    First Try at a Lucid Dream

    Last night i tried to lucid dream using WILD but it didnt work out to well.
    Things i did wrong
    1. Didnt wake up at the right time
    2. Woke up to many times
    3. Wasnt relaxed or even close to being prepared

    Things ill do tonight
    1. Make sure my alarm is set for the right time
    2. Try to stay relaxed
    3. Be prepared
    4. try not to wake up as much

    Hopefully i can at least get the routine down tonight.
