It's thursday, and I started consistent day shifts this monday. I thought that will fix my recall and dreams and everything. But I guess not, or at least not yet. I'm barely remembering fragments from my night sleep.

Took a nap today after coming home from work. Was falling asleep on a sofa and getting images. I thought even if it's too late for a LD, I stil can practice falling asleep with intent and with keeping some awareness.

Well, it worked. After some random images, I got an image of a horizontal metal rail, about chest high. I grabed it and did a pull up on it. Then I pushed myself down, then back up again.

The movement was easy, as if I was in 0 gravity. This had happened often n my dreams and it was one of my favorite dreams when I was traveling this way up the side of a house pulling myself with ease on the railings of balconies.

I kept pushing myself up and down, untill after 4-5 push ups the movement took over by itself and I was getting higher and deeper down with every turn. Next thing I know I have my classic, favorite head rush, flying head first at warp speed over bumpy, turbulance like surface.

I remember that I opened my eyes once during flight like this and saw that I'm flying through space. So I opened my eyes and it looked like I opened my real eyes. Even so, it felt great, the whole experience.

Last night I had a dream with my "prehistoric" snake from few nights ago. He had red gloving tiny eyes and somehow he got on me and I yelled at someone to get it off.

I love the way you describe your transitions - also coz I have had a few like that now. Pushing and pulling, climbing and swimming - I am priming myself now that when I start to get the images these opportunities can come about at any time. Is that what you have come to see happens?

When I'm WILDing, the HH are quite different from HH when just falling asleep normally. But I guess if I kept my awareness longer while falling asleep normally, that would be a WILD, haha. So they do progress as we are falling deeper into sleep.

And yes, they can come at any time. Sometimes you can help start they formation by thinking about your previous day, or pretty much anything else. At first you just thinking it, but as we keep falling asleep, our mind will start the dreaming process and we may see images of what we are thinking about, or something else entirely.

Thanks gab Yes when I asked about it coming about anytime I spose I meant more in the context of after a nap of early morning times etc - not so much when first going to sleep although it's there too like you said - if we were that aware

The transition usually coming with the opportunity's of images and sometimes very 'close' moving images that give possibility's of 'joining it' - right? Those times can come also with a darkness that starts to allow me to climb, pull, swim myself into a scene ...right? Sometimes with the buzzing and lightness ...

I feel I am getting to know this area/happening better - it takes me remembering it's there and around the corner at any moment I think...the more I am conscious of it the more of these opportunities come - was it like that for you in the first stages?
