+ Wizard fields: outdoors, daylight, walking among fields among high hills. Get to a high point and wave to my friends in the distance (a grey-bearded wizard?), I step forwards and fly/glide over the low fields to the next hill where he's standing. To the right, a group of our guys is sitting under an outcropping making and throwing swiss cheese sandwiches to each other, one time the guy put too much cheese in and had to take some out.
+ Plane: reading a large detailed plan / flowchart with two others, one of the components of the project is given a silly name (like the "I love you" part), I keep referencing this. I tell the (female) manager that if we get everybody to work on a phase simultaneously we can finish it.
Getting on the plane, I see a guy/girl walking on holding out their hands and a big steam of (clothing?) falls into their hands (they're sneaking this stuff on past security?), will they have enough time to pack it up in sheets before having to board?
The plane is starting to taxi, the engines rev up, I look back and see the (blast shield?) lowering/opening up in order for the engines to blast freely, we head down an incline and I anticipate a bit of a bump as we hit the level ground but it's minor. The plane is now taxiing for take-off, but we're following freeway signs and heading through the city. Our destination is somewhere tropical. The pilot is asking for directions? We seem to be heading towards the edge of the water, is our destination so close?
We head for the water, and I think the pilot needs to really push the throttle. Maybe we can go out over the water then push the throttle but it's probably better to push it ahead of time.
We've arrived at an outdoor picnic party area, there's a group of people there celebrating, (plane is gone), one surfer-dude comes up and clasps hands with me in greeting, I notice a small black mark on the tip of his thumb and am hesitant at first but then do it.
+ Driving with wife, finding a parking spot, looking at the spots all along the road, have to find a legal spot don't want to get a citation or towed. Pull into a spot. There's a cop there and I say I want to park until midnight, and he says that's $7.50. (I thought it would be more like $0.25). I pay him and he gives me the ticket/receipt and am juggling the change, the ticket, my wallet. I'm looking for a place to put it all back together, I see the cop's (laptop? open folder?) and think of using that for a second but think it's not a great idea. Another guy/couple comes and asks to park until 4/4:30am.
+ The gang is gathering to continue working on our group project. A guy playing a triple-concentric soprano saxophone arrives, (he's outside our place?) it plays in 3-part harmony. He puts it down and I pick it up and play a quick little tune on it (Happy Birthday?), I finish by hitting a very high note (with fingering of the recorder's high notes?). I put it down and wonder if I should suck in my spit, I don't and put it down and feel a bit bad that I've slobbered on the guy's mouthpiece.
We can't begin until the final guy arrives, we call him, his girlfriend is annoyed that he's being called in on their day off together.
