    1. Antigravity room

by , 12-15-2012 at 08:19 PM (Lucid Time!)
I actually had a bunch of non lucid dreams last night, but I can't remember a thing, other than well, this.

So, I was at a Christmas party with my entire family. I can remember seeing the Christmas tree as well as a table with turkey and a bunch of other foods, set up like it was thanksgiving.
My uncle (who doesn't really look like my uncle) started telling me about the newest thing that he had gotten in his house, a zero gravity room. He led me down this hallway into a room on his house that I have never seen before in real life.
The room had only one window, and one door. And a really high ceiling. The only other thing in the room was a computer at a desk. My uncle sat down and started typing. I can remember seeing a bunch of graphs and numbers on the screen.
He said that he turned on the anti-gravity, and sure enough, I started to float around. I found that I could sort of swim through the air, but then I began to push myself off of walls and such.
Eventually, I was flying through the room, literally bouncing off the walls. I started practicing different maneuvers like flips and jumps. Toward the end I was getting pretty good and stared doing these advanced maneuvers.

    2. The wicken's curse

by , 12-11-2012 at 05:03 AM (Lucid Time!)
[I was running through a dream about riding the bus home from school. Except S and A were there. S was arguing with A because he said that he was wasting his life with doing drugs etc.
Eventually, they got off the bus, but they continued arguing as they got off. After awhile, the but arrived at our neighborhood. But my neighborhood was gone; there was just a big field where it was supposed to be. One of the other people to get off was this girl. She was short and overweight looking.
She began telling me that she was a wicken, and for some reason, this part of the dream that interested me the most. I looked into her eyes and she had very dark blue eyes that looked sort of shiny. I know that's a weird thing to say about a person's eyes, but whatever, it's a dream.
Eventually she said something to me like "You are always wake walking through your dreams! It's time you lived there forever." She then proceeded to cast some spell onto me that, supposedly, would trap me in the dream world forever.
I fell down on the ground, and entered the second layer dream. At this point,
I sort of entered a state of false lucidity. I knew that this was the dream that I had entered because the girl had cast a spell, but I wasn't aware that everything that had just happened to me before that was all a dream too.
The new dream seemed to be in the exact same location, but was extremely blurry. Lia Manei (my dream guide) was there, but I could only tell this by the red figure there (I've found that Lia Manei almost always wears bright red)
"Let's get you out of here."
She ran off into the bright sun that was setting on the horizon. I ran after her, and slowly, as I ran towards the sun, the dream faded.

    3. Going to the Movies, Minecraft

by , 12-09-2012 at 06:51 AM (Lucid Time!)
These dreams are strange and stupid, but I figured best to write them down with the interest of keeping good recall.

The first dream that I had had something to do with me and my friends playing Minecraft. We spent a lot of time gathering wood from trees, then proceeded to work together to build a large tower in the center of a mountain valley. We then connected from the top of the tower to the tops of the mountains with bridges.
After awhile, It became nighttime, and someone switched the game onto hardcore mode, (Meaning that if you die, your Minecraft world is deleted) and monsters started spawning everywhere.
I was down in the mountain valley, trying to fight my way to the tower. I was doing pretty good, but a creeper blindsided me and killed me, causing me to wake up.

The next dream that I had involved me and my mother; we were going to see some move about how people lived when they were first settling in America. And we were walking to said movie down a beautiful forest road.
As we walked, we were talking about the movie's themes and ideas. I started explaining to her that I didn't like the movie and didn't really want to see it.
Eventually, we arrived at the movie theater, but there was a giant couch (no joke) sitting right outside the movie theater. It was about 20 feet tall, and made of a red, velvety fabric.
The both of us decided to climb up it. We climbed up on the part that you would sit on, and then to the very top, on the headrest, the back part of the couch.
But my mother slipped off, but her dress got stuck on a staple in the couch. (She was wearing an old-fashioned dress as a sort of costume for the theme of the movie that we were seeing.)
So she started screaming and was dangling by her dress. I reached over and told her to grab my hand. She had it, and I began pulling both of us over onto the "seat" portion of the couch.
But just as I thought that I would save her, the whole entire couch tipped over onto the backside crushing my mother. As soon as it fell, I jumped off, and she was pinned under the giant couch. She started shaking as though she was having a seizure or something.
I yelled to a random DC outside of the movie theater to call 911, I thought that my mother had been really injured, But after about thirty seconds, she started acting normal, as though nothing had happened at all. I woke up not long after that, but atleast the dream had a happy resolution.

    4. Nuclear nightmare

by , 12-08-2012 at 05:26 AM (Lucid Time!)
I can remember walking home from school, when I looked over my shoulder to see a huge mushroom cloud begin to rise, painting the sky orange. I ran into my house, and I could feel the heat from the blast on my back. While I was running up the steps to my porch, I thought.
      "Is this a dream?"
I didn't become lucid. I can remember going inside to find my parents standing in the front room. We all hugged together. I woke up, terrified.

    5. Twin lucid dreams #25,#26

by , 12-06-2012 at 09:16 PM (Lucid Time!)
I was walking down a forest nature path. The forest was rather dense, and it looked as though it would be difficult to walk if you were not on the path.
I became lucid out of nowhere. I walked for a short while, and summoned my dream guide, Manei. She was walking in front of me, and slowly started to get ahead. I awoke after awhile.

I later had a much longer (or not really longer, just better recall) dream. I was in like a grasslands, or African looking area, like the Serengeti. I walked over to a large tree isolated in the middle of a grassland.
I heard the voice of a young girl. She told me a story about how she was a spirit, and that her body had been blinded to the tree by an evil witch. As she told me this, I began to make out the vague outline of a child's body in the tree.
She then asked me if I would be willing to set her free. I began to claw and kick at the portion of the tree. Eventually I managed to bust apart the wooden tomb, but when I opened it, a skeleton fell out. Her bones were brown and covered in pieces of rotten flesh. It was a rather frightening sight, really. A child's bones scattered across the ground.

I slowly walked away from the scene. As I did, I began to toy with the idea that I might be dreaming. Rather quickly, I came into a group of lions. I can remember there being a male (identifiable by his maine) and two female lions.
I became fully lucid around now, and began to take command of the dream. The male lion began advancing toward me, growling. I yelled at him that I was dreaming. I told him not to roar. He stopped and looked at me.
Around this time, a group of people started to gather around me. They were some kind of tribal group because they were all wearing animal pelts, and one of them had some kind of spear or scepter. I should also note that they were all adult men.
The Lion began undergoing a transformation. His head got longer and his mouth opened, his head looked more like a crocodile now. His fur began to shed revealing a spiked black form, and the eyes began to glow red.
I was not sure whether the tribe men were friendly or not. They were just approaching me. I felt overwhelmed by the threats, so I decided to try dream spinning.
I started to spin, and I could see the environment changing from the hot dry African plain to the outside of a small white house built on the side of the hill. I didn't get a very good look at the environment I was entering, but the whole place felt enclosed and sheltered by tress. I think that my dream guide, Lia was there agian.

Afterwords, I was getting told a story by my younger cousin. He was telling me about how he built a house out of 3,180 bricks, but it all came down because he didn't use any cement. I lost lucidity and woke up.

I am intrigued by one thing: The lion's transformation into a black monster. This has happened before, in fact it happened in my last lucid. And I've seen the same variety of monster several other times, even in other dream journals.

    6. Fragments and a Dream

by , 12-05-2012 at 12:18 AM (Lucid Time!)
This dream was sort of choppy, but also rather thrilling. I would have liked to remember more details.

TBut there was a green planet below us, but not like earth. It looked more like a gas planet. Me and a huge fleet of spaceships were charging into battle against some sort of alien mother ship.
There were five or so large star-cruiser type ships in our fleet, as well as dozens of small fighters. The cruisers were rather boxy, they sort of looked like two large boxes affixed by a small rear section with large engines. I was piloting one of the fighters. Our fighters looked like jet fighters, although more high tech. Eventually, the alien mothership came into view. It was a massive craft, a sort of purplish color with a curving design. Smaller alien fighters deployed from the side, and combat began.
I can remember barrel-rolling around, one of the alien fighters was following me. The alien fighters looked sort of like manta-rays. I banked around, under the bottom of the alien mother ship. When I pulled up on the other side, batteries opened fire shooting green laser beams at me. Luckly, none of them hit.
There was a dome like structure on the side of the alien craft. I fired a missile of some sort at it, destroying it.
"Their shields are down! We have 3...4...5 direct hits!" A voice came over my radio. I looked over my shoulder, behind me. Our own star cruisers had opened fire with these blue laser weapons and destroyed the alien mothership.
I noticed some alien fighters fleeing the scene, and decided to give chase. I followed them into a group of small cratered moons. But slowly, the dream began to fade away at this point.

Fragment-I was watching a youtube video and someone yelled "Let's cut to the chase!" The video immediately changed to a video of some dream characters running in and out of doors kind of like one of the old chase scenes from the scooby doo shows.

I guess that was supposed to be funny.

Fragment-I was attempting some sort of arcade/puzzle game. The idea was that plastic balls would roll down a chute and you would press a button at the right time to have a little flap lift up and catapult the ball out of the chute so that you would earn points.
The game was obviously broken because despite me hitting the button at the correct time, the ball would get stuck and not lift out of the chute.

    7. Falling in love

by , 12-02-2012 at 08:48 PM (Lucid Time!)
By far, this is one of the strangest dreams I think I've had. I'm 16 and I've only had a playground crush here and there, and never been in a serious relationship with anyone.

I can remember riding on a bus or train or something. There were a bunch of people riding on the bus, all of them seeming like oddly familiar people, I couldn't put names to faces, but I felt like I had known them before.
Then notice that this girl is getting taunted by everyone else. I didn't really say anything to her, but eventually she sat down next to me, the only open seat. And I think we fell in love at this point. I can't really remember the details but we were talking very openly and kissing alot.

    8. Unusual Hotel

by , 12-02-2012 at 03:20 AM (Lucid Time!)
I'll be honest, I like any dream that isn't short, choppy and random, like this one was.

Inside of a large hotel. The entire inside of the structure was made of interconnected walkways, stairwells and elevators. All of the structure was made out of a rough concrete.
I was with my father, and he was leading me around the interior. There were people all over the place, people of all ethnic backgrounds. I can remember him telling me something about a ski resort.
After awhile, he got onto an elevator. The elevator was very small. I can remember it traveling up and down this giant bronze pipe, almost like a pneumatic tube. He pushed some button and left me without telling me where to find him.
Since I was in a Hotel, I went into this lobby room, where I met this family of three. I remember seeing their son first, laying on a couch in the lobby. I could tell, he was exhausted, and falling asleep.
Then this woman, I'm assuming that she was the mother in the family took out her laptop and some sort of holograph began floating around the room. I don't think that I woke up, I think that I lost the dream there.

    9. Vegetable growth ray.

by , 11-30-2012 at 12:08 AM (Lucid Time!)
I'm a little upset. I remembered this dream so well when I woke up, but I haven't had a chance to write about it, and large portions of it have slipped away. I'll tell you what I can remember.

The man from my "AI Theft" dream was back again, with another invention. This time, It was a shrink ray. He explained to me that it was only a prototype and not ready to be used on people. The shrink ray was a small, chrome pistol with a purple coil on the front of it.
He said that it could be used on foods though. We were in a large, concrete testing room. There were various vegetables and fruits on tables around the room. I specifically remember carrots, potatoes, and cabbages.
He began blasting them, and sure enough, they would become surrounded by this blue electrical field, and slowly grow (not shrink) to about twice their size.

The dream skipped into me and Manei (Dream Guide) going out to dinner at this restaurant. It was a really nice place, but very dark.
As usual, we talked for a very long time about deep, important things in our lives. But I cannot remember the details of our discussion.

We were back in the concrete testing room. The man who we had talked to before was upset because the shrink ray only had a temporary effect. He told me that all of the vegetables that he had shrunk had returned to their regular size.
I looked at a cabbage on one of the tables. It started shaking, then got surrounded by the blue electrical field, and shrank back to its normal size.

    10. Paitence tester

by , 11-28-2012 at 10:47 PM (Lucid Time!)
All I can remember is a painfully dull dream involving either A or S talking with my science teacher. I was waiting for them for what felt like half an hour, because we were going to lunch or something.
Part of the reason that they were taking so long had to do with several other people in the classroom, and they were all waiting in line to talk to the same teacher. And just as I thought we were about to leave, I woke up.

At least my dream recall is coming back. If my lucid "trend" remains, I should have another good lucid dream soon.

    11. Scary Wakeup

by , 11-28-2012 at 02:52 AM (Lucid Time!)
The dream involved me, Manei and another male DC filming some sort of TV series about government conspiracies. We were walking down a hallway that resembled my old school, but there was a very dingy atmosphere to the place as if nobody had been here in awhile.
On one side of the hallway, there were offices. The male DC touched one of the doors with a stick. This caused a massive copper colored vault door to slam shut over the office entrance. He proceeded to explain to me that the place had security that could lock you in or out.
Eventually, we arrived at a seemingly important office, and I carefully stepped inside and grabbed a vanilla folder with documents inside and brought it out. I began to look through them, but an alarm sounded, and the other DCs ran away. But for some reason, I was trying to find something in the papers.
I soon realized that they were documentations of dream characters that I've met before. But I was still hurrying though them looking for something, I can't remember what.
Eventually I grabbed the documents, and ran off in the same direction as the other dream characters had. The alarm was still blaring, but there were no police or anything. Then a small piece of the ceiling fell onto my shoulder.
I looked over, and was relived to see that it was just a small piece, but I looked up at where it had fallen. There was a small hole, and in it, a small robotic spider with a camera attached to its back.
For a brief second, I saw an unusual symbol, and then woke up. The awakening was terrifying for no apparent reason, When I woke up, I couldn't remember what was so scary about the dream, and was able to fall back asleep very easily.

    12. Holograph

by , 11-23-2012 at 12:51 AM (Lucid Time!)
This dream was pretty old. It entailed me watching some nature show with a holographic TV that projected 3D images into my living room. I was watching a show, and the narrator was talking about a group of ancient people and how this special breed of dog was important to their survival because the dog would dig up these special beans for the people to eat.
After that I got up. A and S were there and they started arguing over who was a better friend of mine. Then I awoke.

    13. Incredible Lucid: Lucid Dream #24

by , 11-18-2012 at 07:11 AM (Lucid Time!)
There was a non-lucid precursor to this dream, but I can hardly remember it now. The lucid dream was so long too, it felt like an hour.

As for classification, I would actually consider this an "epic lucid" with my epic dreams commonly being long non lucid dreams. It fits all of the classifications, and then being lucid.

The non-lucid precursor to the dream involved me getting set to a prison for supposedly murdering someone. The world had become like the book 1984, where you were supposedly monitored by anyone. My sentence was three years.
The prison was on an island, but I met up with this young Asian girl who tried to break me out by leading me across this boardwalk at night. On the first attempt, we were caught, but the second time, we broke out and walked back to my house.
When I got home, I walked in the door casually.
"Dad, I'm home from the death camp, two years early too."
It was around this time that I woke up.

I think that this was a DEILD

I reentered the dream somehow, and became lucid. The first thing that I remember doing was yelling "clarity" and touching things to stabilize the dream.
Every time that I yelled "clarity" the brightness would increase for a second or two, then return to normal. I yelled "permanent clarity" and the dream remained vivid and bright.
At first, I tried to find the girl that had helped me escape the prison. For some reason, I had become very attached to her. I tried conjuring her with the "behind the door trick", but I could no longer find her.
Then, for the longest time, I just walked around the house, feeling the surroundings and stabilizing the dream. I was touching door-frames and counter tops. I was kind of stumped on what to do, and I did not know what to make of my time.
The dream's recreation of my house was stunningly accurate. Once again, as I did in lucid dreams #3 and #7, I went around touching things and experimenting, trying to further stabilize and lengthen the dream time.
I can remember meeting my dad in the dream. He was in the family room, and as typical of lucid dreaming characters, he told me that lucid dreaming was bad and that nobody should ever do it.
Eventually, I went outside. At first I wanted to try flying, but later the reason became that nothing was happening. When I opened the door, there was nothing but a white void, as though the dream had not prepared for me to go outside. But things began to form around me. I could tell it was a city setting, but that It looked colorful and cartoonish.
I was able to minimally direct the creation of the outdoor city, but it was frustratingly hard to control. I frowned upon the cartoonish nature of the area, and decided that it would be fun to destroy the city, being lucid.
I looked around. All of the buildings were prominently labeled with their function. (Police station, Fire station, Post office, etc)
I decided to try the fire station first. I held up my hand, and a white laser beam shot out of my hand. It was not a powerful attack, but it pitted and gouged the outside of the building.
"Make the power level 50!" I'm not entirely certain why I said this. It seems to be that when I say something in a lucid dream, it does not get said in quite the way that I meant.
I tried again, and the laser was much more powerful this time. After I was satisfied with destroying the fire station, I targeted this group of dream characters. They looked like some sort of boy scout troop.
But this large, overweight woman emerged from the chaos. She had a very long nose, like a beak. She also had a purple dress, and she looked almost like some nightmare. (Keep in mind the cartoonish nature of this lucid dream)
      Beak woman:"Stop that right now!"
Me:"But this is my dream, I can do anything without consequence!" (Like go on a destructive rampage shooting laser beams out of my hands.)
Beak woman:"You think that you can do anything without consequence?! That is not the case in your dreams!"
I could sense that this dream character was powerful, or at least telling one iota of truth. I wanted someone to back me up.
      "Alright, where's Lia Manei?!"
Knowing that Lia is my dream guide, she would resolve the issue. This curtain rose at the end of the street, where there was some kind of stage, and she was wearing this broad red hat, and this facepaint over her mouth that made it look like she had a huge, almost creepy smile on. Though I've known her forever now, and I'm accustomed to these costume changes. She proceeded to teleport next to me.
"Lia Manei, This dream character thinks that there is a consequence to me doing whatever I want in a dream. What should we do?"
I said this confidently, knowing that she would take my side.
Lia Manei didn't reply, but proceeded to conjure a tree trunk and have it collapse onto the beak woman. When it fell, I saw her arms become really long, and her hands turned to black claws. She pushed the log off of her and she had become this nightmare monster.
I flew up into the air. I was ready to lash out and attack with my lasers again, but I remembered what it is better to do with nightmares.
"STOP! Your a nightmare! What do you represent?!"
The monster-woman shrank back down, and became a kitten. I flew back down, where Lia Manei had already picked up the kitten and tried to open the cat's mouth to illicit some sort of response. I woke up at that moment.

So yeah, that's it. I skimped on a lot of detail in the beginning, mainly because the dream was so long, and It would have been too long to actually remember it all. But the ending portion, is in my opinion, more interesting than all else.

    14. Post-Apocalypse

by , 11-17-2012 at 09:06 PM (Lucid Time!)
Recently, I've found that it's not the content of the dream that makes it interesting, It's the clarity. Generally more vivid dreams are more logical and interesting. Blurry and choppy ones are less interesting.

I had survived some sort of apocalypse, and was the last human alive. The only other living thing that I remember seeing was this hamster or something that I was holding in my hand.
I was in the yard of a house. The windows were broken and the house looked decayed. The yard was overgrown with grass and weeds.
I knew that I was the last person on earth, and I realized that I should find things to help me survive. I decided to start collecting everything that I could find.
I noticed that there was garbage everywhere, and for some reason, I thought that collecting metal would be a good idea because I could melt it down and make tools.
I began filling a garbage can with aluminum cans and pieces of scrap metal. Then some other survivor humans showed up. I can't remember their intentions or actions.

I then found a water tower, and rigged some device that allowed me to pump running water into the tower.

I can remember eventually I started flying over the landscape. I can remember there were a few scattered mountains, but most of the landscape was either suburbs or forests.
Eventually I found a mountain carved into the shape of the hamster. At around this point, I woke up.

I can remember something about meeting the man from my AI theft dream. He had come back to show me something new that he had created. He told me that it was a trinary processor chip.
He explained to me about how computers do code in one's and zeros (binary code) but this new computer chip could process weak electrical signals and strong electrical signals where a "strong" signal counted as a number two. So the computer chip could process a 0,1, or 2. (trinary code)
