    The old theater (Non-lucid)

    NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I didn't dream last night. Its something that happens from time to time. I've been told that it happens to some people. They just go to bed and wake up later unaware of how much time has passed. They may feel refreshed or even more tired then when they started. Some times they don't even realize how much time has passed only to find there late for something. Thats when they have to go threw the shock phase of running around in a hurry unsure if they entered the twilight zone or not.

For me to say I don't dream isn't entirely accurate. There is some form of dreaming going on but its very primitive and not even what i would consider mental activity at all. I would go to sleep and soon as the lights are out in my mind it would just stay dark. Like sitting in an old theater. All alone in my chair staring at a big screen. The previews just finished playing, you can hear the speakers pop as it switches off the radio station track, and the whole room is dark waiting for the picture to begin. It never dose. So I sit there for what seems like 20 or 30 minutes just waiting. I have no thoughts and hear no sounds. Even the theater i just described is just my way of explaining the situation of sitting in total darkness.

In movies when a character either dies or enters some kind of limbo they show up in a white room with a ceiling and floor but no walls. The room is massive and goes on forever. If it wasn't for the ceiling over head you would believe you are just in an open area. When I don't dream its just like that, but reversed. I have no body or thoughts or even feelings, just emptiness in the void.
