I am in a forest with a lot of other people, we are all on our way to a specific location. I don't remember where that place is, or what we are going there to do, but I figure I will find out in time. I don't have to admit I have completely forgotten everything I am supposed to remember for this mission. I think of it as a mission, but nothing about the situation triggers me to make a RC. Instead I continue following the rest of the group, doing my best to pretend I know exactly what I am doing there. We finally reach our destination, which is the top of a cliff at the edge of the forest. There are small plateaus that can be reached from the main land mass, they are a bit too far to jump to, but some fallen logs form bridges. We are attacked! I look around at the enemies, there are a variety of enemies, some of them are human, others look like orcs or goblins. Everyone is fighting, fighting with swords and shields mostly… but I have neither! So what am I supposed to do? I am watching the fight, not sure what to do, when someone approaches me on a horse… I look at the man, he looks familiar, he looks like Lucius Malfoy from Harry Potter?! He hands me a sword, commenting I seem to have lost my own, but this one would more than suffice. He adds to ride the horse if I choose, he's going in on foot from here. But make sure the horse doesn't get hurt, that's one of his best horses! With that, he charges into the battle, pulling out a sword of his own, and attacking the enemies. He is fighting on our side, but the entire situation seems odd. Before that can lead to a RC, however, I am attacked. So I act to defend myself. The details of the fight are amazingly vivid. I can't help but notice the feel of the sword as it meets resistance, as it cuts into the flesh of a man attacking me, but there is not much resistance… the sword is clearly razor sharp. I cut open one enemy attacking me, then I turn around in time to run the sword through a second enemy. I'm being attacked from behind, the sword cuts the enemy I just ran through almost in half before cutting into the next. I notice someone pushing the log bridges off of the ledge, taking enemies with them. The battle continues, the fight is still vivid, the feel of the sword cutting through my enemies… until we are victorious.
The dream seems to shift here, and now I find myself in front of a video game system playing a video game. I see I am playing the game with my ex-boyfriend, James, was all of that just a game? It didn't feel like a game, there's no way a game can be that vivid… James wants to play the game some more, he is moving his character around, looking for fights so he can level up. I am bored with that, and I hear someone in the carport, so I head out there. I am not in the house I live in right now, but instead I am in the house where I used to live somewhere around 10 years ago. I enter the carport and find my mother, and my late grandmother out there. They are arguing a bit, it seems my grandmother is angry that she is unable to drive right now. It seems she has lost her license due to poor eyesight… although being dead certainly doesn't help. They argue a bit more, so I go out into the back yard and look at the pool we have there. I am thinking I want to take a swim. It isn't especially hot, but it is far from cold, too. I put my hand in the water and find it feels nice, so I think I will go swimming. I go back into the house, I tell James I want to go for a swim. He can either keep playing games, or join me, either way. He says he will keep playing. I say ok, then I go to get my swimsuit. In another room, though it isn't my bedroom, I find the swimsuit in a closet. I take it out, and I hear a meow behind me. I look and see no sign of a cat, however. I hear more meows, I still see no cat… and then I wake up and find out the cat is not a dream cat, but rather it is a cat in my waking life… cute little Midna! I pet her and give her reason to purr, which she does. =^_^=
