    -3-12, fragments

We were up way too late last night because of the midnight release of the Star Wars Xbox (my kid <3 Star Wars and had been asking for that thing since it started showing up on xbox advertisements a year ago) so all I have are two fragments

Fragment One: I'm on top of one of the view points in Assassins Creed. I'm standing on the wooden platform with my arms held wide just absorbing the feeling of being on top of the world, the wind whipping my face and just pure awesomeness.

Fragment Two: I'm on a battlefield of some sort, I think Medieval. I'm sitting on the ground with a small table (possibly a chess board) in front of me and there's a man across from me. He says, "They think we've given them the battle, but this battle is ours now." I'm confident that he's correct, we have some sort of plan in place that ensures our victory while completely blindsiding the enemy with a false sense of security.

I'm trying something new. Since I've read many dream journals where people dream of Assassins Creed, and I often dream of Video games I decided to give the game another shot (I started it last year, but got stuck in the second memory block because I suck at "core" video games and tend to stick with the easy kids stuff ) I'm playing it at least an hour a day for the last three days, and it's appearing in my dreams as expected. While I'm not completely lucid in the dreams, I definitely feel like I'm not in reality anymore, but rather in another world or virtual reality. Now if only I could remind myself that other world is a dream and I can control it I'll be set. Even if I can't gain lucidity through making myself dream of a certain thing, at least the world is awesome. When I woke from that first Fragment I felt like I was on the top of the world, even though the dream was over!
