first waking: no recall, take 4mg galantamine and 300mg Alpha GPC (my once a week "lucid party", trying out different timings to see if it counteracts the insomnia effect).

2nd waking:
remembered having lots of dreams, details have faded, jotted just keyword notes. Seems the galantamine did it's thing, and I didn't have trouble falling asleep. Dreams more vivid for this time of night I think, but a lot of content and a lot of the details faded.

Many are short, on the verge of fragments

+ Climb up on a ledge, I'm trying to work my way into a building, and I get stuck/stranded there. There are various doors leading in to the building accessible from the ledge but they all open on to concrete/solid walls, so there's no way in.

+ I'm running with/from a pack of kids. I think I'd be able to run much faster if I had sneakers on instead of running with bare feet.

+ Waiting with a group of people at a parking garage, then the door opens

+ driving in a city, spread out open strip-mall type of place, I can't quite see if the traffic lights are red or green but I drive anyway, I see across the street from an intersection a grouping of fast food restaurants, including [I think] the classic old "Doggy Diner" dog sign:

I think there is a lot of tasty fast food there an I anticipate buying and eating it, including the deep fried tacos [From Jack In The Box, but I didn't remember this name in the dream]

+ standing at a kiosk outside on a city urban sidewalk (there are some people around me watching). I'm flipping through an electronic menu, looking at all the pictures of fancy/weird burgers. I try to pay for my order and there is some problem with the system, it wants me to pay a huge sum of money that incorporates a number of previously unpaid orders. I write on the kiosk "do not use" and leave.

+[f] trying to move past some truck (in an underpass?) but it is too wide and is blocking my path [DS, blocked path/can't move forwards]

last waking:
+[f] something about my former MIL Z and some (telephone pole?) wires

+ flying around in an F35 fighter jet. Take off from a runway, wonder if it's long enough, it is, then I'm spinning around, doing steep rolls, and fly upside down, then I head towards the ground and pull up just in time.
