    Dinosaur wheat

    The trip to mars.
Maybe for a crime, who knows?
But they said I'm here to do "paperwork".
It's a Thursday so there is no oxygen there today.
But that's alright I have a rebreather mask.
There's a girl at the Navport on Earth guiding me to our warp.
    She's cute.
Someone I know - my old drill sergeant - sees me and says "You look like you're going home."
I see my dad one last time while checking in my ticket.
Tell him I will be back tomorrow, don't worry.
And then I warp to the ship interior.
I look around and there are gems encrusted on flaky golden walls like stucco.
    Very curious . . .
"It's called dinosaur wheat..." someone whispers to me. A shudder goes down my spine and I wake up.

Quick bathroom break, prayer, back to sleep.

Fast forward a few hours later, dreamtime.
I am on the surface of mars, naked
with only a blanket draped over me.
    My inventory is a knife.

There are unnamable creatures all over this planet, ready to tear me to shreds. Now I know this was punishment.

Why did I get sent here? Well it started with a 15 dollar skull. I was at a shop, and saw this piece, removed the price tag, pocketed and left. I was caught, taken to trial, and accepted my judgement. I almost escaped, ran through the city, a few guys chasing me. They eventually caught me. Now here I am.

But there's hope! I can see a small plateau ahead of me with a group of humans on top, beckoning me over. I reach the cliff side of the plateau and then realize there is a giant pillbug looking creature coming to me. I drop, let my blanket fall over me, and wait for it to get near. It investigates with its head, and I take the chance and jut my knife into its weak point.

    Fade to black.

I remember playing some sort of airborne glowing shooting game with those same guys later on. It was vivid, but hard to describe, and after that I woke.
