Dream No. 531 - The Rooftop Dilemma

I don’t remember how the dream started. From where I do remember, it mentioned that my whole family were at the top of the Eureka Skydeck but this rather looked like a really large open area; so how was this a skyscraper? There was mention that my brother’s friends from uni were in the city and he was invited to go down and join them for a game of bowling. Earlier on, my mum had given me some money in case I was also to go with them.

Just as my brother was about to head down, I found out that only he was going to go. I was disappointed but also somewhat confused. BK was up there but he seemed to be very angry with me, reiterating that I could go. I was thinking internally to myself, “well how did I get up here in the first place?”. It was when NB had gone down that I remembered, rather than going in the elevator, “18-Volt must have taken me up”. I visualised myself sitting on his lap, putting me in a lock with his arms as he then ascended.

I was now slightly shaken by BK’s unexpected bout of anger and my brother’s unfairly assessed disappearance. I was now calling for Dreamy WB and looking for her but I couldn’t remember the exact reason as to why I was doing this. The scene soon moved to being in the kitchen of my old house. I had receive some texts on my phone. The first one I saw was from my brother and it had the emoji of a sad face on it. The second text was from my dad and it was an angry face. There was then another text that came from my dad and it had the most vicious but at the same time, incomprehensible swearing in its language.

The texts were based on the situation earlier on the rooftop. I showed my mum the texts from my dad and she said that was not a very good way for him to approach the situation at all. My mum had this look on her face like she was angry and disappointed with him. It then went back to the rooftop and my mum was actually in support of me now if I still wanted to go with my brother. I spent the rest of the dream wondering the rooftop terrace, looking for 18-Volt so he could take me down. I never found him; the dream ended.

I forgot to mention that there was another scene but I’m not sure where it lands in the dream sequence. I was in my bedroom and I had four paper 18-Volt’s with me. Two where he had one look and two where he had another look. The dream was forcing me to walk up to the central heating hole and when I was above it, I was being forced to drop them down against my will. I screamed as two of them fell down the hole and I was desperately calling for Dreamy WB to come and rescue them. She ended up rescuing the two that I had dropped but then gravity was forcing them down into the hole again. I fought hard but still lost one. So now I had three and was upset that I wouldn’t be able to get the other one back.
