09.09.20109/9/10 - Lucid Dream while Dreaming. (A dream in a Dream) (WBTB)
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID
I went to bed at around 6-8PM. I was feeling VERY sleepy from school so I went to bed, set my alarm for about 9:50ish.
Eventually I woke up about 30 minutes before the alarm went off. And so I turned it off and went back to bed.
Thus initiating (Wake Back to Bed) WBTB.
This was more of a lucid dream within a dream type deal. I was dreaming like normally, But it had that feeling that I was lucid dreaming with a dream. Kinda like having a false awakening? Falling back to sleep in that and then having a lucid dream in your lucid dream? Some shit.
But It was just me and my friend Jenn in my house, It was one of the random rooms near my kitchen. We're both just sitting around talking about my birthday, which is coming up soon. Eventually we get on the topic about sex because I used to think she was SUPER hot until she got her boyfriend >_>. Then she agreed to have consensual sex just for my birthday and that I'd travel down to california to visit her during all this.
Eventually I had semi-grasped the fact that I was dreaming and I ended up laying down on the floor where I proceeded to drag my body against the floor while looking at my chest thinking I'd instantly grow out breasts or something. Apparently my aim was to transform into a girl. (Er....Yeah). Of course this was all semi-aware. I was tripping balls for the most part as I wasn't fully aware this was a dream yet I knew that it was. It was really mind fuckish.
Eventually I woke up, Played a game of League of Legends then came back to the Dream Journal to post this. Trippy eh?
It seems that the WBTB sequence was the best bet I had, WILD'ing didn't yeld any results except for an hour of sleep paralysis. Of course this is safe to assume that the last few days i've only been able to remember my dreams because I been sleeping early/normal times. The days that I go to sleep when I'm really tired from the day (Almost stayed up for 24 hours) I just instantly crash and wake up the next day with no memory of any dreams. However, If I take a nap when I'm a bit sleepy, Wake up and decide to fall back to sleep then I start to remember dreams a lot better. Either that or I'm eating a bit more different foods. I need more bananas. And peanut butter. I hear that works a lot.
