-up vehicle (like a bouncy house sort of feel). The train ride was very cool. We flew over beautiful nature landscapes, an ocean, and brilliantly lit city at night. Some of the buildings were all glass so that the whole building glowed. The city felt a bit familiar, like I might have dreamt about it before. During the ride though, a few strange things happened.

On the train, I somehow became pregnant, and the guy that had come on the train with me was apparently the father. The supposed father was pale and fairly tall with short black hair. He was busy during most of the train ride though and we didn’t really talk much. On the train was also my mother. I know we spoke to each other, but I can’t remember the details. All I know was that it had something to do with my pregnancy.

After some time, I had my baby. It was very weird though. Well, the whole pregnancy had been weird really. It had lasted only a short time and I’m not sure if I had any signs of being pregnant (no large belly). When I did “give birth” the baby actually just appeared outside of me and began walking around. The baby did not look like a newborn. They were very clearly toddler age. They had light skin and red hair like Disney’s Ariel. After only a few minutes they grew again and their hair grew halfway down their back. I tried to get their “father” to interact with them but they were always busy working. Not long after I woke up.
    2. Mean Tim

by , 06-06-2015 at 03:55 AM (Casting Shadows)
We were all in Dalton and Tim's bedroom, but I remember that it was very altered in the dream. Tim was being very mean to Dalton, for no good reason; he was so mean that Dalton was starting to cry. It was beginning to make me angry, because Dalton hadn't done anything to deserve that kind of mistreatment, and I was mentally preparing to lash back at Tim.

Reality: Dalton and Tim were fighting last night over money, and in fact it was kinda/sorta the other way around.

    3. Fun again

by , 06-05-2015 at 08:40 PM (My Lucid Dreams)
Had this dream yesterday, since I'm in vacation I thought I' write it in there

Lucidity: 7/10 -- good memory of waking life, but thought that some dc's were real people.
      Control: 5/10
      Vivacity: 8.5/10

I'm unsure if this is a separate dream, but I was in Paris (super common theme in summer for me) with my family... for some reason I decided to just kinda stray off while they are in a Caribbean-looking souvenir shop (lol). I walk to a square which looks like an enhanced version of the market place in my hometown. (As I'm writing this I realize that this part of the dream is nostalgic af. Might wanna look into that ). I eventually arrive at a tourist-filled spot with, at one side of it, an amusement park-style entrance (where you would buy the tickets and stuff). I notice a IRL "friend" of mine, with a group of people know. I learn that they are here as a "field trip."
      (...)
I'm in my neighborhood, lucid. Me and a 3 real life friends are walking on a road that I usually jog on. A house at my left has a mailbox on the shape of a manatee.
"Hey guys, how about we try flying a bit ?" I shout. I am convinced that they are lucid dreamers themselves and that this is a shared dream.
For some reason I chose the "air swimming" method. I get up about one and a half meter in the air but I'm really slow. For a few seconds I try my most trusted flying method
(really hard to explain... it's kinda like doing telekinesis on myself..) but I feel like in this dream, any kind of active dream control is going to take a lot of focus. I slowly levitate closer to the ground. I keep my head up and kick my legs upwards, pointing my chest to the ground but I just keep losing height. I think about entering sage mode or asking the dream for more control, but I don't want to waste time; I'll do with what I have. I focus on the air around me, and I recall the sensation of swimming in water. That oughta make it a bit easier. In an instant, the air feels like water; I can even see a very vague water line up in the trees. Every stroke I take now feels a whole lot more efficient, and I'm able to swim/fly faster.
      (...)
The guys from earlier and I are in a city. It looks like a mix of Spanish, Moroccan and Indian architecture. Leading the group, I jump to a flat roof.
"You guys wanna do some pakour?"
I front flip to a lower roof, roll and run back towards the other building. I jump to it, and land onto a window's edge. The guys follow me. One of them, David, falls down in the alley, but climbs back up.
"I'm not good at that kinda stuff," he says.
      (...)
We're on a playground structure, I propose a dream control competition, just to show off. The guy who fell earlier volunteers to go first. The playground looks a lot like the one I used to play at as a kid; there are trees surrounding it the same way they do in waking life. David points his hands at a part of the slide.
      Oh cool, telekinesis!
He is struggling. He switches position a few times and then lets his hands fall to his sides.
      "Ok my turn," I say.
"Wait I'm not done yet, I'll get it."
He tries again on something else behind me. I start turning around to see but I feel the dream becoming dangerously unstable.
"Hurry up dude I'm losing the dream."
"Yeah wait a second I'll get it," He answers, "This is only my 3rd lucid dream, or something."
I sigh, and look down at my hands as I rub them together.
Impatient, I shoulder bump him to take his place... I really want to show off before the dream ends . Looking down from the slide, I realize that the ground is sand.
      That'll do.
I lift my hands up and focus. I can feel the sand, its weight and position. Just like you can feel the weight and position of an object as you lift it. I focus on the sand being lifted up. I focus on the feeling of it being lifted up before it actually starts to move. I can see the sand converge into a meter wide pile, then fall back to its original position.
Right I almost forgot. I barely have any control in this dream.
I lift my hands higher and look into the sky.
"More Control !" I shout, in a very thick french accent.
I look down at the sand and I shoot a one meter thick stream of sand into the air. I turn around to look at it but the dream slowly turns dark.

I wake up with the music from a movie I used to love as a kid, "Yamakasi." It was playing on the radio yesterday.

    4. Can you follow verbal commands while asleep.

      by , 06-05-2015 at 08:34 PM
I was wondering if I wanted to dream about something like that I was flying could I just set an alarm that while I was asleep it would say "you are flying. you are flying," and I would start dreaming about it? Would I be able to understand complex instructions like "you are in the jungle and flying," or would I not be able to force any dream at all with an audio recording even with lots of practice? Thank you for your answer!

    5. DJ#19: Crazy Grandma

by , 06-05-2015 at 08:30 PM (BlairBros' Adventures)
1: I was playing a MOBA, some sort of cross between dota and smite. My friend was telling me to play this Athena character, so I obliged and started a game. The teams met in the jungle right off the bat and there was a crazy fight where I got around 3 kills. The scene then shifted so I was playing starwars battlefield 2 with my brother and friend, I think this was a re-imagining of an actual thing that happened many years ago.
2: My mum and I were packed up to stay at a hotel near our house. My brother was sick so he couldn't come, so my grandma came over to look after him/the house. We eventually found the weird pink hotel but we went back to the house, not sure if we'd forgotten anything or had a feeling or whatnot. Anyway when I got back I found all of the pots and pans being stacked inside of eachother trying to cook stuff. There were three pots inside eachother, all warped out completely with burnt pasta and sauce filling them. All of the cookware was ruined, so I tried to arrange everything and turn off the heat to salvage what I could when my grandma entered the room. She was super confused, asked me what I was doing, so I obviously yelled at her, "WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING!!!". She said she was trying to make a Thermomix out of our pots and stuff, and I kinda went on a rant about how stupid that was and how she was crazy etc. It got tense when my mum entered the scene as well, but then the dream started to dissolve. As it was I realized that it was a dream, but by then it was too late and I woke up.
I wanted to have a lucid so badly as I woke up lol, so I attempted for the first time to try a WILD/DEILD. Within a few seconds of me visualizing the dream continuing on I started feeling really heavy with vibrations. This triggered my gravity awareness RC which I've been practicing the last few days, which might of contributed to my failure as I got too aware/awake too early, idk. Anyway these super intense vibrations washed over me and I felt myself starting to get sucked into sleep/dream, when a voice appeared in my head sort of explaining what that dream had been about and the lesson I had learned from it. While this was really cool it brought me back and I couldn't complete the attempt. Factor in a noisy brother who was going to the toilet at the time and meh. For my first attempt though, it was a case of close but no cigar .
    6. Door or Not?

      by , 06-05-2015 at 07:30 PM
Morning of June 5, 2015. Friday.

My wife Zsuzsanna and I are watching at least three teenage girls from an unknown family, possibly (fictional) relatives. These girls seem to be curious explorers without caring much for other people knowing where they are at any point. The main part of my dream seems to be set later at night. For some reason, we are near an apparently abandoned building in an unfamiliar and unknown (unnamed) town or region. The building is somewhat reminiscent of a barn, but longer and could possibly be some sort of industrial warehouse, though the walls are not that high.

There is concern about a possible criminal in the area, though this is not clearly focused upon. I go into the building, which is completely made of wood and mostly featureless, and seemingly with a dirt floor (though this is not certain). I spend the rest of the time trying to work out where the girls went, trying to learn if they may be in danger or not. I do not feel directly threatened at any point, but I do not see anyone, either.

My dream becomes rather ambiguous concerning a wall on my right and a hall on my left, near the entrance into the building. I get the impression that at least two of them may be behind the wall, yet at the same time think they cannot be, because there is no door in that wall. At one point, I imagine a light shining underneath from the entire wall (though again without discerning any door).

    7. Poor Baby

      by , 06-05-2015 at 06:26 PM
Morning of June 5, 2015. Friday.

Abandoned filling stations (also called petrol stations or gas stations) are a very sparsely in-dream setting since earliest childhood. It is possible that they are a metaphor for feeling overtired prior to sleep and not having enough energy or “fuel”.

In an unlikely scenario, my wife and I are in an unfamiliar car and at an unfamiliar filling station (in a completely unknown region) which is seemingly abandoned although there is supposed activity now and then which apparently occurs at night (though I never actually see anyone else at any point), possibly related to cleaning up the site (though logically that would be more feasible during the daytime) or perhaps restoring the business. The building is to my right. Somehow, I am aware that our baby (possibly our youngest daughter though she is about a year older in reality) is in a baby pram closer to the building near the pumps (possible reference to breastfeeding). I am not sure where my wife is at first (I am apparently supposed to be watching the area and the baby) and am not sure why we are here or in fact why the baby is not directly with us in the vehicle.

There is a shift and I notice that our baby is not in sight. There also seems to have been the rapid unexpected passage of a day or more. I am concerned but yet also thinking that workers may have moved or taken her during the previous night or perhaps absentmindedly moved the baby pram without being aware she was in it.

Very worried, I get out to see where she could be. It seems to be the afternoon of the previous day. I notice that the baby pram is folded up and near an old oil barrel being used as a rubbish bin (which was behind the car and only noticed at this point). I also notice that some random items such as large cardboard boxes had been placed near the pumps. I open up the pram a bit (though not completely unfolding it as it seems damaged as if perhaps a truck ran over it) and am able to pull the baby out from the basket attached under the pram (with no contemplation over how she got there rather than being in the actual pram). She seems somewhat doll-like at first and I am very concerned if she is okay or not. Her eyes open and she moves her arms and legs, so I know she is still alive (even though that did not seem to be the case at first). I feel a sense of love and relief.

Situations like this, though quite ridiculous and “impossible” (at least in my family where we are always aware of where our children are), seem fairly common in some dream types.

Update: Although probably not true precognition, this article popped up after posting this today: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-06-0...icials/6523056

    8. Refreshing

      by , 06-05-2015 at 03:30 PM
Morning of June 5, 2015. Friday.

I am near a small lake in a rural area in an unknown unfamiliar region, possibly in America, in the north. Although I am not lucid in any way, I am still aware that I have control over certain features of the environment, probably a sort of subtle telekinetic awareness that often occurs in dreams. Either that, or I have the nature of associations in being refreshed somewhat distorted as some sort of unlikely composite sequence (such as related to pouring water over your head when overheated mixed with the idea of swimming in a lake). Instead of (more logically) jumping into the lake to cool off, I raise my hands slightly to cause about two gallons of water from the surface of the lake to rise up and then fall onto me, which is quite refreshing. I do this a few times, with some sort of comedic dream within a dream awareness of having too much weight falling on me and thus falling over (though not in a problematic sense - being more like a silly stunt) - though again, this is only like a daydream within the “real” dream. Having control over water or the movement of it (such as even with tidal waves) has occurred at other times in my life.

    9. Haunted House / Fight with sister

      by , 06-05-2015 at 03:03 PM
      Dream 1: (non-lucid, low vividness)
      - 3rd. person dream.
      - 4 teenagers walking through a huge haunted house (2 guys, 2 girls)
      - House is run-down and dusty (mostly made of wood)
      - The teens walk through the haunted house together. The house is scary, but not dangerous
      - Parts of the house I remember are a haunted aquarium, a room filled with huge bugs buzzing around, an old kitchen, and most surprisingly, a lava river (where you had to stay on top of a rock that floated all the way down the river.)
      - I think they were being held captive by an evil witch or something, and there were clues that needed to be collected and returned to be let go.
      - The teens split up to search for clues separately and return to the center staircase in an hour.
      - Things get a lot more dangerous when they're by themselves, and at least 3 out of the 4 teenagers die.
      - One guy died in the lava river, and one girl died by being attacked by bugs. I don't remember many details about these.
      - Most memorably, one girl went back to the kitchen. There was an ancient-looking woman in there. The girl asked her if she knew about the clue, but the girl's face instantly changed into a shape of a skull.
      - The woman was cooking something on the stove. She tricked the girl into putting her hand on the pan, which caused her massive pain. While she was distracted, the woman stabbed her (although the "scene" cut before she actually did.)

      Dream 2 (non-lucid, medium vividness)
      - I was younger in this dream.
      - I had gotten into a huge fight with my sister for some reason, I don't know why, but my temper was out of control. I kept saying very mean things to her, which upset her, because we had been very close yesterday.
      - I was in big trouble with my dad. He made me stand in the corner for hours and I had to apologize before I could go to bed, but I never did because I was so angry.
      - He also wanted me to read 200 pages of some book as punishment, but I didn't do that either.
      - This was a pretty distressing dream.

Dream fragment 3: (non-lucid, low vividness)
      - A guy in my middle school I haven't talked to in a long time was in my high school class sitting in front of me.
      - We joked around a bit.
      - The teacher was not in the room, so the class was very loud.

Dream fragment 4: (non-lucid, low vividness)
      - Really weird dream where my mom was out in the garden attending to her plants. Apparently, she was planting plants that would grow colors. And by colors, it meant that when the "color" was grown, you would see that color on the plant as if there was a picture of the plant that was scribbled on by the brush tool in Paint. Really made no sense.

    10. Snake Afire

      by , 06-05-2015 at 12:05 PM
Morning of June 5, 2015. Friday.

This is one of five more memorable dreams of this morning (my dream memory usually ranging from six to nine clearer ones) and has the recurring presence of a snake - which usually makes a dream more vivid and focused for some reason (with the snake sometimes seemingly being the most well-rendered feature), sometimes even lucid. Since very early childhood, I have been aware of how a snake is sometimes metaphorical for the human intestine (such as with either indigestion or hunger pangs) though other times related to something else, sometimes literal, sometimes associated with pain in the fingers (especially if the fangs are seen), sometimes associated with the human spine and temporarily greater back pain depending on context. (This does not always include the cobra, which typically has completely different associations for me.)

My dream is firstly of the type that is not very well-rendered and with the indoor-outdoor ambiguity. My wife and I are seemingly outside (though with vague indoor features) in an unknown area though I know there are mountains “behind” us to the south, narrowly ranging east and west. Over time, it seems as if we actually are outside near an embankment.

I soon notice a snake to my right and under a few smaller branches and debris. However, there is no sustained wariness or concern as I soon see that it is dead. A little later though, there is a live one crawling about and I get the impression that it is highly venomous. It apparently leaves the area without incident, but there is still concern. My youngest son is wandering about for a short time. The ground is hard grayish dirt for the most part. There seems to be a very vague essence of being in the backyard in Cubitis, but it does not clearly seem as such and may only be an association. It really does not look anything like the area (especially with the mountains beyond).

My wife Zsuzsanna somehow contacts someone on a radio and it seems relative to a parks and recreation communication regarding safety. A man in a helicopter shows up and flies over the area checking for the presence and activity (crawling direction) of any snakes. He later walks up with a temporary map saying how they are mostly in the mountain belt at this time.

However, there is still the one snake that did not actually leave the area. I have a book of matches and manage to set the snake on fire after a few attempts, and which takes a few minutes to send it completely ablaze. It does not move much during this time. It may be an in-dream metaphor for lower back pain in this case, which has sparsely and randomly occurred throughout my life. (There is also a type of firework called Black Snake which I have not used since 1990, which may have served as a reference for the situation.) Again, although the snake seemingly represents the human spine in this case and the fire may relate to back pain (though fire often is associated with growing conscious awareness though of course such would be required to perceive pain in the first place), it may also relate to dream state alchemy and eliminating the pain.

    11. Horsing Around

      by , 06-05-2015 at 09:28 AM
Morning of June 5, 2015. Friday.

Haywire (Silas Weir Mitchell as in “Prison Break”) is throwing a lavish party in a small living room, though it does not seem all that crowded. He seems unexpectedly shy at some points, almost as if he regrets having all the people come to his house (the setting of which seems completely unfamiliar to me). There is a clear awareness of motion and laughter of the people who are present, not necessarily any other celebrities that I am aware of. Silas seems to be somewhat of a composite of the “real” Haywire and his “Grimm” persona (Monroe).

At one point, there is a dark brown horse in the room and a few people briefly pat it. Almost as if in an accelerated frame rate, Silas is astride the horse and dressed somewhat like a colonial soldier. The horse rapidly gallops through the room and leaps onto a table where the scene instantly freezes at the attempt of the horse to leap into Haywire’s painting (which of course is too small). Both horse and man are “frozen” as if in complete confusion (or a change of mind) at their attempt to go through the “portal” to escape the other people at the party. This is because the horse is too big to fit through the picture frame even if it were a true inter-dimensional portal, something that they (both horse and man) did not seem to realize until they were almost upon it. (The painting is to the right. I see the horse and rider in profile, facing right.)

Paintings that include a windmill have sparsely recurred throughout my life and always seem related to “escape” or an implied “better” place. Thus I found the “Prison Break” metaphor as such years after these dreams first began as quite amusing if not vaguely precognitive or of an archetypical association I am not yet aware of, although a windmill may simply represent the dreaming process itself.

    12. Closed in a toilet

      by , 06-05-2015 at 08:01 AM (Snehk's Dreamlands)
I was in school. With a few persons I entered the toilet, and when I wanted to exit, the doors were closed. One person had keys, but they have broken when he tried to open the doors. I walked all around and examined the toielt. It was clean, and luckily there was no stench.

There was a window, but it was too high to reach, and there were no ways to open them. I entered one of the cabins and waited. Suddenly I heard some noises, and I went to check what's going on. I saw that the doors were still closed and thought "Why haven't we tried to kick them open?"

I kicked the doors with little to no force, and they opened setting us free. I headed towards the stairway, which was surrounded by student DCs and a DC teacher. They told me "Now! You have to do this!" I stood there confused, but then I realised that they want me to make RC. I did the nose-plug RC, but somehow it haven't made me lucid.

I ran towards the cloakroom, took my stuff from the locker and exited the building. It was cold and rainy. I followed three persons. They have noticed me, but I still followed them. I went away from them on a nearby crossroad, and entered a bus. I bought a ticket and sat down. When I did this, I travelled back in time.

I was an adventurer in XIV century. I was wandering a huge primeval jungle. My mission was to accumulate food, so we could stop crisis in Europe. When trying to take some fruits and wild growing potatoes, I was attacked by strange, colorfull birds. I knew they were a huge threat for my expedition, and fought with them using my sabre.

When they finally flewn away, I called for expedition. People appeared and took plants so they could grow them in Europe.

      6.4.15

      Afternoon sleep 3pm - 7:30pm

      DR1
I'm outside and it's very foggy. Can't see a thing. I hear rustling all around. Something is coming from straight ahead. I aim my rifle, hoping to bag some animal for food. It's coming closer, I can see some dark shape through the fog now. But still can't make it out. It comes bit closer. Now I can tell, that its a black stallion. He is kicking the ground with his hooves. I'm not gonna shoot him. He looks so pretty in the fog.

Bit to the right, something large is running through the fog. Huge animals. Bison. I count 3 of these majestic beast. I ran to the house to get my camera and alert others. Bison don't live in this area, so it's a huge surprise.

    14. Criminals!

      by , 06-05-2015 at 04:24 AM
What is this thing with my subconscious and criminals. I mean, really?

So I don't remember much. With this thick blanket of apathy I've been living under, my dream recall has become dismal. In this one I am a consultant working with a team of law enforcement trying to sway a prisoner to help us figure out who is murdering people in the prison. He looks like an actor whose name I can't remember. It's really bugging me. Anyway. He's not terribly tall, wiry, with prominent cheekbones and sort of sunken eyes. Greying hair. He spends most of his time being irritated with me, and doesn't want the other inmates to know he's considering the deal we're offering. I do something I shouldn't because I'm worried the other inmates will kill him...I smuggle his killing tool of choice back to his cell, it's a scalpel with a curved blue handle. After I've given it to him, I wonder if I've made a mistake. What's to stop him from killing us all? Can I really believe he won't?

I vaguely remember having the scalpel in a large leather purse, and opening it so the guards could look inside, but it was hidden in a secret pocket? Meh.

    15. Madness

by , 06-05-2015 at 02:43 AM (Lucid Time!)
My sleep has become very irregular and my dreams have become very mucky and difficult to comprehend as of late. This doesn't feel like my typical dry spell.

I think that I mentioned at least once before what seems off about my sleep, but I'm going to go into detail and talk about it once more. For some odd reason, I've been very tired when I go to sleep. Usually, (ever since I started lucid dreaming) there is a sort of waiting period for falling asleep. Like I didn't just lay down and immediately pass out until now.

I don't seem to have my natural awakenings any more, (or any discernible sleep cycle either. I recall before this began happening I would frequently go to bed at 10:30 or 12:00 fairly regularly I would have one awakening at about 3:00am and another at about 5:30 before awakening at 7:00.

Waking up is probably the worst part of it. Now I'm no early bird in that I'm usually not motivated to get out of bed, since this new sleep pattern emerged, I feel downright miserable when I get out of bed, and it seems like I want to just stay in bed all day. (One morning last weekend, I slept from about 10:00 at night until 11:00am the next morning, and still felt absurdly tired after sleeping 13 hours straight. However, about half an hour after I do manage to get out of bed, I rested.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night dying of hunger or thirst, or desperate to use the bathroom. Something else that I am not accustomed to happening when I sleep.

The though definitely the strangest part of this is the way that I dream. My dreams have been, for the most part, fragmented, indescribable and extremely mucky. (Really the best way to describe what I dream of is just madness. There is, for the most part a lack of any logic or reasoning.) But that's not the weird part. The weird part I recall getting lucid several times each night, though due to the fragmented nature of dreams my lucidity is usually lost very quickly.

Whatever shift has happened to my sleep cycle, I wish only that it can be changed back.
