Took some melatonin last night and had two lucids. The lucids maybe lasted 5 seconds. But my awareness in dreams to me at least is getting better.
Well done! :D I recently started taking melatonin (well - my mom made me) because I'm a horrible sleeper. I didn't even know until now that it's supposed to improve your dream quality or whatever, so I'm kind of curious to see how it'll help. Good luck getting longer lucid dreams! ^^
