NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Good morning! Yesterday was a complete failure. I didn't recall a single fragment, even though I slept for a long time and woke up a couple of times. Last night I did have a few interesting dreams, but all that is left is fragments.

22.30: Sleep

05.10: Fragments
*I'm being chased by a latino girl in a . I jump down from a balcony and in the air I flick my sharp towel at her face, cutting her in several places. The blood flows and I smile at the feat. I've had great control in this dream.

*I roll up an electric blanket we use at work. A few Polish guys are nearby and they ask if they can use it.

05.10: Wake up

Amount of sleep: 6½ hours

Supplements: 2 x Omega-3

That's it! I aim for a lucid tomorrow. Friday night, the night of dreams.
