*Two* holiday parties tonight, lots of sweets, wine, champagne, cake. To bed around 2-3am? Don't feel particularly buzzed but wake up with a small hangover feeling. Lots more dreaming than listed here, a number of the scenes around the school (karate, girl shorts, menu item) faded away.

Looking forward to the end of the festivities and getting back to a solid schedule! Still several more days to go.

+ huge tarantula / crab spider catches a big fly in my parent's living room, I'm terrified/fascinated

I'm walking from the living room to the dining room towards the kitchen in my parent's house, and I stop in my tracks because I see a rather large fluffy fly just sort of floating there in the air, I look closer and see it's caught in a spider web that stretches in a line along the path I'm walking. I think at first I should just swipe it down but think then that I should let the spider eat it. I look and see another insect, like a large wasp, to the right of the fly about 6 inches, also caught in a web. Then I think about the spider and I see it down a long tube of web, it moves to pick up the fly. The spider is *really* large and freaky looking, like a fist-sized tarantula, how'd a tarantula get here? I never really get a good look at it but I see what looks like a large crab's claw on the front. I call to my wife to let her know about this several times, I keep looking at the spider to get a better look.

+ karate class, where's my yellow belt?

Walking towards P.E. class, it's a karate class. There are other students around me, seems like a college class. I'm wearing my white ghi and so are the other students, you're supposed to come wearing the belt you achieved from previous karate classes. I look down and see I'm wearing a belt, too, but it's a white belt. Where's my yellow belt? I earned in in that class I took long ago. Should I go and get it? Will we have to demonstrate the "moves" we learned when we earned the belt?

All the students are now arranging themselves in rows and columns on a large outdoor field, standing on large white plastic tarps, about 2 students per tarp, I'm towards the back and there's a guy to the front of me, I am remembering punches, blocks, and kicks, and perform them. The kicks are supposed to have a nice "snap" to them, and I do a nice snappy front kick. I try some side kicks but I can't quite achieve the "snappiness" that I want to.

I sort of have to go to the bathroom. The field is along a fairly busy street to the left, and across the street is a gas station, will I have time to run there and get back before class starts?

Class starts and someone introduces the teachers, they're fairly well-known, I see them moving into view, they're sort of short and dark/hairy.

+ following the girl who's shorts are way down in back

I'm walking along and come upon a girl who's also walking and my eye is caught by the fact that her butt is fairly exposed, so I fall into line behind her and follow her and enjoy the view. We go up some stairs, and reach some branches in the path and I keep on behind her, I notice that this is actually the way I wanted to go so she shouldn't be freaked out but I don't want to be too creepy so I decide at one point to stop following her. I notice her short shorts are rolled up in a bunch and really showing off her behind nicely.

+ the menu for today reads "noodles here"

There is a folder, I reach inside it for the menu plan for the week, and pull it out. There are lots of words (that seem fairly clear/easy to read), today's item is "noodles heure".

+ trying to enter the forbidden area on a powered scooter/sled

There's a fence and there's a higher obstacle. The obstacle is specially designed to be 4 inches higher than the scooter/sled thing can jump. I think about trying to get in anyway but there are probably guards.

+ messing with the guy watering my parents' front yard

Turn on and off the water and the electricity, the flow of water out of the hose stops and starts. I turn off the electricity thinking that shouldn't affect the hose, but realize there's a pump attached to the hose so it does indeed turn off the water, I turn it back on.
