Experiments in Lucid Living
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 1 dose of galantamine + choline (continuing the 1 day on 1 day off cycle) - 2400mg Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - this is the first attempt using Piracetam in the morning after using Galantamine - 4 dreams recorded, dreams were quite vivid
took: - 100mg 5-HTP before going to sleep - 1 dose of galantamine + choline (continuing the 1 day on 1 day off cycle) lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - took 100mg 5-HTP (used to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night) - sleep was deep, not a sharp mind for remembering anything
took: - 100mg 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose of galantamine + choline (continuing the 1 day on 1 day off cycle) lucid dreaming: 2 lucid experiences note: - took 100mg 5-HTP (used to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night) - got to sleep after 12 (bad) - long WBTB (too much wake) - 2 dreams recorded - look at how little REM just 19% that's terrible on 6:29 of sleep
took: - 100mg 5-HTP before going to sleep - 1 dose of galantamine + choline (continuing the 1 day on 1 day off cycle) lucid dreaming: 2 lucid experiences note: - took 100mg 5-HTP (used to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night) - got to sleep at 11:10PM (before 12 I'm starting to think is key) - galantamine at 4:50AM resulted in a couple of LDs - great dream recall (5 dreams recorded) - starting to think the current dose of 5-HTP with my routine has no effect
took: - 100mg 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose of galantamine + choline (continuing the 1 day on 1 day off cycle) lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - took 100mg 5-HTP (used to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night) - got to sleep at 1AM (New Years) - WBTB @ 5:25AM (about the right time according to the chart) - great dream recall (6+ dreams recorded) - lot's of light sleep on the chart, not sure why
took: - 100mg 5-HTP before going to sleep - 1 dose of galantamine + choline lucid dreaming: 1 lucid experiences note: - took 100mg 5-HTP (used to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night) - got to sleep at 11:30PM - WBTB @ 5AM (this was too late should have been 4AM) - great dream recall - 1 very clear lucid dream - 5-HTP does not seem to be stacking the REM sleep towards the end of the night so far, need to do more research on the topic
took: 0 dose of galantamine + choline lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - took 100mg 5-HTP (used to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night) - got to sleep at 1AM - WBTB @ 5AM (very tired did not wake up mind enough) - had 1 beer night before, I believe any alcohol in your system significantly impairs your memory especially while a sleep
took: 1 dose of galantamine + choline lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences + strong continuous dream sequence note: - got to sleep at 12PM - took galantamine at 4:40AM - got up at 9:10AM - need to start using Piracetam (to clear the Galantamine + Choline) after waking up - need to start using 5-HTP to stack all the REM sleep towards the end of the night - you can see I was making up for some missed sleep from previous nights
took: 0 dose of galantamine + choline (trying to alternate nights of galantamine) lucid dreaming: 3 lucid experiences note: - got to sleep at 12PM - lengthy WBTB up between 5:30AM to 7:50AM - string of LDs (low control) 7:50AM - 8:30AM, RC via watch theory: you can have an LD during any sleep stage, but any time LDing does not count as rest... the more you LD, the more sleep you need (Sorry no chart, technical difficulties)

took: 1 dose of galantamine + choline, @ 4:30AM got back to sleep around 4:55AM lucid dreaming: 1 lucid experiences note: after a long break from using galantamine it has a powerful effect, only 1 LD but an unussual night of dreams
took: 1/2 dose of galantamine + choline, @ 4:40AM got back to sleep around 4:55AM lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: went to sleep too late, got up for dose too early, have to stick to the plan
took: 1/2 dose of galantamine + choline, @ 5:00AM got back to sleep around 5:15AM lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: really seems like the effect of galantamine after a week or so off is different than every night. I wonder if WBTB + 1/2 galantamine is a method maybe with the risk of being harder to get back to sleep. Very late deep sleep @ 7:30AM is a warning sign also.
took: 1/2 dose of galantamine + choline, @ about 4:45 got back to sleep around 4:50 lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences, intense dreams note: strange that zeo didn't register even getting up at 4:45AM, I really make taking the galantamine a fast action to get back to sleep as soon as possible, if you wait to long it starts taking effect and it becomes much harder to fall asleep. I also had a really late period of deep sleep which is a bad sign for lucid dreaming and an indicator of sleep problems. Something is not accounted for as my average ZQ is 90 indicating decent sleep over the week. Tonight will be another 1/2 dose of galantamine to get some better data on half dose.
took: 1/2 dose of galantamine + choline, @ about 5:20 got back to sleep around 5:30 lucid dreaming: 4 lucid experiences note: you can see I woke up briefly around 6:40 but refused to open my eyes, that trick let me go back into lucid dreaming (keeping eyes shut when waking up) (spinning to stay lucid) next steps: I will continue to experiment with every night half dose or every other night half dose, I seem to be very sensitive to a full dosage. Very little evidence so far but a full dose may play a role in my increased migraines. It's hardly conclusive and in my anecdotal opinion Galantamine + Choline is the best LD tool out there.
took: no galantamine, no WBTB lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences
