No dream recall the last couple days, since my last lucid dream. I just wanted to check in to keep the habit of posting.

No memory at all? How about a feeling upon waking up? Also do you really have no memory or do you have the memory of a forgotten memory that seems just barely out of reach? Did you have any unexplained mood during the day which could be explainable by a dream? next time you wake up consider daydreaming and writing down the daydream. I should probably use some of this myself since my dream recall has not exactly been all that great consistently lately (it seems to fluctuate). Good luck!

Well I suppose I have woken up to the sort of "Dream" feel. I don't know if your familiar with it, or really get it, but its the sort of feeling you have after waking up from a really good lucid dream. I've learned that there's no sense in pushing hard against a recall slump. Just better to ease up and let it blow over.

I can see that. Sometimes when we try to hard especially with dreams things just don't work out. On the other hand, I fear that if I will stop trying things won't work out either. But I am not good at finding that happy middle ground of putting in just enough but not too much effort.
