Oneplacebo

I have been having these very painful sleep paralysis moments before I wake or before drifting off to sleep that feel like seizures. Right before I feel like my head is going to explode or my heart is going to stop I hear voices... Sometimes I even hear the voices during the paralysis and I know them... Sometimes just ringing or buzzing and even loud horrifying shouting like its literally feet away from me... I've also had this happen to me and thought I was going to die multiple times and in one instance even felt and saw a beam of light coming down onto me.... It felt good and painful all together. I'm not sure what these mean but I'm worried and intrigued. I'm worried mostly because of the pain...
