    Lucid Time!

I was standing in the end of a hallway. I was semi-lucid. Everything was sort of pencil-drawn, like an animation. In fact, I think the dream was an animation that I had made for a class. In the animation, the main character was me, and I was reaching for the door at the end of the hallway.

This almost had an animatic vibe to it. It was from first person, and it was jumpy, as if a frame had only been animated every quarter second. But as soon as I reached for the door and opened it, it swung open and things became very realistic. I was not the character that was in said animation.

The door opened to an area high in the sky. Cold winds blew violently in both directions. I then got sucked out and started falling from the upper atmosphere. I looked back to where the door was. It blew closed and shut. It then rotated onto an angle so that it was parallel to me and vanished in a trick of the light.

I recognized this moment. This was from a daydream, and lucidity hit me. I went back to third person and saw myself orient into the dream flying position. I flew down lower, through the cloud deck and saw that I was above a good sized town. I pulled up gradually, brining myself low over the town’s central street.

There was a large arch-like building that I flew through.

I pulled back up and flew past mountains built on clouds. There were towns and cities built up on these mountains too. I remember observing a rich variety of both fantasy and futuristically styled buildings. None of them were notably large.

I continued flying in the same direction. The area with the floating islands ended in exchange for a mountainous tropical area, with a large city akin to macchu picchu. It seemed to be abandoned. As I flew past it, and a large waterfall, I remarked that I must have done something good to deserve a dream like this. (Karma.) I continued flying in that same direction. (That I assumed was northward.)

As I flew for awhile, I passed many towns, lakes, and mountains. I noticed that I transitioned from a temperate climate to an almost arctic one. I seemed to be flying lower and slower than usual. I couldn’t get myself to go higher or faster, despite my best efforts.

I eventually ended up landing on the coast, near what was supposed to be a Middle School. The building looked like something from fallout. Like a 1950’s styled diner, only it was decrepit and obviously long abandoned. I remember finding two things outside of it that were of significance. A lunchbox and a bottlecap/pin type button. The lunchbox was rusted and had a rocket ship on it, and the pin was red with yellow graphics and text on it.

    I decided to summon Manei.

    “Manei, Kuansen Axio Sosumble”

She manifested out of the abandoned middle school and started telling me a story about it. It had something to do with the metal lunchbox and a pin, But I lost the dream and woke up.
