    Caught up on sleep?

    by , 06-05-2013 at 01:41 PM (398 Views)
Tonight I slept from 9pm to almost 6am, so that's 9hours. I did not make the effort to recall, since I was so exhausted in the evening I needed the sleep. Did I catch up on sleep? Next night I will make an effort to recall dreams again.

Meanwhile practicing MILD: noticed a lot of red cars today, and noticed the radio, so today so far i am better at noticing things from my list than yesterday.

I think catching up on sleep is very important for both recall and lds. Sometimes you just need a break, where you brain and mind can relax undisturbed.

I've found this to be true. Catching up on sleep, particularly after a period of missing hours of good rest, can not only be wonderfully restorative but also good for some amazing dreams and lucids.

Keep up the awareness practice, it really is good for recall and triggering lucids. :)
