NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Good morning! Was out drinking heavily last night, so I didn't dream much. Did have one dream which was rather weird.

03.00: Sleep

12.00: Damn crooks
I'm in my hotel room at Gran Canaria. It looks way bigger than it was and it seems as if we have a small house instead. I get out and pick up my phone and call my old friend Jesper. He picks up and I ask him if he feels like going shopping for groceries together. I remember he's living next to another one which is closer and he intends to go to that one. I hang up and sit down at a bench near the water. I can see a shell in the turquoise water, it's nice.

I mind my own business and just eat some crackers when a couple of guys in brown police suits shows up. "Is that box of crackers open?" one of them asks me. "Only one is open" I say and show him the box on the bottom, which was open. "Oh, I thought it was closed". There's two crackers left. "You can't have two boxes open at the same time, it's complicated but we have to arrest you" he tells me. I figure it has to be some kind of retarded law about germs and stuff.

I don't want to get arrested, so I start begging them not to. "Please don't arrest me! My girlfriend Monica's sick, she has a disease, she can't do anything on her own". "A disease?" they ask. "Well, almost like a disease, she has so bad memory she can't even remember what she was supposed to do when she goes to the bathroom". They decide not to arrest me, but just fine me instead.

I'm given a 5 euro bill and I take out my wallet. I stare at the coins for a long time, wondering if I should really do this. I decide it's best to just play along and I give him back a 1 euro coin and a 20 euro bill. "Thanks" I say and walk away.

12.00: Wake up

Amount of sleep: 9 hours

Supplements: Massive amounts of alcohol

That's it! I'll try to get lucid tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll have a nice REM rebound because of the drinking.
