PRo's journey to the lucid light

[Dream]
After a dream I awake and thought on an exercise (vocal sounding in the chacras) which I do in the last days. With the first vocal I was again in the dreamstate and I here the vocal sounding with many many voices. Although I see a width stream of light which builds up from the voices.

[Analyse]
After this lightfull dream I try to exercise every time the vocals when I thought I awaken. Most time I can do 3 vocals and then I fall again in sleep.

With a broom in the right hand I jump in a deep ocean to swim to my friends which try to jump from the water surface to a flying platform. As I was under the platform I try to dive deeply so that I have enough bounce to reach the platform with my broom .

[Commentary]
As I dive I though that my art to dive is not physically correct, but I don't reliaze that I'm dreaming .

Before I go to bed I do a breathing exercise where I draw white light into my bones. I can feel the energie very well and as I fall asleep I awake from a pain in my right side.

I move my body a little but one's more a pain (stronger) let me show whats going on. I see my body full with yellow and blue light and there where the pain is a little lightpoint which moves straight into me. I try to wipe the pain away with my hands, but I have difficult to move then. The pain and county from the needles get stronger and stronger - finally I roll my body to the left and awake.

[Analyse]
I remember that I have in past many short nightmares immediately after fallen asleep when I do strong energie-exercises before. I should this statement integrate into my daily dream-exercises .

It's a while ago that I'm here so I think it's a good think to post a little lucid dream at first action in the new year .

I awake early in the morning in the sleeping room from my childhood. I stand up wide awake and a very clear view up and walk to the window where I see the moonlight. On the way I see both cats from my childhood (Wuschel and Peterle) one walks away, the other sleep on the carpet .

By the window I stand in a very deep yoga position, look throught the window to the fullmoon which is so great how the window (2m x 2m) . I meditate in the moonlight and when I realised, that my body move oddish I realize that I'm dreaming .

Early this morning I read an artical in the German dream-forum about dreamapps in iPod. Two hours later I have dreamed about dreamapps or my iPod 4 times! For example:

I awake in the morning and want to speake a dream in my iPod. Then I see the iPod is on and shows a forgein app. As I try to switch to memo nothing happens. I look to the battery icon and see no power. I remember the iPod was the hole night on and so no wonder... As I will stand up to connect the iPod with the pc I awake up and realized that I have a FE .
