Alright so this is only the third day i know about lucid dreams.
I never had any LD's, OBE's, sny sleeping disorders, and my dreams are usually realistic :/
so i started using a set of actions:

keep dream journal;
do reality checks/increase my mnemonic memory;
do visualization MILD (repeating "i will open my eyes in a dream, and become lucid");
start going to sleep at 12 while listening to ambient/deep meditation/floating kind of music;
wake up at 5/6, do WTBT, go to sleep at 5:30/6:30
and hope to see a lucid dream

and today was the first day i used this set of actions.
result: i saw (well, recorded) 4 short dreams, already a progress! since i couldn't remember my dreams before that.
and here a will briefly go over them, and thus start my journal.

THE FOLLOWING DREAM DESCRIPTIONS ARE UTTERLY BORING, AND HAVE NOTHING WORTHY OF KNOWING
i just wrote them down for myself, to remember. if you do want to read anyway, please go ahead

dream 1
random mansion, with some bad guys doing stuff.

dream 2
a man and a woman arguing about their relationship. it is happening near a lake with lots of green around.
at some point i look trough the eyes of the man, but it's not me.
He then shot the woman, and lifted her body, in order to throw it in the lake.

AFTER TBTD

dream 3
i'm in my car, driving out of a parking lot, and in process hitting several other cars. next thing i know, i'm a little bit further from the parking lot, my 2 brothers (one is 15 the other is 6, i'm 17) come riding their bikes, and then they disappear.

dream 4
i'm in my current house, with my 2 cousins.
we are playing games, talking, and doing other teenager things.
there is this beautiful girl there too, and it seems like she is interested in me, but i'm not paying much attention.
then we decide to do something together, but the dream ends.

Overall, it went from really bad, to kinda good at the end.
Can't wait to see what happens next time!
