    I remember having my first LD when I was very young...

    I dont remember what happened in the dream since this was many many years ago but I remember knowing I was dreaming and trying to change things in my dream.

    How amazing! Now why cant it be that simple now that I actually want to do it? Haha

    Ive been remembering dreams alot more but I havent started writing any down. I want to start doing that and seeing if it helps.

      It really does help.

      Although I think it's kinda psychologically. If you consistently write down your dreams in the most detailed way you can remember, soon your brain will kinda go "better keep this info, need to recall it later" and it will 'save a copy' for later use when you wake up and write it down

      Works for me. ..most of the time. It's not a waterproof method, but it usually works.
