NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Good morning! I've started to notice that I very often dream about either taking a piss, or taking a shit. I think that I dream about pee'ing as my bladder is full and I have to go, but I never wake up and feel the need to go number two. Weird...

22.30: Sleep

Boat, bee's
I'm standing next to two wooden rowing boats and I'm with a few people. We're about the enter the one in the front and I remember that you get really wet if you sit in the back. "I wanna sit in the front" I say. Someone tells me I can't and I shrivel up my face and pretend to start crying just for fun. Some girl buys it and tries to soothe me. We get in the boat and suddenly it's filled with foamy, warm water. We're in a hot tub and some black guy is sitting next to me. I feel like I have to pee and think about doing it right there, but I don't.

The dream skips. I enter a barn on dry land and is about to take a piss. There's a buzzing sound coming from the back of the barn and I can see thousands of flies flying around. Only it isn't flies, it's bee's! I run out and wave my arms as they try to sting me.

05.10: Wake up

Amount of sleep: 6½ hours

Supplements before bed: 2 x Omega-3, 150 ml applejuice

That's it! Friday tomorrow... I want a lucid BADLY.
