I have been using the mantra, "stabilize and guru" for the past week or so in the event of a lucid dream.

I started the dream in my cul-de-sac with Tom and a few others. Out of nowhere, Tom vaporized in a hissing noise. I looked on the ground to see the carapace of a grasshopper. I either thought that he had turned into a dried pepper or had metamorphed into an insect and was still out and about. I began my search for him, but my attempt was complicated by the large number of flying insects and pseudoscorpions in the area. I find Tom in grasshopper form and reconstitute him with water. I guess he morphs back, and my perspective changes to his at this point. I see Ali and ask her to reconstitute me with a hose by my house. She does, but she appears to have been tainted by the process and morphed into a zombie. She mourns the changes. Annie comes over naked and consoles her laying on a blanket with her to cheer her up. I go inside my house to see if my parents can help. My dad is the first I see, and he's invisible from the waist up. I don't understand and continue to the living room where my mom is sitting. She tells me not ask any questions about that and admits that she has some interesting powers like "another 96" which struck me as a strange comment almost like she had a special body part that was causing all of these problems. She justified it by saying that Ali was wearing inappropriate clothing and Tom had committed truancy. I left the house headed towards JM's house where Ali was. I became lucid at this point and realized how useless my pursuit was. I stabilized and was going to seek out a guru. I saw some kids in the neighborhood and asked them if they had any pokemon cards. They did, so I approached and asked for any guru cards. They showed one to me, and it was a beefy fire creature that required 6 energies for its ultimate move. I did not understand the importance and wanted a different card. Daniel and Neil approached and Daniel says that he has the jungle guru card. I asked him to read the top of the card, and he was interrupted by the group, Neil called for silence, and I woke up.

I had another dream in which I retold the events of the prior dream to Thomas and Sarah. I was high at the time, they liked my story, and I left the apartment. I came upon a body of water and wanted to sneak up on someone. When I entered the water, I had trouble swimming, and I thought how foolish it would be to drown while high. I resurfaced and headed back home. I was fly-running, but my reflection only showed normal steps. That perturbed me and I tested flight. I flew on top of the apartment and came down from above, startling the neighbors. That's about it. Good night for dreams.
