non-lucid

First entry for my new DJ. My recall has been somewhat hazy as of late, so these are really more like fragments, but here goes.

I was with some friends, and we were all about to take some psychedelic drug. I was convinced it was supposed to be mushrooms, but it looked more like chunks of cactus. At first I tried to make the cactus into a tea, because I thought that it would be more potent than eating it for some reason. I ended up throwing up after drinking the tea, and a friend told me to just eat it. I took the remaining chunk of cactus/mushroom that I had and put it on a scale, it weighed just over 3.5 grams (don't remember the exact number but it was somewhere around that). My memory starts to fade at this point, but it comes back with me standing by a window, my trip just starting to kick into overdrive. I looked out and marveled at a sky covered in a beautiful mess of colorful patterns, and clouds that seemed cartoony and felt distinctly 3-d. I don't really remember the rest of the trip, and I never became lucid, but the parts I do remember were awesome.

I also have vague memories of getting into some kind of space battle. I do believe tengen toppa gurren lagann was involved, and I remember a very intense moment where the giant mech actually fired a kamehameha at some opponent. I really wish my recall wasn't so hazy, as this was an awesome dream scene.
