my dreams..

I remember walking through a door into a well lit classroom.I looked to my right towards the front and the slender teacher is looking at me. She recognizes me just as I remember her. I get a flashback of the last time I was in her class. I was sitting all the way in the front of the room.. I was so cheerful and quite proud to have known all the answers. Things are different now, I was different now. I looked away from her and choose the furthest empty table. I wanted to be alone. I remember writing.. no carving a date onto a paper... "1/25" or maybe it was "11/2"... I can't remember that too well. It wasn't too long afterwards that I heard her saying me seat choice was going to be a problem. I immediately thought I had taken someone else's seat and was thus more willing to move. I got up and was walking towards the middle of the room... I saw Ernest to my right, but he was far too close to her... I spotted Alex to my left. I said "what's up" as I sat next to him. Both Alex and Ernest went to elementary with me.. they changed so much by the time I saw them in high school.. they'd become thugs.. products of the hood I was raised in. They seemed different now.. they looked the same but didn't seem as angry as I did. Alex was talking to me about a way to make money... he knew someone apparently.. I didn't like the sound of it... I was so suspicious, so paranoid.
