non-lucid

This dream was from 7-9am from me waking up and going back to bed. I was semi lucid because I knew I was dreaming but if I did my body irl moved so I just continued the dream. I believe the dream lasted an hour or so....after 9hrs of sleep I would hope so. Okay, here's the dream

It started out in my house and ii was doing somthing. A man then told me that everyone there was to be exterminated and that we couldn't let it happen. I then transformed into my spider super power to talk with the rest of thebpeople. The next day there was a huge party with food, stupidly I ate it. I ran into my dads den and found a sign of the plott. He was in on it all :0. It said phaseone was to kill people and to get rid of resistance. Phase 2 was to get rid of all restaurants because of the cost. After that I fell asleep in the dream and woke up. I urged my self to continue and went back to bed. I fell asleep and saw that the house was destroyed and towers were being erected. I then was told that this lady could help us. I went to the store to check it out (I was semi lucid but couldn't move as I was not in sp) the store was called doggy ins. I told the lady that was sleeping and she said NO don't awake. But I did.
