I was in an airplane. However, this airplane was very spacious; the ceiling was at least twice as high as that of a normal airplane, and it was at least three times as wide. The flooring was hardwood and the seats were against the left and right side of the plane, facing towards the middle, which left a lot of space in the center for people to get up and walk around (the individual seats themselves were identical to those in a real airplane). The inside walls were the same, too: slightly beveled and off-white, with tiny rounded windows.Notes:
Another awesome, higher-level lucid, but again I managed to completely forget about my dream goals. Although I did have fun with a fire/steel ball.
The airplane was about forty feet long. One end of it just became a wall, but the other end was rather bizarre: it turned into a balcony that overlooked the inside of a house, more specifically the first floor. The square tiling of the lower level's floor was shiny, golden-colored. There was a set of stairs just wide enough for two people to walk down simultaneously, and it went straight down into a large room with the same gold tile flooring. I walked around for a bit and looked down the stairs. [B]I turned around again and suddenly became lucid. I walked towards the left side of the plane, to where a bunch of chairs were lined up against the wall, and looked out one of the small windows between the spaces of the chairs.
Outside there were clouds and sky. The scenery had changed from the plane being a part of a house to it actually being in the air. I turned around and the plane was sealed up, no more house or stairs. I saw a curtain closed on that end, pale, darker maroon like some airplanes have up near the front to divide the passengers off from the captain's quarters. Then I looked back towards the chairs and backed up a bit, against the wall. I held my hand out, cupping it slightly, and expected a ball of fire to appear.
I didn't get a ball of fire. Instead, I got an intricate ball made of flat steel triangle links. All the links were curling around each other and interlocking to form a steel ball. It looked like one of those three-dimensional puzzles that challenged the person to try taking it apart and putting it back together. At first it was tiny, but as it grew to the size of an apple within seconds, I could see the shape of the links better. I then envisioned fire appearing around it, and it did. It was a sort of fiery film that looked realistic, but trapped within an invisible sphere surrounding the links. The fire wouldn't come outwards. I pulled my hand back and shot the ball at the wall of the airplane, but as it flew straight through the air (not arcing like a ball), it grew smaller and smaller until it disappeared entirely. "Crap," I said, because I hoped it would have blasted a part of the plane. I didn't "expect" it to destroy part of the plane or visualize it, though, so that was probably why it didn't work.
Then the dream faded away. I ended up having a false awakening where I attempted a DEILD, and I became stuck in what I believed was intense sleep paralysis. My eyes were closed, but I could somehow still see, and I felt like someone was typing with their fingers on my right arm, which was dropped over the edge of the bed. I changed my breathing pattern, hoping to escape the "sleep paralysis", and then I woke up for real in a completely different position, which confirmed I had really just been dreaming.
