+ [long] fencing fight, fencing instructor, what kind of epee handle type should I use, straight or pistol grip? I see the grip clearly in my hand, I'm holding the straight grip (which is slightly twisted). The instructor points out that the pistol grip has a way for you to really wrap your hand around the handle, this I know. He points out that there is however a metal piece on the front of the straight grip that guards the hand/fingers, I do see this now as well. Then I fight/spar with an opponent who is also a student I think of the instructor. He is belligerent towards me. We trade fist blows. I hold back a little bit, not putting my full strength into the blows. He becomes disgusted with the fight, I'm confused. I ask him, "Do you want me to hit you as hard as I can?"
+ the girls are running away. I (or am I DO?) am chasing them and I can see right where they go because I am The Flash and can move at infinite speed. It is along a concrete sidewalk with sidewall, with little opportunity to hide. I go look where I think they should be, despite this, they disappear.
+ I have a piece of paper in front of me that I'm taking notes on. At one point I play a few notes on a keyboard and it sounds magical. It's an amazing, beautiful, simple phrase. A guy I'm with says "hey that sounded really good!" I immediately want to capture it on the paper: I hastily scribble down on the right margin of the paper, about half-way down the page the word "Interlude". Then I try to recreate the notes again on the keyboard in order to write them down. The rhythm I can recreate exactly but I can't find the exact notes. I try several times and the general tonal pattern is correct but it still isn't quite right.
