dream fragment

My partner and I were watching some movie (which must have been a Ring movie). There was a kid. Suddenly his eyes turned shrunken and dead and then Samara appeared behind him.

Will Smith was having dinner with a family. They also had other guests. One of which said something that Will Smith strongly disagreed wih. They argued for a while and Will Smith was getting annoyed.

I was outside a small coffee shop. I was at one of the outside tables that were put out for the customers. A few of my friends were there at the table with me. I went up to the counter-window to get sugar for my coffee. The lady at the counter said she'd have to go out to the back (or her car?) to get some. At the counter were little pots of colourful items. Probably where the sugar should have been kept.

I don't remember much. I dreamed about my partner and I was somewhat insecure about something. Possibly involving someone else.

A few of my friends and I were in a food restaurant which looked like a strange mix between an American Diner, where me and my friends hang out in real life, and McDonald's. It had an American style to it but the size and shape of the restaurant was like that of McDonald's. It was also really crowded. There were a lot of bar-stools at the front, near the cashier.

I had decided to get some food rather than go to work. As one of my friends was paying, I remembered that I didn't have any cash on me and that they didn't accept card payments. This is true of the American Diner in real life.

Again I dreamed about Kayako from the grudge. A friend, who I think was my best friend Fred, were in a house that we presumably owned. Fred was being haunted by Kayako. I was doing my best to avoid seeing her.

At one point it was night time and Fred and I were sharing a room. Kayako had appeared and I was doing my best to keep my eyes shut, which was near impossible.

My grandparents and I were in an elevator that looked like the staff evelator where I work. It had a lot more buttons than it's real-world version but you still had to enter a code to activate it.

For a while, I kept entering the code incorrectly and I was getting frustrated with it. Then when I got it right, my grandma kept pressing the wrong floor. She hit 'floor 1' which turned blue and took us to a room which looked like an elves workshop in a christmas movie.

After a while, something felt wrong in the elevator - like it's supports had broken. It moved from side to side and felt ready to fall.

I was with my friend from work, Sam. We were near my old middle school but walking away from it and towards my house. It was a cloudy day and it had been raining because the ground was extremely wet.

Sam and I were messing about. She was running and I was trying to keep up but being careful not to slip on the wet ground.

I was in my living room which was as brightly lit as it usually is in the day time. My partner was there and she was talking to someone else in the room, aside me. I think this was my dad but I don't remember anything else.

I broke through a window with my head. I was then trying to climb through it without cutting myself on the edges. I lifted myself through using my arms alone, which was difficult because the gravity was messed up. My hands grinded against the sharp edges of the smashed glass as I attempted this. Finally I got through. I brushed some powdered glass off my hands, which were completely unharmed.

It was the middle of the night. I was standing on a long dirt road with high bushes either side. It was very brightly lit on the dirt road but it was so dark that you could see nothing beyond the bushes. My grandparents were picking me up in their car and giving me a lift somewhere. When they arrived, they were not their jolly selves. Something was wrong but I can't remember what it was.

I was on my sofa in my living room facing the television. I was waiting for my partner, who was supposed to be coming over for the night. Then my phone started to vibrate. It was her. She said that she couldn't make it and that she'd be over on Sunday instead (which was the next day in this dream). I said that was fine, trying not to sound as disappointed as I was.

After she hung up, I decided I would text her to tell her not to bother tomorrow. I felt as if she wasn't interested and always had better things to do than see me.

I was in a room which looked like a big warehouse. It was extremely bland. The walls were a light grey, as was the floor. From what I remember, the ceiling was very high. It was very well lit - almost too bright for such a room. With me in this room were my parents and my partner. There were others but I can't tell who they were. My partner and I were sat on the bare floor whereas everyone else was stood up around the space of the room - some in groups and others alone. My parents were stood together.

My partner and I were smoking. I figured after all this time, my parents have already begun to realise that I smoked so I went ahead and carried on smoking my cigarette.

in real life, my partner and I have been smoking a lot recently and I don't really want my parents to find this out

Myself and a bunch of my friends were in a field. It was a bright day and we had set up tents for the evening. One of my friends, Fred, had found out that someone had broken his glasses. He had picked them up and the arms had fallen off them.

I dreamed that I was on a bus heading towards some far away location (On the Isle of Wight, where I live, the furthest place from my house is a town called Ventnor. I have a feeling that this was the location in my dream).

It was late at night and so outside the bus, with its bright lights running down the interior, it was extremely dark. We were near the sea at this point - it was just beyond the houses and shops in front of the bus. By these houses I could see a friend of mine and her boyfriend, who I never got along with. My friend, Tash, waved and I waved back. However the bus wasn't going to get any closer to the sea and it turned right and carried on down that road.

I don't remember getting off the bus but suddenly I was entering a house. The house was dark and dingy like most places in my dreams. In this house were my friends Fred and Hannah. They were hosting a party in this house and in some of the rooms I passed, I saw other participants. Most of them were on a sofa or floor with duvets and pillows. I sat on the floor on some pillows and a duvet. There was a laptop on the floor in front of me. The screen was bright compared to everything else. It was extremely big and chunky and seemed to be on four legs like a table. That's all I can remember.
