I woke up really fast the other morning when I seen 5:30 am on my clock. (Didn't want to be late to work, you know.) Anyways, it was like I was looking down on myself in my bed for a split second as I sat bolt upright. But I was in first person view again as I stood upright and then got ready for work quickly.

It seemed like my dream self was trying to get back into me. Or is that more like an accidental astral projection? Super weird in any case. Oh and it gave me a headache that lasted most of the day.
