    Crappy DILD

    I woke up at around 9am after I had a 7am WBTB. I drifted off to sleep then suddenly my body lifted off the bed, floated around the room, then landed on the carpet next to the bathroom. We have no carpet btw. Anyway, I knew I was lucid, so I got up and opened my eyes, but I was completely blind. Before I could do anything else, I woke up.

    Too bad there's not a box that I can select for UNmemorable. I need to add that one. And one for Failed TOTM Attempt. Haha. The loser ones I'm kidding, at least we're happy and dreaming, ja?

    << I put that there because my son was looking at the smilies while I typed this, and this was one of his favories.

      Aww, das cool... lucid is lucid! Hey, about how long did you have in the dark? Lately Xanous and I have been doing this trick where when the scene goes dark we start swinging a gladius (ancient Roman sword) around in the dark and thinking about the Colosseum.

      I know, I know... it's like hanging out with 10-year-old boys. But it has really worked well. While we often end up someplace completely different, the overall success rate in terms of keeping the dream going and building a new scene has been amazing!

      Sometimes Xanous pretends he's riding a bike, but that's not nearly as manly. You could try that instead if the sword thing seems too juvenile.

      I was leaning toward firing a bazooka and then just walk toward the explosion.

      I need to up my DJness as well. You have inspired me. And I like the loser categories too. Might as well laugh at yourself. Hehe.

      I have a mountain bike CL that's manly enough for me. Anyway pretty much any repetitive and simple action works. I think last time I was turning a hand crank with some sort of cog wheels attached. I only failed that one because I felt some intense G forces in my stomach when the spinning started. Its just whatever feels right at the time unless I am going for something specific like the Gladius.

      I think I would shoot the bazooka, then walk away from the explosion all cool without looking back even once because "cool guys don't look at explosions."
